TimberBeast had by far the most competitive price which was well below all of the other bids I received. Their tech-savvy follow-up, easy-to-ask questions online interface, professional demeanor, and timeliness really made a huge impact. Lastly, we were so impressed, we felt compelled to give each of the seven workers a $20 tip. We'd never experienced a company like this, which performed like a true team of professionals, who didn't swear, sit around doing nothing, or crank loud music while they were working. They were all respectful, courteous, and continually moving or cleaning, blowing or sawing something! At the end of the day, my three big dead oak trees were gone, every trace of them removed and any bruises to my yard were fixed or patched. I could not more highly recommend this company. Hats off to Curtis, Steve and the entire team at TimberBeast!

They then used screws to put the broken piece back on and used pieces of bark from the tree and shoved it in the cracks to try to hide the mistake. I reached out several times to Roberto, the owner, only to have him hang up on me several times and after several messages and texts and messengers in attempt to get some reassurance, he was unwilling to return my calls and address the issue. I had to call another arborist to come out and address his mistakes. Praying he hasn't killed my beautiful tree. It's truly devastating and heartbreaking when you pay in full only to be ignored and scared that your beautiful tree you trusted an "experienced" company to trim was so terribly hacked and just pray it won't die. They won't step up and at the very least allow me to understand what happened. Zero communication from this company. Horrible experience. Highly recommend not using this company. I would leave zero stars if I could.
