Inside wipe down was non existent front windshield was hazy from dirty towels wiping it. But the cherry on top was 2 hours after leaving realizing my rear floor mat was missing. I decided to try one last time and found Juan at Dent Dogs. They responded quickly, and Juan was professional, honest, hardworking, and clearly very experienced. After everything the other shops had told me, I honestly did not think the dent could be repaired, but the result came out way better than I expected. Juan saved me from spending over $1,300 on bodywork and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back if I ever need PDR work again.

As it turned out, the person I spoke to hadn't entered my appointment into the system, let alone any notes about my preferences. But the Midtown folks honored it anyway. My vintage vehicle was a disaster when I left it at Midtown, but they worked hard to clean it and make it look much better. The price I was given at checkout was about $60 higher than what I was quoted that morning. But considering what a challenge my vehicle presented, I opted not to challenge it. I would recommend Midtown for detailing work.

I've had my car detailed plenty of times before, but this is next level. They were even able to get tar stains from last summer out of my leather seats (I've had the car washed and detailed since then and the tar stains remained).
