i would not give them a star, the person that i spoke to and sign up with lied, do not use this company their review is not good, making a complaint with the better business bureau, they will try to keep a large percent of your money if you request a full refund. check to see if they are even license in this state. read more

We worked with Adam Zion for our tree trimming. At first we were only going to have a few in the back yard trimmed up but after Adam's knowledge and walking us thru everything we did the whole yard and he gave us a great price for doing every. We had gotten a few other estimates and they came gave us a price and that was it. The day of the trimming a whole team came in and got it all done in half the day, cleaned up any and all mess, they did a fantastic job. Highly, highly, highly recommended. I called them to clean up the mess left behind by a different company. Oh, if only I had called Michigan Property Network first! Called them on a Wednesday. Guy came out on Thursday, apologized for what the other company did (not his fault!), and gave me a very reasonable quote. Then, Friday morning at 10:15, they arrived, and by 10:35 they were finished! And again, the crew chief apologized for what the other company did. 4 weeks after accepting bid offer, Russ called to say they would be there the next day to take down the tree.....NO CALL,,, NO SHOW,,,,, 1 1/2 weeks later they show to take out the stump of a tree that had not been taken down yet. At 7 weeks, called Russ and he said he would call me as soon as he had gotten to the office, on his way back to..NO call......8 th week, I called and cancelled them......At least I called them......POOR/NO SERVICE or COMMUNICATION.......NO customer service! read more

We worked with Paul Kountouriotis from "The Michigan Property Network" and he did an absolutely fabulous job! If you need tree trimming or tree removing you can not go wrong with this company. They trimmed a 30' Burch tree, shaped and trimmed a 10' berry tree which is shaped like a mushroom and completely removed a 45' pine tree. The team was prompt, courteous and professional. In fact, they cleaned up so well, you wouldn't even know they had been there. To top it off, they went ahead and trimmed a couple of 25' maples they felt needed a bit of a trim (no charge!). The next morning, they came back and removed the pine tree's stump with the stump grinder. He did all this for well below any other estimates and did the job extremely well. I contacted Michigan Property Network on March 13, 2020 and got a written quote for cutting a tree in my front yard. I accepted it without any negotiation, and I was told that they would contact me shortly. Then we had the coronavirus related shutdown, so I was not surprised that they did not call me immediately. I contacted them again starting July several times till October, and each time I had the same answer: "We will contact you shortly", but no one called me back ever. I accepted their price in March, and I have no idea why they do not keep their side of the deal. Very disappointing and in my opinion such neglect to the customer deserves a solid one star! read more

I highly recommend this tree service company.....I had five trees shaped while I was on vacation, and when I got home most of the trees looked nice. I called the owner on a Monday morning and he sent four guys and two trucks over to take care of a few of my concerns in less then 2 hours. I do suggest that you are home at the time that the work is completed, that is if it's a big job.....not that they can't be trusted, but just to verify that they will do the job exactly as you want it done. I was home when the crew returned to just finish a few things and the guys were awesome!!!! The price was very fair, as I had a total of three estimates, and this was the best price!! read more

Preparing a heavily wooded lot for a new build. From the initial phone call, to the estimate, to the scheduling, and the execution, the entire team was fantastic. Everyone was very nice, the work was suberb. Cleared about 35 trees from the build site (including stump grinding) and cleared all brush and smaller trees from the rest of the lot. Michigan Property Network did a very good job trimming the trees on our property. They shaped a Maple tree at the front of the house and it looks so much better. They also did a great job trimming a Willow tree.The cost of trimming 4 trees and removing a pine tree was very reasonable. Like another reviewer recommended, if possible, you should try to be home when the crew comes to so that you can communicate exactly what you want. Although we are happy, the guys removed a branch from one of our trees that we didn't ask to be remove and there were some tire grooves left on our lawn. Other than that the quality of work was great and we will definitely use them again in the future. read more

They did a great job for us where no one else we contacted would. We had a large tree stump on a hill in a garden area where no large stump removal equipment could be brought in. They were able to cut the stump flush to the ground to the point where the garden mulch could easily cover what was left in the ground. Paul provided very quick resolution (within 45 minutes!) when we weren't completely satisfied after the first attempt at removal. I had received 4 quotes for removing a Cottonwood Tree and all the roots. Their quote was the lowest price and they broke out the pricing based on tree removal and stump and root grinding. After the Tree was removed they ground the stump and all the roots the following day. The Michigan Property Network called me as soon as the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied. I stated, I had not been able to review the work performed because I was going out of town. When I returned, I cleaned up the area. Because I had so many roots to grind, there was a large pile left from the grinding. After cleaning up the area, I had a couple of roots, that were hidden. I called back The Michigan Property Network and they immediately scheduled the stump grinder to come out the next day and grind the hidden roots. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, pricing and work. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who is thinking of removing a tree. read more

Paul Kountouriotis, the owner of The Michigan Property Network", is competent, honest and clear about his estimates and what you can expect to happen with the crews once they show up on your property and begin the work. I found the crews of young men that work for Paul at The Michigan Property Network to be courteous, easy to communicate with, and helpful while they were cutting down one very large dead tree, as well as a job where they had to trim about 10 very large trees on the front and back of my property. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them! Believe me when I tell you, that means a lot coming from me, as I am EXTREMELY careful about which professional service providers I will employ. The Michigan Property Network actually surpassed my expectations, and that is SO not easy to do.
