Not only can you not talk to the local Safelite office directly (phone tag with a national automated system), but when I arrived, they had ordered the wrong glass. Safelite then told me it would take a minimum of two months to get the correct windshield. I called A Good Auto Glass and right away, an actual human being answers the phone. Within a few minutes, Kevin got everything set and was able to order my windshield in only a week. During the process, my insurance caused a few issues and Kevin was more than willing to get on the phone and help take care of things. Kevin replaced my windshield and did a recalibration of my ADAS system. Everything was done to the highest level of quality. I will never use Safelite again.
