I just wanted to acknowledge Jordan, he towed me from Inglewood to Los Angeles tonight and he was prompt and professional!!! Thank you sooo much, I thought that AAA canceled my service request because I saw two tow trucks and a battery truck pass me by, but Jordan came and saved my day!!! You're the best! read more

I needed my car towed so I called AAA. They sent Pathway Towing. Everyone at Pathway towing was friendly, communicated clearly and provided great customer service!!! I immediately received a call from dispatch to confirm all information sent to AAA. Ros K. from Pathway Towing called shortly after dispatch and gave me an update on his arrival and he was on time. When Ros K. arrived he was very professional and did a great job! He took his time to check out the car and got it started long enough to get it on the flat bed and in my driveway. Thank you Ros K. and Pathway towing! As always AAA is a good value for the amount we pay versus paying for tows on your own. when they partner with quality companies it's a great value. read more

horrible customer service. called AAA and they dispatched Pathway. Driver took over an hour and then went to wrong address. Called Dispatch asking for an update while waiting and operator was rude and told me not to keep calling. Sir I waited 45 minutes after being told driver was dispatched. Driver was coming 3.5 miles it should not have taken so long then after an hour called back and was told he was at another address read more

I just wanna give a big thank you to Jesus. First AAA said my wait time was going to be almost 2 hours but then I got a call from the tow truck driver saying he was around the corner already. I waited less than 20 minutes. I know some days aaa gets slammed calls especially on Fridays and dispatcher gets me frustrated giving me long ETA but the driver made it up to me. He was very careful with my classic car, he took his time hooking it up and made sure everything was secured and safe. He got my car all the way to Sylmar safely. He was able to back up all the way into the alley and drop the car right where I wanted it. Thanks again I had a great experience even after many negative reviews Jesus approached me very nicely and helpful and kept me informed of everything along the way very well communicated gentleman thank you for transporting my classic Nova read more

-10 for these idiot drivers.. driver was the culprit in a hit and run with a woman and a child in the car. Completely damaged the car where the door wont open, and drove off. After he was actually sitting on the side of the road a little ways up, he claimed no responsibility until witnesses actually countered him. The tow company gave a we dont care response. Negligent and unsafe, these people should loose thier AAA license and business. I really hope the woman sues them for accountability. read more

I would say 0 or less for this poor excuse of a company. Last Tuesday, AAA dispatched Pathway Towing to me. Waited over 2 hours, with the arrival time getting pushed back again and again for no real reason. I called to ask what was going on and the guy who answered was straight up rude. When I pushed back on the wait, he got passive aggressive and threatened to cancel my call. Delays happen, fine. But there's no excuse for treating a customer like this when they're stuck and can't move their car. If you don't want the job, don't threaten to cancel on someone who's stranded. I hung up and called a different company myself. They got there in 15 minutes and had me home right after. No comparison. If AAA sends you Pathway, cancel and ask for someone else. AAA needs to drop this company. read more

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Experience I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by this company. I contacted them to request a tow truck and was told that assistance would arrive within approximately 20 minutes. Instead, I waited more than two hours before the tow truck finally arrived. What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication during the wait. Despite the significant delay, the company never contacted me to provide an update, explain the reason for the delay, or offer any reasonable accommodation for the inconvenience. A professional service provider should value its customers' time and maintain clear communication, especially when there are significant delays. Unfortunately, my experience gave me the impression that the company is more focused on collecting payment than providing reliable, professional customer service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. The service was extremely disappointing, the communication was unacceptable, and the overall customer experience was far below what I would expect from a professional towing company. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly encourage management to take customer service and communication much more seriously. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was forced to use them through AAA and they are truly a nightmare. They kept telling me 20 minutes and I waited for 3 hours. David went off on me because I kept requesting an ETA after waiting for 2 hours in 100 degree weather. They are truly a bad business. AAA should stop their contract with them. read more

Pathway towing left me stranded. They cancelled my tow for no reason without letting me know. I called them a couple of times to check what was taking so long, they'd answer and just put me on hold. The wait was supposed to be 45 minutes. I waited over two hours. I called AAA back and they immediately sent another tow company. If AAA is sending Pathway for your tow, I recommend you ask them to send another company, for safety reasons and customer service. Don't get stranded like I did. read more

A V O I D Never expect any help from this tow company. They're running people off 105 freeway. WITH TOW TRUCKS THAT HAVE FLAT BEDS. Tailgating people at excessive mph. Their office couldn't care less. Their business is aggressive and unnecessarily disrespectful. Please Avoid using this company and save yourself of so much trouble. This is what they look like when they are determined for an accident. read more

Pathway Towing - Here is one of Pathway Towing's drivers trying to crash into my brother and I. He actually thinks it's funny. - Towing Near Me - Firestone Park, California

I had a very disappointing experience with Pathway Towing after being referred through AAA, and I feel it needs to be shared. When I scheduled my tow through AAA, I was given a one hour window from 9 to 10 a.m. I had an important meeting at 10, so I called Pathway directly around 8 a.m. to see if it was possible for them to arrive closer to the 9 a.m. start time. The man who answered refused to give his name. He attempted to look up my order but said he could not find it. I asked if that might be because AAA typically sends orders closer to the pickup time, and he confirmed they usually receive them about 45 minutes prior. What followed was completely unacceptable. He was extremely loud, talking over me, and shouting throughout the call. I calmly asked if I could have a moment to ask a question, and he repeatedly shouted "NO" several times, said he could not help me, refused to let me speak, and then hung up on me. There was no reason for that level of aggression. I was simply trying to understand my options and coordinate timing. Instead, I was met with hostility and complete disregard for basic customer service. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism and respectful communication. That standard was not met here. I choose to do business with companies that value customer experience and treat people with respect. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend this towing company. read more

Late yelp..Last week I got to work at the weeee hours of the morning, rushing of course and as the door closed, I realized my keys were still in the ignition! Ekkkk!! Ran inside and called AAA. They dispatched a tech out within 30 mins. He texted me when he arrived, waiting outside. Nice guy with a huge smile as I approached, he said he was familiar with the location because apparently alot of us have issues.. He immediately went to work, and since I left my window slightly ajar, he was able to stick a little tool, jiggle the handle and walla, truck was unlocked, less than 5 minutes. Great service with Pathway Towing and AAA. Until next time (hopefully lesson learned, NOT) I would recommend.. read more

I witnessed a tow truck driver yell and be rude to my building manager for cautioning him about the clearance in our garage. On March 24th at 8:58am I called AAA for roadside assistance assiatance with a tow for my motorcycle. They dispatched Pathway Towing and sent a messsage out to me that they would be arriving about 9:56am. Pathway Towing arrived a tad bit early. The Technician backed into my driveway (Gated Parking) to pick up my motorcycle. Because my motorcycle was not working, I walked my motorcycle to the back of the tow truck, with my kickstand down and asked the driver did he have it from there. He told me yes, but he would just need for me to raise the tow truck up and move the bed forward and showed me the 2 blue levers to use. As he went to move my bike that was still on the kickstand, he immediately MATRIX and dropped my bike. I had to run and help him get my bike up because he couldn't do it himself. He never apologized to me, he did not report it and he never took pictures. Instead he told me that he had a GXR 600 and he couldn't stand his bike. I told him, what does that have to do with you dropping my bike? He laughed it off and there was nothing funny. I notified AAA and my mechanic via text. I was not supposed to follow him to my mechanic shop but after dropping my motorcycle I did NOT trust him. When I arrived I asked my mechanic did he see my text. When he read it he ran to my bike and he didn't let the driver get my bike off of the truck. The driver just left. I took pictures with my mechanic, as he was the one who had just redone my whole bike. I didn't have a scratch on it. AAA sent out a text to see if I was satisfied and I immediately asked for an agent and told them he dropped my bike. The company contacted me days later and the person was very rude. His name is Samrad. When I explained to him what happened, he acted as if he could not understand me and asked again what was I alalleging happened. I told him I just told you. He then asked me did I have proof and I told him yes. He said can you send it over to me. I asked for his email address and phone number and told him that the acting agent on my case would call him because I no longer wanted to deal with him. They have acted as if they can not get a hold of the driver for a statement. It is now April 13th and my bike is collecting fees because of the non-response from them. They have yet to contact my insurance company back. I am left to have to fight this battle on my own because no one will take accountabilty for their actions. I have all of my evidence, text, pictures and time stamps of everything. AAA has on file who it was. I will see you all in court. Not to mention that the driver looked like a smoker and should not have been anyones tow truck driver. I will revise this review once the issue is resolved. read more

They're contracted with AAA. Today, they towed me to where I needed. The driver, Dave (maybe David) did not instruct me with payment or mention it. I got a call from dispatch a few minutes after demanding that I pay. I told him I was willing to pay but was unable to at that exact second. (I was on the toilet about to shower but I didnt mention that) I let him know that I'm willing to pay and to send me an invoice, a link for payment, or to call back in a little bit. I stepped into the shower and they proceeded to call numerous times. By the time I was out the shower, they towed my car to their impound. I called to ask what's up, and the manager demanded I pay $700 and hung up on me. At this point, I have no idea where my car is. I called and got ahold of the dispatcher. I submitted a report to AAA, and AAA spoke to them. Pathway Towing misrepresented that they waited an hour for payment. I have surveillance cameras that prove otherwise that they waited closer to 25 minutes. These people will fake that you were not willing to pay and steal your vehicle to extort you. If they did it to me, they've for sure done it to others. read more
