Hello, I'm a frequent patron whether dine in or out, my wife and I love our Pats. We wanted to send in a recognition for one of your servers Heather. She's our waitress 99.9% of the time we come in, so much so we didn't realize you staffed other servers. She's an absolute joy and we just love her. Today during lunch rush Heather once again didn't disappoint and was amazing. From the first greeting when anyone walked in, to being so attentive to all her tables. We were in just as the rush started and enjoyed watching her handle business while we ate our lunch. Almost everyone she waited had smiles and went with the flow of lunch time business. As we were leaving there was a gentleman giving her hell, for things beyond her control. My wife and I decided this evening we needed to write a review but neither of us have Google. So this is the next best thing. Just know that in the 5+ years we've been visiting this establishment Heather has always provided exceptional service to all her guest. Recently ordered a party tray for company party. Items were not as orderly as they should have. First the Delivery was late. I had to call to see where the driver was. Giving them about 5-10 min he arrived about 20-25 min behind the scheduled time When he finally arrived he was only concerned with me leaving a tip and not that my food was in the platter squished to one side with juices dripping from the bottom of the tray. It was a sandwich platter of wraps and the vege wraps were leaking. The food was poorly packed as well. It looked like wraps were missing from the tray. After counting them the tray was short wraps per the description and the catering request. Although we cleaned things up quickly for the party for the cost of the platters we should've just been able to receive and serve. That was the whole point! Totally annoyed and disgusted. My organization teaches classes and Pat's Pizzeria has provided our organization with providing an abbreviated lunch menu for the students that attend the class. Their pizzas and gyros is very delicious. They are very reasonably priced and very timely at accommodating large orders in a very short amount of time. The team there is very professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to assist us with whatever we might need. Even throwing in some free extras. Some of my co-workers and I have frequented the establishment for lunch and the atmosphere is very laid back and chill. It can accommodate any activity that you may want to have, from lunch to night out with a significant other. I really appreciate this place. So this was my second meal from Pat's although this visit was a dine in. I had the 2-slice lunch special combo with side salad. Pizza was different with a somewhat sweeter sauce and the crust was almost like a bread. The 2-slices came out in a rectangle serving and was fresh and cooked to order. Side salad was generous in size and the combo came with a drink all for under $10. The kicker for me was the service. I was the first in the dining room but as soon as I was seated a nice lady brought me 3-4 garlic knots which were complementary. This may become a weekly stop. Pat's Pizza seems to have recovered since Covid, when they stopped having dining, only pick-up or delivery. They are under new management, which is probably just as well. They have salt and pepper now, which was hidden for a long time; I think they supposed people would steal it. The menu is different, but varied. Before Covid they had a crazy man waiting tables there, who would sing and dance around and grab stuff off your table, such as a book. He's gone, thank God. The management didn't seem to recognize this as a problem, but it sure was. I used to eat there all the time, but slacked off once they started having serious problems. We have ALWAYS relied on Pat's Pizzeria when we wanted a fresh, hot sub or a great pizza and salad. In fact, I would say we order from them every other week. Recently, they have imposed a FEE to use your own credit or debit card on all online orders!!!! This is RIDICULOUS! I understand why Pat's already imposes a service delivery fee, and we always tip above and beyond because the driver deserves this... but there is no way in h*ll you need to impose a 3% fee on customers to use our credit cards! I realize Visa/MC charge businesses a fee to utilize credit cards, but you can write that off on taxes as a "cost of doing business". If business is so bad that you need to impose this fee, perhaps it's time to reconsider the overall status of the business. Food was good and service was fine; however, being hit with a "convenience" fee was surprising and wrong. While only $0.95, it is the principle. My daughter said, its only ninety five cents, and i said exactly, most people would say the same thing. I guess it must be cheaper to add a crap fee that to reprint menus with updated prices. Favorite two orders from this place, hands down, is the Buffalo wings and Alfredo pizza. I would give a higher rating if not for the struggle with affordability. The prices are already somewhat high (thankfully quality is there and can justify the higher price) but tacking on additional fees such as a credit card fee on top of initial price, tip and delivery, it really adds up. Problem as a result is the consumer feels the need to skip delivery altogether, and/or carry cash in a somewhat sketchy area. Would love to order more often, but affordability and convenience really affects this. General feedback - Credit cards are the modern times, and it's not great for consumers to have to opt for pick up, usually at night, and risk carrying cash in that area which can be sketchy at times when they'd really love to put that money towards the convenience of delivery. read more

Was road trippin' on the interstate, typed in Gluten Free pizza and this place popped up. I ordered a cauliflower crust meat lovers and it was SUPERB; easily the best tasting GF pizza I've had in a long time. The cauliflower crust has an amazing flavor (not bland and tasteless like most) and the marinara was perfect, like real NY pizza sauce. Gets the job done particularly late at night. As goes Harford county there aren't many options available for delivery anD takeout after 9pm. That's typically when I eat Pat's. Some things I would recommend are the breaded wings, the shrimp salad wrap, and the Crab Pretzel. read more

It was a nightmare and so disappointing.. we ordered on GrubHub about 6:45, been called to ask about no salt on the fries they told us they don't use GrubHub, they're not affiliated.... then we call them again as the order went through and they said oh yes we do... Only the gyro came with undercooked cold french fries and the meat was prepackaged pre- Frozen and tasteless... Then after a lot of back and forth, they finally decided yes the order came from them and they did not put the stromboli in..when it arrived ..now 9:00, this thing must have accidentally had half the pepper shaker spilled on it and instead of marinara sauce they put in Italian salad dressing.. really? This time the fries were cooked but again we got their cold stiff little sticks... Decent food, ginormous portions, affordable, not expensive, nor not cheap. Our waitress stated that there are two sizes at Pat's medium and large, "we don't do small." My buddy and his wife had the pizza special - two square pizzas (sausage and pepperoni about 8'X6", may have been overestimated) and drink...I had the medium Philly cheesesteak...medium was 8", large 12"... stuffed full of Black Angus beef, so its not the "cheap" stuff...the plus part is that they have "sweet tea," unlike Northern Virginia (where I live). The menu had many selections and options - will have to visit to try the other selections. Visited Pat's because our first choice, the parking lot for Three Sons (see previous review) was full. My buddy recommended Pat's, so off to Pat's we went. A corporate chain, decent food - since it was lunch (and I had a meeting after lunch, I would not have been able to order it but...) the menu has bier (Yuengling draft for $2.50), but the property's liquor license expired...thus, no bier and pizzas! I wonder if you can BYOB? Lunch time was busy, but our waitress was quick...would return again to try other selections. Not bad for a corporate chain restaurant. I'll never understand how an establishment can charge close to $15 for a salad and make it inedible. Time for someone to be in charge of quality control in this place. Chicken was cooked past the point of jerky and charred black to the point where it literally smelled. They shoved a couple of rolls in there which they microwaved so they were like super ball knots. I'm very happy with Pat's. The pizza is delicious, the cheese steak sub is awesome, and the Italian cold cut is one of the best in the area. On top of that, the service is always very friendly every time I go. One other thing is that the bathrooms are spotless. Go look for yourself, it's impressive. They offer delivery and also have a great dining area as well, with alcohol if you like beer or spirits with your food. It's a very welcoming, nice looking place. Pretty standard carry out/delivery spot. I ordered a cheeseburger sub. The sub was pretty good, but a little too greasy. I mean I knew it would be greasy lol but it was a little excessive. We order delivery from Pat's Edgewood at least 1x a week, normally everything is fine, but lately things have been changing! Tonight, as usual we ordered 2 medium salads (oriental and a southwest chicken) both with extra dressings. One container of the sesame dressing had to be thrown out because it had these tiny, white bubbly things on the top. At first glance i thought it was air bubbles, but after further inspection it definitely wasn't air...so out of an abundance of caution we threw it out. The second salad i ordered and paid for xxxtra (3) dressings- they only sent 2. Normally, i wouldn't care but since they are charging for the extras, it matters! Then, lastly....i ordered a piece of carrot cake (5.49) and when it arrived it wasn't even a half inch thick! Normally, it's enough of a FIVE DOLLAR slice to serve for two desserts! To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Pat's needs to get it together because you sure don't mind throwing in a million napkins and utensils....please hold off on all that waste and go back to a decent size piece of cake and ensuring we are all getting what we pay for with our order! read more

This is one of the only "nice" sit-down style restaurants near the APG South/Edgewood area. The first few times I went were probably 3 star, nothing special but nothing disappointing. But then I discovered the Crab Dip Pizza. This amazing, life changing pizza is the greatest thing ever. It is, essentially, rich and creamy crab dip on a pizza, covered with cheese. The crust is soft and Pizza Hut-esque, but much higher quality. You can buy by the slice, but the option isn't on the menu. The slices are large. I think the whole medium crab dip pizza was about $11, which is more than the other pizzas because of the crab. Soooo good. Service is variable, can get crowded at lunch. There is one side of the restaurant with waiters and one side with a walk-up counter. They also have great garlic knots they serve on the sit-down side. read more

Well I don't know what's going on with them. Used to be a great place and got a lot for your $$$. not so true anymore. The last two times i've got food from them is been so so at best. They cut back on the meat with their cold cuts. You get a better sub from subway and that's hard to believe. Will be going somewhere else read more
