We have ordered twice in two weeks. Our refrigerator has quit on us and we have been waiting for service. Husband has had a cheesesteak wrap each time. So hot, beefy and cheesy. He loves it. Their chips are homemade and a few minutes in the air fryer crisps them if they are a bit soggy. I had a flatbread with basil, mozzarella, tomato and balsamic glaze. YUMMY!! ate it three meals! We order from here a lot for work and get it delivered. Ordered for 10 people today. Everyone really enjoyed the food. I had a truffle cheesesteak and it was absolutely amazing. Great flavored meat, cheesy and the truffle aioli made it next level. They have great rolls that hold up to all that they stuff into that sandwich. In town visiting family so we stopped for lunch as it was close by and we were absolutely impressed. From their decor to food everything was perfect! Menu- new and fresh, ordering was a breeze at counter and server was so friendly and helpful. Food was perfect we ordered Fettuccine Alfredo, Southwest cheesesteak wrap- both came out hot- not warm but actually hot- and we also had the Ladies night charcuterie board- yum!!! Everything was delicious!!! Server even went out of his way to find specific sugar for one of our party member's ice tea. We will definitely be back and recommend Pat's to all. I'm at the Manfredi Wharehouse for a pickup. And the guy on the phone knew rite away what I was doing and that I was in a semi. I got my order and it was perfect and hot and the delivery was spot on . The man on the phone was a super nice guy and so was the delivery guy. So if your a driver and want some excellent food. I was in the mood for an Italian Hoagie. I went to Pat's. Very disappointed. Their other foods are fairly decent. Not sure who taught the people behind the counter how to make an Italian Hoagie. It seemed to only have ham and no other types of italian meat. They put the lettuce, onions, and tomatoes in the pocket of the bread and the meat was placed on top of everything. I grew up in Philly and that was NOT an Italian hoagie. I threw the entire sandwich in the trash and drove over to a place in Delco near the Philadelphia airport. I bought an incredible Italian hoagie. i won't buy another hoagie from Pat's again. read more

Stopped into Pat's thinking I wanted a slice of pizza, but opted for a Philly Cheesesteak and fries instead. The place was packed when I got in there, every table taken -- so I ordered at the counter and waited patiently for someone to finish. About thirty seconds before my food was ready, a table opened up. Yay me! They brought the food to my table and it was hot and fresh. The food cheesesteak may not be Pat's or Geno's (I still like Jim's best) but for being an hour from Philly -- it was a good cheesesteak! The fries were good -- no complaints about the food. A couple of people have complained about the service, no complaints here. They were friendly and got my order right. They even walked around and asked if everything was OK. Maybe they read Yelp! and have decided to make more of an effort, I don't know. What I do know is that I had a good experience and when I'm at my client in the area I'll surely stop back to try their pizza! read more

If this is the place by the Giant Market STAY AWAY. I ordered a large chicken Steak (and paid for it). I told them half to eat there and wrap the other half to go. I come from 12 years of pizzeria experience and even longer than that in the food industry itself. Pizza shops are a dime-a-dozen and can be found locally almost anywhere. What I admire most about Pat's is the consistency in their product. I've been ordering delivery from Pat's for about the last 3 months and their pizza and buffalo chicken cheesesteaks have been consistent and delicious every single time. It has been 40 minutes since I ordered. I only ordered two salads, a healthy bowl and a New Orleans salad. The healthy bowl is ok, not what was expected from the order. The New Orleans salad is incredibly smaller than the surrounding competition in Kennett. Especially unacceptable due to how long we have had to wait. I was so unhappy with my pizza, that Pats gave me a $10 off on my next order. Weeks later I gave them another chance, but this time I ordered sandwiches and sides for the family. I placed my order using Pats menu from their website and I was told the order would be ready in 15/20 minutes. When I arrived, my order was not ready, in fact they hadn't even started it. The office failed to push the order to the kitchen. So, I had to wait. To add insult to injury, when my order was finally ready, i found out that the prices listed on their website was not what i was charged. I was charged more...15% more and that was after the $10.00 off cert. I told the manager that the her prices were higher than what the website published, but she did not make any changes. Meh is the best way to describe Pat's. Not just this one but the chain in general. Their pizza is OK but has a pre-fabricated taste to it. The cheese steaks are passable at best along with their fries. Very fast foodish. Try to avoid their wings (Wing Zings I think they call them). They are often very over done. Which is too bad since they used to be good. Another OK point is that you can order online pretty simply. Their site is functional but does not have the slickest layout out there. Plus you do not need to create an account which I like. One less login to remember which is a good thing. read more

Oh my, what has happened to this place? Awful, just awful. Of the last 4 take outs two were somebody else's order (ie. the wrong order) and the other two, including tonight's were so skimpy and small and insubstantial the "sub" looked like it was made by some Unionville under 10 rec soccer team children for a fund raiser. All four went out in the back yard to feed the skunks and foxes. I may have been hungry but not THAT hungry. What has happened here? Used to be pretty decent. Yikes. read more
