We were very impressed with the assessment that James provided and his professional manner and would have been confident to have him do the repair work on the specific damaged parts indicated in an instant. I called at 2:30pm to find out if there was a problem and they said they'd check with the technician and call me back. It's almost 5pm and no one called to reschedule or apologize! honestly worst decision i ever made . At first he seemed like a honest guy but i ended up paying 10 times more than the other bids i got this guy told me there was all kinds of stuff wrong with my plumbing when it was just replacing some cheap angle stops , he wanted to tear up my bathroom and replace copper pipes that were not even leaking. James came to our rescue! At 8:00 pm on the Friday before New Years day we discovered that both our toilets were backed up and would not flush. We called Rescue Rooter and they said they could not come until the next day. We found James online and and he answered the phone. He said he was leaving a job in Oceanside and would be at our house in El Cajon in 1 hour. He arrived in 45 minutes and immediately found a large clog of toilet paper in our cleanout. He broke it loose, told us to flush the toilets and they were now working perfectly. He had quoted us the cost of an after hours service call which I thought was more than fair. He ended up charging less after finding out the problem. James is honest and charges a very fair price. We will definitely call James for any future problems we may have and I have already recommended him to one of our friends.
