The cleaners always have an issue with the keyed entry despite all other guests never having an issue. For the cleaning we got to the house & it looks like we spent $90 to just have them wipe the surfaces? Mind you this house is a 1bed/1bath and not fully lived in so I don't understand the lack of effort & I expect a higher quality of service from a company that claims as professional. The bathroom floors were dirty and walls were not scrubbed & so are the floors. The trash cans were not even emptied unbelievable. The company is responsible and obviously condones this practice.
