The seat is faded and there's a stain on the arm rest. To add to this, I didn't appreciate the sales tactics used in the store. Our salesperson insisted that we buy the white glove delivery instead of assembling the chairs ourselves. I did not want this m, but was told that I could only buy them in increments of 2 if I did not want the delivery. Since we were buying 3 chairs, this was basically a requirement. So we paid $100 for this delivery which makes the fact that they are not in good condition even more frustrating. A tech is coming to fix or replace them. I will update this review based on the outcome of that visit. Update: I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. Ashley Furniture gave me a full refund for the three chairs. I didn't go higher for a couple reasons. First, I had to deliver the chairs myself to their warehouse which was pretty far away. I think they should have picked them up. I also still don't like the sales tactic of requiring the added cost of their assembly and delivery. I could have assembled them myself, but wasn't able to do that unless I ordered in increments of two. At least that's what the salesman said.

I called the store manager and he stated that they had cancelled the order and sold the loveseat to someone else - and entered a new order which would delay delivery. WTF? After three scheduled and cancelled delivery dates, they agreed to deliver it today between 12-3pm so I arranged my daily schedule accordingly. At 7:30 am they called and said that they would arrive between 8-8:30am. After changing the delivery schedule 4 times, it was delivered today. I can't get back the 4 days that I set aside for the delivery. Don't believe anything they tell you. Buy elsewhere.

I may find a piece of clothing that I really like at their other stores, but they may not carry that same thing in a larger/smaller size but here, you can find different sizes. He took the time to clean our glass, vacuum inside and out, and leave it nicer than he found it. No it's not required or even expected but that's what makes it so special. He's the first person we've dealt with that will leave an impression good enough to recommend Leisure time as a company as long as his name is attached to it. He made a very long drawn out process end in a very good way, and he deserves to be praised for it.

One popular brand is Révillon, yet absent from the shelves at World Market. I appreciate the Bonne Maman jams Advent Calendar but that's it. There's a tremendous opportunity here for World Market to have more French chocolate and candy offerings. It is much more difficult to fix another workroom's big errors than to start from scratch, but fix them Crowell's did to make the chairs look great. They also did minor upholstery repair on a new chair from a good local retailer when that chair arrived with cushion and button tufting snafus to make the chair 'all new'. They did a beautiful job on creating custom pillows. And their reupholstery of our sofa was a splendid example of top notch craftsmanship. A nod to Glenn, the man who did that work. It does not get better than this! THEIR REPEAT CUSTOMERS ARE THEIR BEST ADVERTISEMENT Our only regret is we didn't know about Crowell & Company sooner! Angela is having Crowell do additional work for us in reupholstering a guest bedroom chair and then my favorite desk chair...and then making a custom ottoman for the master bedroom. His family does have an amazing reputation in this business, but if he has gone on his own I am not sure - what I do know is he did a terrible job and I am left with a huge $$ mess and pario furniture that doesn't fit and is not what I originally ordered- he used the wrong fabric on chairs, seat jacks don't fit.. Went back to Snake River and they beat the price on a similar spa by 500.00 and they did not require a complete payoff before order, I put 5 grand down.Takes about six weeks to get from MFGR. SRPS offers mucho support for your contractor, Landscaper in prep for your spa and sends a team out to inspect prep to make sure your pad or vault is properly prepared. They suggested a real good Electrician who made it all work. My Brother-in-law had a Swim Spa put in by another company and it was a nightmare, ended up costing him more money and he is not happy with the finished product, told me to stay away from them. Suggest you spend the time shopping around for a good Landscaper, prices are night and day and you don't always get the best job with the highest bid and don't let some of these characters force you into a big down payment for them to set on your money for weeks and months in order to get on their schedule. Snake River has a lot of support and it goes on even after you get it delivered. A must in my book.
