Completely unprofessional -- avoid at all costs. Dealing with Kyle was beyond frustrating. Every time I asked about the leak or for a simple report, he dodged responsibility, saying he wasn't there when it happened -- yet he clearly did repairs in my neighbor's unit and wouldn't even tell me what he fixed. Instead of providing answers, he stonewalled me, acted like he didn't know what was going on, and left me completely in the dark. When you're already dealing with water damage and insurance stress, the last thing you need is a plumber who refuses to be transparent. read more

I'm leaving this review to warn everyone about Kyle Patch the owner of this business. He and a friend came to my house in Del Mar and broke into my car in the middle of the night, stealing many valuable items. The next day, I tracked my AirPods (which were inside one of the stolen bags) and found the exact address where they were located. When I went there, I spoke to neighbors who confirmed his name and that he lives at that house. I also saw my stolen bags inside his car, parked right in front of the house. When he saw me from the window, he came outside hiding something under his hoodie -- I honestly thought he might have a weapon, so I left immediately. Later, when I called him, he claimed it wasn't him but his "friend," and they've been blaming each other ever since. I contacted the police, detectives are already involved, and I have all the evidence -- photos, location tracking, and proof linking him to the theft. Kyle did an excellent job with the plumbing work in my kitchen! As a tenant, my landlord was the one who booked him, so I can't speak to the booking or payment process, but the service itself was fantastic. I needed my leaking kitchen faucet replaced, and Kyle not only took care of that efficiently but also installed new on/off valves under the sink. Now I can locally shut off the water to the faucet or dishwasher if there's ever another leak--something I really appreciate! Kyle was also very responsive via text, keeping me updated throughout the process, which made everything run smoothly. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Kyle & Ehsan are incredible. They were able to schedule water leak detection for my HOA in between other jobs. Ehasan explained quite a bit about the process. We still had an issue going on so a 2nd visit was scheduled at the end of their day where they checked and verified the plumbing in each unit. They are respectful and kind. They speak in terms that I can understand. They are now my HOA's go-to plumbers and have already shared this with the HOA President next door, and friends of mine also looking for plumbing services. Ehsan and Kyle were like my knights in shining armour! I had a sewage pipe break. They were very responsive and arrived promply. They were very straight forward and most importantly honest with their estimate. As a woman, I typically hate dealing with this kind of stuff because lots of times people try to take advantage of you. But Ehsan and Kyle were just the opposite. Isan and Kyle did an outstanding job for us today. They saved us a lot of trouble in the future by repairing our drain system which had major cracks hidden in the wall that we did not even know about. They also repaired our plumbing and our leaking gas that was in bad shape from another so-called Plumer. They gave us a quote and did exactly what they said they would. They fixed a serious sewer line pipe leak and replaced the sewer line to the street digging under the sidewalk to do it. They also put in a new clean out. Everything has worked fine ever since. These guys are great! We had a leak we couldn't identify so I called many plumbers (most don't answer their phones). Kyle answered and was at our house within 30 minutes. They quickly diagnosed the problem, which had to do with our pool. 30 minutes later they had the part they needed and they fixed the leak. I never expected such fast service with a solution! I would love to give these guys a great review since they were super nice and installed my kitchen faucet correctly. Kyle was a challenge to pin down with scheduling - saying he would be available more than once, and wasn't. We had to push times out for 3 days. FINALLY, his partner showed up - and he was great, plumbing wise, however, he got my faucet installed in less than 20 minutes and charged me 200 bucks. I mean, seriously? I even told him I was looking for a new plumber due to ours charging more than necessary. $200 dollars for a 15 minute install requiring no extra parts nor clean up. Had he said - "just give me 100" I would have given them 4 stars. Super unfortunate. As noted - they are REALLY nice. read more

I have a NEW plumber everyone. Our dishwasher started leaking water and I called my normal plumber. After not hearing back, I was talking to my mom and she gave me the number to Patch. She said they were awesome and I fully agree. I called and received a call back within minutes. I told Kyle my problem and he had Ehsan call me within minutes. Ehsan was at my house within 10 minutes! He came in and took a look. Told me my problem was just a rubber piece had come off the track which caused the water to leak. He told me it was a simple fix and didn't even charge me!! I had to force him to take gas money. He said they pride themselves on being honest. We need more businesses like this. Great service! Available same day (arrived when they said they would), friendly, and professional. They got the job done in no time. I had another plumbing company ("X") come out just an hour prior to Patch Plumbing arriving. I used a $59 drain clearing coupon from plumbing company "X" to snake out my clogged bathroom sink drain. Well, in addition to inadequately snaking out my sink pipes "X" tried to upsell me to another service I did NOT need. Patch Plumbing Solutions informed me that I did not need the hydro-jetting in my bathroom sink pipes (saved me $550.)! While assessing my drain issue, they ran their snake and informed me that the snaking that "X" did was not done thoroughly and I only needed a few parts replaced.
