Great team there! Currently dealing with an insurance claim on my upstairs bathroom and turned out there's a lot going on with my house. The team was also able to replace my pressure valve and hot water expansion tank. A couple days later, Frank came out to replace the temperature and pressure valve on my aging hot water tank. Saw a neighbor review on next door. Called and scheduled over the phone that our kitchen faucet was slowly draining and needed line cleared. Asked how much and was told $49. Agreed and scheduled for next day 12-2. 12-2 they didn't show up. They called at around 2 and asked if could come 2-4. Agreed. I called at 4 and was told they were on the way. Showed up a few minutes later... and told me $150 not $49. Said only $49 if have a clean out - was not asked about that on my call. He said it's in all the ads. I didn't see an ad. I called based on review. Said if they have to go through pipe takes much longer. I know it takes less than a minute to undo and then another minute to redo the plumbing under the sink. Did not agree to bait and switch price so have no idea how they would do. Wasted a whole afternoon. read more

Took 20 minutes...$498.00 Waited a couple days, did laundry. Water still leaking, but from different place. Guys came out again to look. Different problem. Guys came back next day with jackhammer. Masked everything off to contain dust and worked clean. Jacked up floor, went for parts and lunch, came back and replaced pipe. Total of about 4.5 hours work. Another $2800.00. No more water leaking from wall and I should've been a plumber....so very expensive... read more

Amazing amazing amazing! Javier is a true professional in all senses of the word. We had a sink clog much further down the line than what is piped underneath the kitchen sink. Our home 15ft snake couldn't clear it, nor did pouring lye directly into the exterior clean out. I got a quote through yelp and was quoted $68 from Javier which was by far one of the more reasonable quotes that I received. He also was one of the very first to get in contact with me after my inquiry. I stopped looking into the other inquiries because he was reasonably priced, and also the one who could come out the soonest (next day). My Yelp chat interaction for the quote was with the owner of this company, Javier. He said it would be $68 since we had a clean out directly to the drain and assuming the clog could be remedied through the clean out it would just be the flat fee. If he was going to have to have pipes taken apart, it could be $217. He said he could come out and do a free estimate and let us know before starting any work. We scheduled for the next day and he gave me a two hour window of time. He called and let me know about 40 minutes before he arrived toward the beginning of the window and was spot on with his arrival time. He also had a snake camera with him so we could see the issue together. Not only was his work professional, but his demeanor was so friendly and kind--you can absolutely tell he takes a lot of pride in his business! After his first attempt, he ended up having to go back out to the truck and get a longer snake because of how far down the line the clog was, it turned out to be a giant ball of grease and not the green onions that I had put down the disposal (thank god--saving me from the blame of my husband haha). With the amount of grease in the line, he also inspected and removed a large bowl of grease (at no additional charge) on the main line of our house and was able to show me with the camera how much grease was built up in there as well. he said it needs to be jetted out which most houses need to have this done every 10 years or so to keep things running smoothly. We will most likely have him back out to do this after I speak with our landlord. He also gave us a quote for installing a new shower on our second floor. Assuming we can get approval for this, I will more than likely go with his company again just because he is such a pleasure to work with. Call this company for all your plumbing needs. I feel like I'm a pretty good judge of character and energy and I can tell that he is a very good and honest person. read more

My toilet was clogged in May & I reached out on Angis and Get roofer was first to respond with soonest availability. I saw some reviews saying they over charge but the owner responded saying it starts around $60. They came the next day and fixed it in 20 mins and charged me $275. Manny was the one who came out and removed my toilet and stuck this vacuum thing in the pipes and then placed my toilet back. It seemed to work and flush normally. A few weeks later my toilet started making a vibrating sound and was loud when I would flush. It would happen occasionally. I reached out and had them come take a look at it in June. They came and flush the toilet twice and said it looked normal. They told us if it happen again to call them and they would come out and stick a camera in the pipes to look inside. I messaged them last night and told them that it was happening again occasionally and recorded videos of it happening. Javier and manny came today to look at it and flushed the toilet a few times and ran the water in both sinks in master bathroom. I showed them the recording of the video when it would vibrate. Before they left I flushed the toilet again and they heard the vibrating noise I have been talking about. They then told me that I needed a water regulator and when I asked for a quote they were charging me nearly $900 and that's with the discount they said. I told them that this has never happened until they had came and fix my toilet. They said there was nothing they can do and the water regulator would prevent "air" from coming into my pipes. I told them I thought it was crazy that it happened only after the touched my toilet to fix it. I also asked for a copy of this quote and if I can speak to a manager or supervisor and Javier said that that would be him. He didn't even seem confident and was asking manny how he would install this regulator. He told me that I can look around and get quotes and that there's nothing that they can do and all they did was shut off the water valve when they fix the toilet. But again, this has never happened the whole time I've been living here since 2016 until they touched it. Look around for quotes. I looked at reviews and found out Javier is the owner and even his responses show he doesn't really care and this business just wants your money. They were friendly but just upsetting with their outrageous quotes and lack of customer care. Would look around for other quotes. read more

Had dishwasher draining cycle cause my downstairs toilet to overflow with water. Manuel came out very timely on monday morning and cleared out main line drain pipe and he did it for advertised price of $68 plus tax. Put in a quote request via Yelp for the first time. We had a freak accident where a large plastic piece of my wife's hair dryer got flushed and stuck in the toilet. The worst part is we were 5 min from leaving out of town. So I turned the water off and had to leave for the weekend. I was pretty sure that I would need a full on pipe lining, because the roots would just come back. Javier gave me a very competitive quote to jet the pipes and then line the pipes, so that the roots would not come back. He schedule the work for only a few days later and his crew was right on time.
