I've always ordered through the website and every arrangement I've ordered has been thoroughly enjoyed. For my latest order I selected the "Designers Choice" arrangement and while I didn't receive a photo, I was told they were "Splederiferous" by my grandma. I'm hoping I can get someone to send me a photo, but I know from previous gifts that they always look amazing. I appreciate the ease of online ordering and the variety of options, as well as the option to include a gift message. I was also able to schedule the flowers for next day delivery. Since I've ordered a few times I'm also on their email list and they send promotional emails, including reminders around the time of previous orders which I thought was really thoughtful. I also liked that they sent email updates notifying me when the flowers were out for delivery and when they were delivered. It allowed me to call my grandma to make sure she received them/knew that she had a gift waiting for her at home. While not necessary, I'd love it if they could add a photo to the email so I could see the arrangement too since it's a long distance purchase, but they do such a great job as it is. I'll absolutely be ordering more from Paradise Flower Market in the future.

He used a couple roses and surrounded them with weeds. I would have been better off buying arrangements from Giant Eagle. He is impossible to contact. You will only hear from him when receiving his billing statements. I also paid for several boutonnières and corsages which were never delivered. He took my money and failed to render a service. Even now, after several calls, texts, and emails, he will not respond to me. I gave him an opportunity to fix this situation and he will not give me the decency of returning my messages. His failure to perform as promised goes well beyond simply not providing the contracted-for services. I was devastated when I saw the centerpieces--embarrassed even. It changed the whole day for me. Then, when we realized the boutonnières and corsages were missing, we tried throwing together makeshift versions of our own. We were supposed to be taking pictures during that time. Instead, we were frenzied, angry, and so completely disappointed. It is unfortunate that Lynch's inexperience and immaturity have led us all to this point. Elena has some employees working here and there, but it is mostly Elena working in the shop. I have mixed feelings about this place. It is the only flower shop in the area, but is definitely on the expensive side. Every flower you pick for a bouquet is going to be at least $3.50 each. Additionally, Elena can either be very kind or extremely rude depending on the day. I went in to purchase some flowers yesterday, and saw her shoo out a young couple for asking what the name of some flowers was. She claimed that "this is a flower shop, not a museum exhibit" and told them to leave if they were going to ask her a bunch of question and not purchase anything. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I don't think Elena should be situated here if she doesn't like people coming in and browsing.
