Until me and my friend drive by.. so we stop and asking questions with Pat.. Pat..He was very nice and friendly. He said "wait! And talk with my son! He's great of his work and know of what he does.. " so I left my phone # to Pat and wait for the response called. I got the call and everything went well as Pat said. Jesse came take a look at my pool. We talked.. I had contacted a few vendors in yelp for our pool that needed much TLC (replaster ,new plumbings & tiles & so on ) After much consideration we decided to go with Pat's Pool Service. After I called them we made an initial appointment for an estimate & Pat came the following Saturday and checked the pool, he did some measurements and gave us a quote based on what we wanted and what needed to be done. He answered all of our questions & gave us an exact breakdown of how the work would be done & when it will be done. We did get 4 other quotes that week (2 of them which were cheaper)but still wanted to go with this company and I tell you why what we really loved about Pat was his honesty and knowledge & also the fact that he wasn't trying to rip the customer by offering & adding unnecessary work. He told us which parts of the pool still worked & didn't need to be touched & what others really needed to be changed . The contract was signed later that week & the job began. In about two weeks The job was done ,as promised & done on time, it was monitored & checked by Jesse (Pat's son) at the end of each day to make sure it was done correctly When the job was done there were a few very small issues that was resolved by Jesse right away and taken care of. We would definitely recommend Pats pool services to friends and family. I was referred here by a friend of mine to get some chemicals for my spa. Got what I needed and they were very helpful.

Fine, but not great. Weekly visits were lacking, only lasted about 5-10 minutes. The previous owners that we purchased our house from let us know what kind of service we should expect from this company, but their employee would pretty much just dump chemicals and leave. Didn't even let us know when he was coming over- would literally let himself in with no warning and work for a few min and jet. There were some days where we were expecting him where he didn't show up, and he didn't let us know in advance. The reason they are getting three stars instead of four is because the management is flakey. Extremely friendly on the phone, but bad at tracking appointments. On a Thursday, we requested to have a technician come out to give an estimate on moving some pool equipment, and the person I spoke to was more than happy to agree. Told us he would be coming over on Monday. We called back the next day, Friday, with some follow-up questions, and I spoke to a different person who couldn't find any record of an upcoming appointment for us. He even had to take all of our information again because the first guy didn't log us in the database. We weren't surprised when the Monday technician was a no-show. So frustrating! read more

Both Pat and Jesse made several visits, which required them to drive 40 miles each way to supervise the project. They went above and beyond to satisfy my requests to make sure that I was happy with the end results. I was charged a fair and honest price with no annoying upsells. I honestly can't express just how much these guys have helped me out. We just added a pool to the house within the last couple years and I knew absolutely nothing about how to maintain it. I tried a few other services but they were so flakey and I ended up doing most of the work myself. These guys changed everything and I immediately noticed a giant change when switching to them. I live in a really windy area and my pool can be a complete mess at times. They're so thorough and always do exactly what is needed, communicate it to me very clearly, always charge an extremely fair price for their work, and are always dependable. Pat, Jesse, and Fred have been so helpful. I have an inground pool that we haven't used in a few years it had some surface cracks and needed to be repainted badly, as well as needed a new pump and filter system. I found everything that I needed at Pat's store. Pat Jesse and Fred all gave me different options and describe different ways to handle my situation. I showed them pictures of my pool and explained what I had and what I was working with the equipment that I had before was very very old. Due to the fact that I am not real pool savvy they actually offered to make the commute to Lancaster to help with my pool. Rather than have them do that I asked them if they could walk me through everything step by step over the phone first, before I had them make that commute. Both Pat and Jessie really care about what they do, to offer to make a almost 60 mile commute to help someone out with their pool shows that these people really do take pride in what they do. I don't know of many companies that would offer to make that commute without charging an extremely large fee. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they are friendly and patient. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of pool services. The prices are reasonable, and they do their best to make sure you get exactly what you need. I was in need of expert's second opinion/recommendation on the pool plumbing work that was performed by a pool contractor I had hired which shall remain nameless. I called many pool repair services to see if they would be willing to come out and perform an assessment and to provide a solution/recommendation. After many failed attempts, I got lucky contacting Pools By You / Pat's Pool Service. Jesse Teel from Pat's Pool Service was extremely helpful!!! Not only was he kind enough to call me back, but he actually took the time on the phone to listen to the pool plumbing issues I was having. After the lengthy chat, he provided valuable information as well as educating me on the plumbing architecture. Unfortunately, due to the long distance he was not able to come out but offered to further review my plumbing more in detail if I send him some photos which I had done. The next day I received his evaluated feedback on my complex plumbing configuration along with his recommendation to resolve the issue I was having. This is a company I would trust. They definitely have the expert knowledge but more importantly the integrity and customer service it outstanding. I just can't believe they would go out of their way to help someone in need. We worked directly with Jesse from day one when he came out to give us a quote all the way through the completion of the project. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and trustworthy. Communication is key when it comes to these types of projects and Jesse was in constant communication with me. All timelines were explained in advance. He would visit the worksite as each phase of the project was being worked on to make sure everything was going smoothly.
