What a waste! They showed up unannounced at 4pm the Thursday before Good Friday. Were there less that an hour. We asked for our boxwoods to be trimmed and a few other trees. The boxwoods look worse than before the trim and they didn't clean up any of the trimmings. Then charged us $800! Don't use! read more

I agreed to a package contract for two large jobs and was told I would be getting a package deal for having so much work done at one time. After the initial job, 60% of my payment was collected, telling me the second job would begin the following week. This was the first week of May. It is now the end of June. I have been calling the company multiple times since June 4th and leaving messages with the secretary, who assures me she has passed on my messages. She has also given me the owner cell phones-I have called them directly. No one has called me back, no one has arrived to do the second half of the job despite having taken our money. The only discussion I have gotten through these calls is to be told that they under-quoted the second half of the job because it was raining on the day that they came to give me a quote. While it is true it was lightly raining when they came to give a quote, I was more than happy to stand in the rain with them and talk through the projects and discuss the work to be done. It's one thing to under-quote a project, which we could have worked through and negotiated (which was made clear to them). Instead of finding a solution, the company is choosing to hide from their mistake and deceitfully offer a "package deal" for a large amount of work and fail to follow through. I definitely wish I would have gone a different direction, primarily based on the horrible customer service and how they handled the situation. read more

I had a good experience with this company. They did take longer than expected to get the work done, but they did everything, exactly how I wanted it when they finally made it out. Everything was hauled away and they didn't collect payment until the job was complete. The price was very reasonable and all of the employees I encountered were friendly. They cut down and ground the stump of a small tree, trimmed a large tree and some low hanging branches of another, plus trimmed the hedge. read more

I got their name from a card/coupon I was sent in the mail. I was given a competitive quote to cut down a tree, grind the stump and also remove 5 stumps from bushes I had previously cut down. I asked that they call me when they were on their way. I got a call early in the day that they would be at my house between 3-4. I arrived home a little after 3:00 to find only the tree cut down. Stumps from the tree and bushes were still there. They had already left. I've left several messages with both Brandon and Dave to find out when they would be back to finish the job. No response from either of them. Not someone I would recommend if you can't be home all day to make sure they complete the whole job! read more
