Our friends suggested that we meet for dinner at Acapella. None of us had ever been there before. We requested a quiet table, but they sat us in a booth. It did turn out to be comfortable and quiet, and the restaurant was not super busy. Our server, unfortunately, needs better training. We had to ask for bread. The water glasses were never refilled. Some of the dishes were cleared before some of us were finished eating. She put the dessert on the wrong check. She was pleasant - just not attentive. What was the plus was the food. Our sincere compliments to the Chef as we all enjoyed our dinners. Our friend started with a side Caesar Salad which was a decent size and a Chicken Marsala. Her husband ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs. My husband and I were blown away with the Walnut and Cheese Raviolis. We were transported back to Italy - they were that good! We shared a Cannoli for dessert. The food was the star here - not the service.

Filet mignon, medium rare, with mash potatoes and asparagus.

My family and I visited Acappella for the first time last night for dinner to celebrate my Mom's birthday. We were a party of 8 which fit comfortably into the space they had reserved for us. Our server Melissa was friendly and very attentive during our dinner. The staff even put down the lights and brought out a cheesecake with candle to sing Happy Birthday to my Mom. The appetizers including the Maryland crab soup were all excellent. The pasta dishes were on point and my filet mignon was cooked exactly as ordered. The owner was visible and circulated through to check on the tables, including our which is definitely part of the reason our experience was so perfect - no substitute for good management:-). Excellent food and perfect service to sum it up. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you all for making our experience so awesome!!!

Food was pretty good. Very nice establishment and the service was good as well. They even prepared a dish for me that wasn't on the menu. You can tell that the food was prepared fresh. I had Chicken Francese(favorite Italian dish) and everything was great. I would say that a little bit more seasoning on the chicken itself would haves helped. The mozzarella sticks were homemade not the frozen ones, I just wish they were friend a little longer and the calamari was just ok. Also the place is known for their pizza so I will be back to try that as well. We were told by the waitress that the pizza dough is made fresh daily by hand!

Salmon, green beans and mashed potatoes so yummy..

Food here always delicious.clean place service on point this always be my favorite Italian restaurant.

The outside looks beautiful and the inside looks clean. The problem with the pizza was that the cheese had a chewy texture and the marinara sauce had a very flavorless taste. I nearly threw up eating the pizza here. The Margherita pizza also uses marinara sauce and not tomato sauce. I still feel sick after eating it.

We stumbled this gem when I was craving for pasta and google took us here, Its a bit long drive but worth it, I tried their pesto pasta with shrimps and it was the best! So far the best pesto pasta I ever tasted. Our server was really nice and had excellent customer service. Will definitely go back for the pesto.

Tried to order a pizza at 8:30. Girl on phone did not want the order. If owned the place I would be pissed.

The restaurant was packed. It was a very kind thing to do. That moment alone set the tone for the night. The food was outstanding. Better than we remembered it being. The bread arrived warm, and the oil had garlic in it. I never dunk in garlic oil, but tonight I was dunking everything. The bolognese was the perfect balance of creaminess, meat, and cheese. We also ordered two pizzas, both very enjoyable, and the lasagna was a hit as well. Our server was attentive and quick with requests, and the owner made a point to stop by most tables, which added a personal touch. We will definitely be back.

I had the "beef ravioli" a few days ago...the "marinara" sauce is sugary Ragu out of a jar at best. Still the same cheap bread that so obviously came frozen and fell off the back of a Sysco truck. Nice enough people I suppose and the service is perfectly adequate...I guess the family that owns it is trying...but I sure wish the food quality was 3x better at Enotria. Hire a far better chef, charge a couple bucks more if you need to, and buy far better quality ingredients. I'm no restaurant owner, but perhaps the solution is to cut the menu size by a 1/3rd and do the remainder far better. I'd be a regular at Enotria 2-3 times a week if it were actually high-end, fresh, quality Italian. There are carry out places in the area that have significantly better food than Enotria (Italian Sensation being a long time example). Vito's in Cockeysville is 3x better every single time. Drive to Reisterstown and Kecco's is excellent (a bit far away, admittedly). Liberatore's in Bel Air, while not close to as good as Vito's...is certainly better than Enotria and has picked it up during 2025 with a new chef. Enotria is in a tie for dead last Italian food in its area with Basta Pasta in Fallston...that would be the other slop Italian place in the area. I'd gladly pay more for a lunch or a dinner at Enotria if it were much higher caliber Italian food...and I suspect a lot of others would too. Enotria as it stands is completely cliche, marginal, "least common denominator" Italian food at most. Just because you play the same Dean Martin songs on repeat and yell "Bella Bella" to every woman that walks through the front door doesn't mean the food is any good.

We never had an empty water or had to ask twice for anything. We started with the mozzarella logs, which were fresh, crispy, and delicious. The spaghetti egg rolls were a fun and unexpected twist, super filling and packed with interesting flavors. The pizza was solid, though cooked a bit more than I usually prefer. The fra diavola had a nice kick and came in a generous portion. The build-your-own pasta bowl was enormous, overflowing with pasta and all the toppings we picked. I also tried the short rib dish. It was good, but at $30, I'm still deciding if it was worth it. It arrived lukewarm, so I'll reheat the leftovers and see how it holds up. Dessert was fun: the homemade chip-witch! Warm cookies that tasted way better than they looked , with melty homemade ice cream in between. A perfect finish which we split 4 ways. It is much smaller than I expected inside. I would make a reservation on weekends during busy hours just to be safe. We walked in at 8p on a Saturday and had our pick of a table. Overall, the service made the night, and the menu had some satisfying options. I wanted to love it but it was just ok overall.

However, the Dynamite Shrimp felt like an attempted knockoff of a well-known "...Grill" version and didn't quite measure up. As someone who considers myself an Italian food connoisseur, I truly love Italian cuisine, I was especially disappointed in the chicken parmigiana. It was dry, flavorless, and completely covered in a red sauce that was overly tangy and not very enjoyable. In my opinion, the dish was under-seasoned and lacked balance. Even the complimentary bread was underwhelming and not very tasty. Service was mixed. Our main waiter was pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, his backup was rude and pushy. When I was asking questions about a menu item, she attempted to take the menu out of my hands before I had finished. I felt rushed and unheard, which was frustrating. Overall, I left hungry and disappointed, especially given that Italian cuisine is usually my favorite.
