Quote was very fair and reasonable. Ryan used a laser pointer to show tree limbs they would trim back on maple and included pictures of trees in quote so I knew exactly what they were going to do. Besides having the coolest name and logo ever, they were a great company. They came in low bidder at 25% lower than the other bid. The company has all the right toys; I mean tools. The ditch witch was really awesome and made short work of the shredding job. They were a very efficient, conscientious and seasoned crew. The crew of 4 men were extremely polite, hardworking and synced with each other like a well oiled machine. Unfortunately this company did work for the mobile home park I live in last fall, and "mysteriously" a chunk of tree branch that was CLEARLY chainsawed through was lying in the EXACT spot my roof was leaking all fall/winter until this spring when I could go check. When I asked them to be decent about it, the guy just blew me off like it was a joke - claiming because my roof was in bad repair, it didn't matter. I am disabled & have no way to fight their decision, so I am doing what I can in leaving this review. I know a few things for certain, and I will list them here; if nothing else maybe I can prevent this practice from continuing.... First - The branch was NOT there last summer when I checked my roof with my own two eyes, aware of it's condition & planning to hopefully re-seal this spring. Second - My roof IS leaking from that EXACT spot (can actually see the hole), and despite the "bad repair" my roof is not leaking ANYWHERE ELSE! Third - Their company is the ONLY entity to have done work on the ONE tree next to my modular - now completely gone so nothing could have fallen since. Fourth - I also have experience in insurance adjusting & know for a fact that from those standards, "bad repair" or the previous state of property is irrelevant in the case of additional caused damage! ie: If you crash into someone's car, you can't simply skip out on the bill just because there was scratch on the fender before you hit it... read more

I had Ryan come out in January to give me a quote on removing some trees and cleaning up our oaks. I had been getting other quotes as well but Ryan was the only one that showed up and on time. As we walked around the property he used a laser pointer to point out the work he would do. For me this was crucial as I could visible see what was going to be done. His quote was very through and very easy to read. He included pictures of the trees he would be working on. We were very impressed. We settled on a day in early February but old man winter had other plans. We reschedule it for the following week but as I told Ryan, we were headed on vacation. He proceeded with the work and texted me when the work was done. We were pleasantly surprised when we got home and our trees were beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and the trees looked awesome.
