We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and then when the kitchen opened we decided to share a Bambei Burger which has grilled onions and blue cheese. Fire!! The burgers are smash burgers and come with 2 patties on a brioche bun. The burgers come with fries and it is a HUGE order of fries. The burger was juicy, flavorful and not too salty. The fries were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. They could have been hotter but it didn't keep us from eating them. I can't believe it's taken is so long to try this place!
