We had a sunroom built by Patio Enclosures, and overall, the structure itself is good. It looks clean, bright, and was professionally installed. That said, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more in terms of design complexity or added features. The enclosure, while beautiful, feels somewhat basic for the cost. We chose Patio Enclosures specifically because they are a well-established company and we didn't feel comfortable going with an independent contractor, so we were willing to pay more for peace of mind and a warranty. A couple of weeks after installation, one of the screens broke, which was frustrating. It was a minor issue, but when you're investing a significant amount of money, even small things matter. The biggest disappointment, however, was with the financing process. We were told we could pay with a flat monthly fee and no interest for six months. That turned out not to be true. The financing company started charging interest after just three months, and the flat monthly payment didn't even cover the interest, meaning the balance kept increasing. The payment is no longer affordable, and the terms were not clearly explained up front. We feel misled--whether intentionally or not--by Patio Enclosures, because we based our decision on that financing offer. We're now paying a higher monthly payment we agreed to avoid our loan to get bigger and we are doing our best to save up and pay off the balance as quickly as possible. While the product itself is nice, and the installation was smooth, the overall experience has been dampened by the financing issues and the sense that what we paid may not match the level of finish we received. read more

I own a property that has a sunroom that was installed by patio enclosures far before I ever bought the house. I needed some information regarding the measurements and I called the company today, thinking it would be a longshot because it was probably installed decades ago. Well, Hollie P. saved the day and was able to pull up the original order and answer all of my questions!! Hollie could have been quick with me because I was only inquiring and was not looking to schedule an estimate or anything, but instead, she took time to chat with me and give me more information about the original installation and even found the original measurements and emailed them to me! She provided me a level of customer service that you don't find as often these days. She was professional, knowledgeable, but also very friendly and personable. Let's begin with the estimated completion timeline from the sales rep of "4-5 days" and actual delivery of 4 weeks, for a 12X14 room on an existing deck. The subcontractor was traveling from Rhode Island to central New Hampshire and only spent 3-4 hours on-site each day, on the days he did show up. They left a mess in my yard. Left "extra" bags of concrete on a pallet in my driveway, saying they knew I was going to have to rebuild the other half of my deck and could use the concrete. Come to find out that 3 of the bags were split open with the spilled contents solidifying on my new driveway. Now, after the first rain, the sunroom leaked into my home and I now have water damage. I have reported this to the closest office to me (Albany NY) and over 24 hours later have no plan for resolution. If you choose to go forward with these people, be very wary. If they send Marco and his crew from RI, STOP IMMEDIATELY!! You will regret doing business with them. I have read more

Please do your homework. First off, the salespeople have minimal knowledge other than selling. They will tell you anything you want to hear even if it is something they have no clue can be done. If you do sit with a salesperson and they tell you they can deliver the moon - stop! Before you sign any contract insist that YOUR building supervisor agrees that all the things in the contract can be done. Then be sure it is all in layman's terms and every detail is clearly spelled out. There were things I thought I was getting only to find out it was not even possible due to the pitch of my existing roof. I never got the walkout or the skylight. The contractor later told me this. I discussed the electrical with the salesperson and where the plugs would go. The contractor told me it was just for the access and that the electrical was not included in the quote, but the salesperson told us the electrical was included. I had no idea I would be left with an unfinished exterior and huge cement-filled holes outside the exit of the room- we now have to spend more money to fix. (Would be nice to know what extra expenses they create) You NEED to be there when any work is being done because the left hand has no clue what the right is doing. The subcontractors vary from day to day and do not have your best interest in mind. I am so thankful I had a great supervisor overseeing the building and details. He understood the amount of money we paid for the room and what was promised for that amount of money. Artie Peirce was our supervisor and he made sure he was available every time I questioned anything that was being done at my home. He always answered promptly and made sure things were going how we discussed once the salesperson was out of the equation. It was a long process, but I was fortunate to have someone that fought to get the job completed. He was stellar and I am so thankful he helped us through that mess. We do love our room now- and it's not leaking anymore! The office staff was also wonderful the girls always made contact and updated me as things were going. It's a good product they just need to be a little more respectful of the amount of money people are paying for this addition to their home. They need to spend a little more time on the planning with staff who know what they are talking about- Advice: get rid of generic salespeople and put in knowledgeable staff that cares about service who will boost your ratings. read more

If I could give this business negative stars I would. Mr.Charles came by and wrote an estimate for my sunroom projection. The estimate was approved and a $15,000 deposit was put down. The patio enclosures team came by and took all of the measurements and let me know what was needed to begin work. . Around this time the pandemic hit and caused supply chain issues so the deck project had to be put on hold for a while until materials became available again. Not to mention that me & my wife had contracted covid several times however she has an autoimmune disease causing us multiple trips to the hospital for months. The first building plan drawing was done and I had the entire deck rebuilt and restructured to accommodate the sunroom addition per Patio Enclosures measurements. At this time the building permit expired and we needed another one, So a second inspector came out and noted that more posts needed to be added to be able to handle the weight of the sunroom. I now have to get the builders back out to do the additional work needed that was not mentioned beforehand. (which in return did cost me more out-of-pocket expenses). Now when its time for them to do their part they ask me for an additional $7500 for changes to the wall height measurement. But if I am not mistaken you guys did the measurements, so why do I have to pay for your mistake? Then they changed the narrative and blamed the increase on the cost of goods going up.No I am not paying anything additional...... I have already paid additional costs for the improper drawings. Now that there is pushback on the additional charges that they want me to pay, now Mr. Thomas Edgar wants to cancel my contract for the project and also hold $3,693 hostage to cover the engineering. I never canceled the contract nor the project. If you want to deal with an honest and upfront company, take your business elsewhere. The worse company around. Paid $20,000.00 for 8 slider glass panels. First day of install all glass came in damaged. Company ordered new panels so the say against all panels came in damaged reorded again and then again. They finally told us the machine making the glass there was a problem with it. Each time we had to wait more than 3 months and each time there were problems with the glass doors. Screening for four doors all screens came in in a different shade thickness and material. The y denied it one screen actually fell off. They finally walked off the job and said deal with it. I've asked for compensation refund nothing. I went to the BBB nothing they promised a call t he at day nothing. My windows won't come clean they're cloudy and scratched and now I'm stuck with a $20,000.00 piece of crap. Consumers check your windows on a Brite sunny day early in the morning that when you see all the imperfections. They also told me that this was within industries standards bs. We had a beautiful 14x20 sunroom added to our home about 10 years ago. About 8 years, in one of the windows wouldn't open and it took 18 months for them to discover that ALL of the footers and beams supporting the structure had rotted! The entire sunroom was going to collapse! If you are reading this you know the original structure was quite expensive, about 60k. We had to hire a contractor to take the entire structure down, replace all of the footers and rebuild it again from the bottom up. Patio enclosures, while they did point us to someone who knew how to do this, did NOT cover any of the cost which was $14,000. They said it was a wood treatment problem and that they no longer had records for our sunroom because they didn't keep them when they (parent company) took over the franchise. We asked if they would split the cost with us since it should not have been rotting and falling down after only 10 years and they declined. So, in short we were very happy at first. but this company does not stand by their product or their clients. Be very careful. The installers that showed for the job were awesome, however the dealings with corporate/their boss was unsatisfactory. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Materials arrived in shop 06/09. We made contact with the company after a week of not hearing about installation. We were told since we had an existing sunroom with flooring that was being replaced they did not want any rain to ruin said floor and they are waiting for a sunny week (in the summer) almost impossible. After being told 07/10 would be the date we cleared out the room. No phone calls so eagerly waited with a no show on the 10th. We called and were told ohhh no they are calling for rain this week. We will call you end of week about next weeks weather (no call). Needless to say after finally getting fed up low and behold they came up with a plan to do install. Why this plan was not done from day one... who knows? More than 1 month later they are still not done. Further frustration with communication...... Paid $7500 for a screen room. Sales person sold my mother a concept that we later found out was not possible. Originally, as you can see from his drawings there was to be one middle sliding door to mirror our sliding door from the Living Room. What we received was two sets of sliding doors, so instead of two doors, we have four. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother by not explaining the design and concept properly to her. He took her money, and when we tried to get a resolution through the company their resolution was unsatisfactory as it did not actually take care of the problem. We found out when the installer came back out that the sales persons concept and drawings were not executable, and all he could do was to pin two of the doors closed so they would not longer be operable. Poor customer service, no to little communication, and as soon as they had my mothers money they washed their hands of the entire mess. My wife and I were SOO excited to screen in our back patio. We took our time in deciding to move forward with the project (It's NOT cheap) but felt good about selecting these guys. The process started out good. Salesman was nice. Communication from the company in the beginning was good. The last I heard from my "point of contact" was they would reach out when the materials came in. Mind you, they come out a few times and measure EVERYTHING to make sure its correct....and THEN order the materials. Well, we never got the call that our materials were in. I had to call them to find out. Install was scheduled for that Sat morning. Sat morning came and went.....no installers. I called them only to find out they have mechanical problems." Ok. So Sunday it is. Sunday morning rolls around.....NOTHING AGAIN!! Keep in mind, we're planning our weekend around them being there. Same issues. SOOO Monday it is. They finally show up on Monday. That lasts until Tuesday. Come to find out, they dont have all the materials!!!!! WTH?! Didnt they measure specifically for this job? Not to mention, one side of the room is all jacked up and not level and he couldnt figure out how to do the door screen on the other side!!!! We've called our sales person and our point of contact MULTIPLE TIMES with ZERO response or call back. We started this project 2 years ago and are just now getting our sunroom. There were definitely issues, mostly from our village, for the lengthy hold up. Once it was cleared, we did get multiple dates for commencement, with no one coming. We were not notified that the installation was moved or why, once did get a vague excuse of weather. I honestly didn't mind if there were issues, but would have appreciated information of it not happening. Finally about a month later the project did start so we are at that phase. I'll post more later, when complete. The reason for this post is more about our advisor Kim C. She has been amazing since the beginning. She has reached out numerous times to check in and help facilitate any issues. I honestly considered pulling our project a few times, but her efforts have kept us here. We spent about $6,000 on an enclosure last year. It was all great till we tried to take out the panels for the spring. Impossible! They came out and did it for us, showed us how for the fall. Well, it's fall and we tried for hours to put the panels in and... Impossible. They are supposed to come out and put them in and look at the faulty work and fix it so we can do this every season. We love our new room. When we bought the house it had a 3 season room that was actually a 2 season room (spring and fall) and didn't enjoy those seasons because the plastic windows just were awful. Anyway long story short, we decided to call and get a quote after talking about it for 5 years. It was actually a 10x13 room that was going to waste. We decided to go with the plan that Russell recommended. From beginning to the end of the process, it was a pleasure working with them. They kept us informed every step of the way. When they came to install, the guys were very professional and cleaned up completely, picking up screws and pieces of metal from the yard. I wish I would have never purchased it. I have had nothing but trouble since I purchased my patio. When I purchased the patio the crew came and was missing one side of the patio they left it open next thing I see is mice running through my condo. I purchased it for my cats to enjoy. Walked into the showroom this past Saturday.... lady at the front desk was talking on a personal phone call. Asks person to hold on to ask us if she can assist us we said we wanted to speak to someone about their products. We mill around the showroom for a while. Out saunters a less than interested sales man - except they call themselves "project managers". He does not introduce himself; he does not ask our names, he offers no handshake, no welcome to our show room - NOTHING. We get a very uninterested - "So what brings you here today?" Well we certainly are not there to have our teeth drilled I thought to myself silently. We go on to explain what we are interested in and showed him a picture of a project they had in their photo book. This is a very expensive project, we are looking at both a screened in porch and a deck. I am not there to ask about a 6X6 deck. He was smug and rude at best offers very few details, does not ask us if we want to see samples of wood, or composite decking, never brings it up at all. We had to begin asking questions it was like pulling teeth. Never ever shows interest in drawings we had brought with us to show a professional designer. We asked him - would you like to see our drawings? Nope don't need to - we would make our own drawings. My spouse and I were stunned. I was starting to boil over when I had to ask what is the next step in their process. He said they schedule an onsite visit la la la. I said ok that's it in my head I was like this guy is never getting any of my money. So I started to ask harder questions like - do you have any complaints with the attorney general's office? Yeah we do, of course we do he says like it is no big deal. He shakes his head at me shrugs his shoulders and says you just can't make everybody happy. Of course he backs up his piss poor body language with "Of course those complaints are all resolved now." Like he was disappointed the company had to fix anything for anyone ever. Now that I see the other two reviews that are already posted here I know better than to deal with any of these guys. If you happen to go into the showroom and Jamie (Male) comes out to greet you - run for your life or be prepared to ask for everything - because it sure is not going to be offered to you. Update October 4, 2016. The general manager for the branch read my review and contacted me. He apologized for what had happened and said he was just transferred to this area and is changing a few policies to make sure this doesn't happen to another customer. He had his team come back out and correct a few issues we pointed out and offered some electrical work we needed done for free because of our negative experience. I feel this manager (tom edger) is going to work to satisfy customers. We signed in late May to have a patio enclosure put on our existing patio. We were told by the sales person who presented the contract that we should be finished the work in mid July worst-case scenario late July. The first week of July they still have not started work and we called up to find out when they would complete the job and we were told "you're on the schedule for starting August 1 ending mid August". We asked why we have been moved back and they said you haven't been moved back, the salesman doesn't know what you're talking about they don't schedule the work you should've never been told that time frame. That date was one of the reasons why we select a patio enclosures over another company. We were offered no other recourse and no other solutions other than accept the extended date. They even had no explanation why they had set a date but hadn't bothered to inform us. Their communication stinks. We were they away when this work was done that's why we didn't want to later day now I am wishing we would have waited until we came back. The enclosure itself is good and what we were looking for but there subcontractor work with the concrete patio was horrible. They left hundreds of stones behind from the demolition of our existing patio some up to 15-20 feet away as well as concrete from where they were mixing it in our front yard. The concrete was mixed with the up turned dirt as deep as a foot. They sent someone from the concrete company to pick up the store but they again gave me a 2 hour notice and I could not be there to supervise. They if they removed any of the concrete it was not apparent to me. I had to sift through the dirt myself before I could landscape the area and plant grass seed. This process took two full 8 hour days. The concrete company also had dumped a wheelbarrow full of dirt behind a bush on a hill. For what reason I don't know. The dirt had washed into my yard with the next rain and had to be reseeded. They broke 2 paving stones on the side of the house with their wheelbarrows and damaged a gate. The person who installed the room also left a ladder still set up on my roof for almost the entire month while I was away. This ladder could have fallen at anytime and damaged the new room or other structures I had in the yard. They said they left it for the inspector. Has the inspector come? Can I remove he permit sign still in front of the house that I was told not to remove? I don't know because they don't communicate well. I am not recommending anyone use this company unless they use a different concrete subcontractor and you have written date for completion from someone other than their sales department. read more

Very poor customer service. They do shoddy work and don't return phone calls to get anything resolved. We have a one year "warranty" and now that we are just shy of the one year mark (2 weeks remaining) they are not easily contacted. They advertise that the panels can be easily installed and removed based on the time of year. Simply not true. In a phone call with the franchise owner, he used homophobic comments and hung up on me. Not sure how this qualifies as customer service in 2012. Save yourself a headache and stay away! read more

After reading all these reviews I wanted to warn others of similar experienced we had with this company. The sales person that came out made an impressive speech and because of his so-call 20+yrs of experienced, they don't outsource (incorrect statement), and their deadline of April 2019, we decided to use them for our new sunroom and deck extension. All was well at the beginning, we signed the contract in late winter of 2018. At the beginning communicates were good, it provided me with enough details that I needed to give me hope. The "deck" crew that came out was not apart of Patio Enclosures (PE), they were subcontractors. There was a delay in the start of the deck demo/removal/install (explanation was they couldn't deliver the dump truck). Once the work finally start, the "deck" crew fail on many areas of safety precautions. I pointed this out to PE, they told me that they'll correct (never did). Safety fail #1 - no tape nor boarder after old deck was remove (our kitchen door opens to this location); #2 - after they dug up the holes for the new posts, they didn't cover the holes at the end of their work shift, again told PE to correct (never did); and #3 - after they installed the new deck framing, they didn't bother to provide a temporary railing....I say all this because we have young children and this was expressed to PE...luckily I made sure to block our backyard so our kids won't get hurt. On to the sunroom install...the guy that did was better, he was very considerate of my thoughts/concerns. However, his younger crew was trying short cut some of the work for our gutter guards. I was glad the sunroom installer corrected them. So far not so bad right, well it all goes down hill from here. The electrical company they sub the work to was terrible. The sunroom install was completed in late April and as of today we just pass our final inspection. I had a bad feeling about the electrical guy Mike, he didn't appreciate women with opinions very much based on my interaction with him. Therefore, I had my husband dealt with him. The electrical install was fine. He never sent over a contract for his work so we don't even have any warranty with his work and the company goes by different names (Allsparks or Patriot Electrical) but when I paid he asked me to make it out to B&W Electrical so as you can tell...shaddy, shaddy. He lied about speaking to my husband recently which was the last straw! I basically had to send an email to everyone in PE to get him to come out and get the final inspection pass! We are in September and we haven't been able to use our sunroom since April due to it failing final inspection. SO to all those out there that are considering this company I would warn you to document everything! READ the fine print as now I see where certain things are excluded and the cost is on the homeowner although I was told by 3 different people that they will correct and fix but their corporate office says no! If you go with these guys call/email and complain as things are happening and be on their tail about everything! I gave them 2 stars because the material is good for the sunroom and the sunroom installer was the only person I felt that listen and understood my concerns. All of the Patio Enclosures reps were extremely professional and their customer support is excellent! Whitney was very responsive every time I emailed or called with a question or concern. One word: DON'T! This company has new owners and the customer service/quality have taken a nose-dive in our opinion. Scheduling is a joke, even when they have a signed contract in place and have taken your money. They simply don't care. We have a 4-season sunroom addition on the back of our house (on top of what used to be an outside deck) that suffered a flood LAST January during the DC area blizzard. Water poured in all along the bottom of the glass walls from snow/ice build up outside. It came in over the top, and underneath the ceramic tile floor inside our sunroom, damaging all of the subfloor and underside of the sunroom. It is now December - 11 months later - and our sunroom is still under construction. Admittedly this has been a nightmare with our insurance company, but after finally getting all of the approvals, including payment for Patio Enclosures' fee of $26,000.00 JUST to dismantle & re-install the sunroom so that contractors could get access to the damaged subfloor, we have yet to be able to get Patio Enclosures to set & stick to a repair date. They keep pushing us back on the schedule with no regard for how long we've been waiting, how long they have had our money, our contract, or how much additional damage continues to happen every time it rains because the room is so damaged. Patio Enclosures has had over $2,500 from us (paid last May) for a new sliding glass door which they have yet to install. The plywood that they placed over the hole in the sunroom where the old door used to be (last May?) is soaking wet and leaks terribly into the room every time it rains. They also have a signed contract and a deposit of almost $3k from us for the dismantling work. We have been trying to get this scheduled for months. At first, calls and emails would go unanswered for weeks, only to learn later that the person we had been working with retired and no one was checking his voicemail or emails! Finally we were connected with his replacement and thought we were making progress. We were able to get a date set for the sunroom to be dismantled and coordinate it with our floor contractor so they could get in quickly, replace the subfloor and let PE re-install the sunroom to close it back up again. Well....that date got pushed back by PE and we had to start over. We were then told that December 12 was our new date and they needed 2 full days to dismantle the sunroom, so we could have the contractor come in on December 14/15 to replace the floor and PE would return on 12/16 to re-install/close it all back up. Guess what....late on Friday, 12/9, when everything was set to start that next Monday, we were given word that Patio Enclosures would not be able to get to it so everything was off again! No new date was given and requests for a return call have gone ignored to date. The only thing we got was an email from PE saying they were too busy - but no indication of when, or if, they could reschedule. We had to cancel with our other contractor who also has a deposit from us. I can say loudly enough - this company does not care. They don't stick to agreed schedules, they cancel at the last minute, they don't return your calls, and all the while, they have your money. If we had a way to do this over again we would never use this company. We are so frustrated and yet feel so stuck as we have a sunroom with leaks everywhere and no way to repair it unless they do the work and actually stick to their promised schedule. They know they have us over a barrel - thus the $26,000 charge just to dismantle and reinstall the sunroom so that the actual repairs to the floor can be made. But even for this crazy fee, they can't stick to their promised schedule and cancel at the last minute, leaving their customer hanging. It is now over a week since they sent the email cancelling. We have not heard a squeak from PE since then, even though a message was left last Friday (12/9) asking for a call back to discuss. So frustrated. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone. read more

After four months my project finally was started In April. To date I have had several concerns and miscommunication. Listed below are some of those concerns. In addition, I am ccing Maryland's Attorney General's Office as a backup resource if I feel these concerns cannot be resolve. (1). No effective communication, from the beginning, (A). I was told a dumpster would be delivered to my home on a certain day, I was asked to move my vehicles out of the driveway, NO dumpster was delivered or communication about the dumpster not arriving until I called Patio Enclosure which according to them they did not know the dumpster was delivered . (B). Before they started this project I asked my project manager Tim what I need to do to prepared for construction; he never told me anything. When I came home after the first day of construction plastic was covering my master bed and dresser. I received a call from Tim (my project manager) to remove my camera system and jewelry. I moved the requested items into my second bedroom which I made my temporary sleeping area. The next day when I come home from work my entire master bedroom had been broken down and placed in my second bedroom, i.e. TV removed from wall, all bedroom furnishing, clothing, ceil fan, etc. all placed in the second bedroom without notice or assistance. I had to make plans to sleep downstairs in the dog room. (2). House left unprotected first by not securing tarp on to roof. (3). Back gate left open exposing my back yard and your work equipment to the public. (4). No portal potty on site for the workers to use (5). Food being eaten out of my "main "refrigerator (6). Miscommunication on where to put skylight; even though it is listed on my work sheet from Patio Enclosure where items are to be placed. In addition to discussing this with Virgil (foreman for work site); cost me additional 432.00 dollars for two more skylights. (7). Not knowing when workers are coming to my home (8). No work plan or time line for when and how this project will be finish or move forward. (9). According to my work sheet from Patio Enclosure, I am getting Three windows in the front of my room (sliders). Two additional windows on each side of my room (sliders). And replace current bedroom window to match all new windows (Slider). To date I have TWO big windows in the front (that is ok but someone could have told me). I have two roll out windows on each side, (that too is also ok but no one told me). However, the third and replacement window is an up/down window and that is not ok; all windows should match. I have been waiting for effective communication from Patio Enclosure about correcting the window and I have not heard anything back from Tim, my project manager. The purpose of having all windows match is for uniformity. I feel like I was told certain thing in order to secure the contract but now it's a different story. Mannerism from staff has been less than professional. Your staff acts like they are not use to being in people homes by themselves. I gave specific instructions on what refrigerator I would stock with drinks and snacks they were more than welcome to use and eat anything out of AND still they ate from my personal refrigerator; this was disturbing to say the least. Summary: At this point this project has been a troubling experience for me. I feel like I have to revisit everything we agreed to and then some. It seems standard professional respect and courtesy is a challenge for this company. This letter is a formal complaint that will be sent to and enforced by Maryland's Attorney's General Office if this company cannot meet and conduct themselves accord lying. Moving forward: (1). I would like for the up/down window to be replace to match the current two side roll out windows. (2). I would like a work plan; this is my second time asking for this. (3). A schedule of when they will be working in my home and proper notice if that schedule will change. (4). Sign off Agreement/contract on what they have done along with a walk through once work is completed (5).Proper notice when they will put master bedroom back together so I can be present, i.e. ceiling fan, bedroom furnisher, TV mounted back on stand and dresser placed back in room (6). To say this has been a frustrating experience is an understatement. Signed a contract for a screen porch conversion in April and was told that it took 4 weeks to order supplies and 1 week to do the installation. The supplies and schedule slide so that my install date was July 9th.... So much for one week installation. It is Aug 16th and it still isn't complete. I've basically had furniture stacked on my deck all summer with no use of the porch or deck. The manager spoke with last week and promised it would be completed by August 17th..... Just got a call explaining that there is another delay - can we come install the final windows on Friday....? I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for this type of service. They seem to have no regard for the schedule or customer service. At no point did they reach out to me to explain revisions to schedule. In some cases, I had to call them and let them know that their staff had not shown up to work the project. This place is a mess. read more

The Good is that they were able to complete the work eventually after a two month delay. The Bad is that Project manager that was assigned had no experience or qualifications and quit the company after making large mistakes. The next guy they assigned wasn't much better. The customer service and communication from the project manager and overall company was less than desirable. The cost of the project were excessive and the project manager refused to provide a written quote. He would only work at a bottom line number and took complete advantage of the fact that no one else in the area was able to make the repairs to my sunroof that were needed. After the work was completed, they promptly requested payment which was understandable, but when I requested to speak with a manager regarding my experience with the company, they ingored my phone calls and emails. If you need work completed, they do a reasonable job as long as you are willing to pay alot and deal with their inexperience and lackluster customer service. I'm sure i would have had a different experience if i was spending thousands more on a new sunroom vice just having repairs done. read more

I had Patio Enclosures construct me a 12 x 40 Sun room a few years ago for which I paid approx 47K. Whereas the quality of the materials used was compatible with any other company, their customer service is not just the worst, it is non existent.. After the job was completed I notified them that I had MAJOR roof leaks. It is now years later and nothing was ever done to correct this problem. Tomorrow I am having an independent roofer to give me an estimate of correcting the issue which Patio Enclosures ignored. In addition to the roof waterfall problem, all the electrical work which they did stopped working. When I called the nearest dealer (the one in Kernersville, NC went out of business) I was informed that they used independent contractors to do the electrical, and even though they hired the sub-contractors, they would not accept any responsibility for the quality of their work. I therefore have to hire my own electrician or waste time taking them to court. If you are wise you will not walk, but run away from these people. They were hired to replace a sunroom roof that sustained hail damage. After the job was completed we encountered two massive leaks that ruined the contents of the porch as well as the floor. Company was unwilling to take financial responsibility for the damages. read more

I would not recommend this Glen Burnie, Md, establishment to anyone!!! They do not stand behind their work, warranty or customer service. I had my Patio install December 2013, since then I had to contact them on 4 different occasions for issues ranging from water flowing in from heavy rain, drainage overflowing with water causing leakage, roof lifting from frame, and poor material installed on bottom of patio that buckles in the heat and in the winter. After several calls to the company to get these issues resolved and getting a response back a week or two later. I was totally feed up after the last two issues (water flowing in my patio damaging my carpet and floor/continue buckling of the material at the base of the patio) and being totally ignored and not a call back from them. I reached out to the Corporate office to complain about the poor customer service and lack of to resolve my concerns. Let's just say I got the impression that they snowballed the Corporate office to make them think they were on top of my concerns and will take care of them as soon as possible. Unacceptable!! Please I repeat Please do not waste your time nor money with this company!!!! Please before you invest your hard earn money read all the reviews and do your homework on the company!! read more
