Went here to possibly buy a car. The sales person was not much help and seemed not interested in selling us a car. He did state there was no incentives for the vehicle and they had no problem selling the model car I wanted. Hmmm ok. We left the store called another dealer in another city and they are happy to work with us. Their loan is at 9.9% yikes! I have over 750 credit score and I am jot paying that! Strange way to sell cars but if they're doing that well and don't need the business I don't blame them for picking and choosing customers as they walk up. Convenient for Wenatchee and East Wenatchee but worth the drive to save a couple grand on the same car same color same model. read more

Buying experience was ok, other than finance manager complained when I didn't buy the extended warranty, I'm paraphrasing, but they were upset they weren't make enough money on me and said dealerships are going out of business due to this. On the service side the communications are horrible, never get a callback, I had to call in several times each day to get in contact with my service advisor. My car was in the shop weeks before they could get me a loaner vehicle. They gave me my vehicle back dirty, in need of an oil change and at 1/8 of a tank left (they recieved it from me half full). We're new to town and our F250 (our only vehicle and after driving 3k miles across the country) developed a hot wheel that needed immediate attention. We dropped it off on Sunday when this dealership was closed, without an appointment. Fifteen minutes before they opened on Monday, Alfonso in Service called me and that's where I began to get blown away by the exceptional service, professionalism and genuine care that Pat Armstrong Ford has to offer. Unlike any other dealership I have experienced in my 42 years of driving, they are AWESOME! Nice people, just not all there in brain work. I took my '08 Explorer in for a timing chain replacement and ended up with an older 'new' engine. They broke a bolt which required a new engine. What should have cost me $2-3,000, now was going to cost me $9k. Or the option of $12k brand new. The Kirkland junk yard found one with 77k miles w/an 8 cylinder. My choices were: 1) Dump my car and buy one, 2) Buy a new engine, or 3) Buy a used engine with a 6 month warranty. This 3rd option cost me $9k. Mind you I had just moved to the area from Utah and had a tune up there before traveling. The car had hesitations that I kept complaining about before the warranty was up. What I got was "it's your transmission or we couldn't find anything". The misfire, after 1 1/2 yrs, was found by another mechanic, Seth, who broke 6 of the 8 spark plugs getting them out. It was going to cost me another $5k to have them removed, taking the "new" older engine apart. Long story short, Pat Armstrong wouldn't fix their mistakes. Who puts an old engine in without changing old worn spark plugs, or at least asking an older widow if she "wants to pay more" to get them changed out while the engine is out of the car? I'm furious and don't recommend their dealership. Seth, Intermountain Repair, is the better choice. He takes care of his customers. I paid for half the cost of 2 kits to boar 6 of them suckers out and his time. read more

The service department at this establishment stinks. We recently had to have the defrost actuator on our F150 fixed along with a full set of breaks and rotors that only had 7100 miles on them. First the actuator: we delivered the vehicle for repair on time and once notified that it was finished - we recovered the vehicle. It's winter here so it gets dark early or we would have noticed that there were issues straight away - namely there were broken screws all over the passenger side carpet, and the carpet was hanging down from under the dash as it had not been properly reinstalled after the actuator repair. We called and after fighting the impossible phone situation, nobody there actually answers the phone , and leaving several unanswered messages - we scheduled a second appointment to have them "finish" the work/repair the damage their techs caused. (I still have an unresolved message floating around in there system - I have long since given up that anyone will have the balls to call me) Second the breaks: we had a full break service done there 3 years ago, after a year we noted sounds coming from the breaks and took the truck in for an oil change and assessment of the breaks - we were informed that all was fine. I firmly believe this was a lie - as they only warranty breaks for two years - say anything to the customer to get them to go away and get out of the warranty period. They accomplished this task easily and were rewarded with a fat $1600.00 for their mistakes and misleading efforts. These break literally had 7100 miles on them - no hills - light city traffic! It's a 2014 F150 with only 55,000 miles on it!! The factory breaks lasted 48,000 miles. I firmly believe they improperly conducted the break job and covered themselves with lies. I suppose we should be glad we were not involved in an accident of some kind. Finally, today I took the company car in for an oil change (company car company account - I would never be there otherwise), 2.5 hours for a one hour job - turns out the service person decided to take a lunch - my car's documentation got dropped off on his desk and I was left in the waiting room. How bout some coordinated efforts amongst service personnel to see that things are covered? Finally, finally (yes I typed that). A nameless service manager (would share the name anybody who goes there will know) - the guy who would have helped in the above situation is absolutely the worst human being you could possibly hope to meet. Rude, uncaring, incompetent, lousy, waste of a person. I was up there for a different oil change and while in the waiting room - he walked out , waved an air filter in my general direction hollering out "you want a new one", and left without me even being able to examine the filter or make an informed opinion. I had to chase him down, get the filter, examine it and say, "No - I'll get my own". Ford filters are 5 times the equivalent from a parts store and not that hard to put in. Don't buy from this place - don't get your car serviced here. read more

How can a perfectly newer car never having an issue with 70k miles. You get the brakes and transmission serviced for $700. which I happily paid. You bring the car home and then instantly starts having oil and radiator leaks. You then take it in and they say you need a new water pump for your radiator unrelated to the service we performed and will cost you another $1000. And they know they have you over a barrel. What are you going to do? Not fix the huge problem of a radiator leak? Nope you pay. Way way too coincidental to not let the public know. First Yelp review of my life; looks like they simply loosened a bolt to get me back in there to make another $1k. Hope you have a better experience. My 2014 ford Escape had the transmission fail at only 96,000 miles and I had it towed to their lot while I shopped around to get it fixed. While it was on their lot un-drivable they decided to do an oil change that somehow cost me $260. They wouldn't give me the keys to my vehicle until I paid it. When I complained they laughed in my face and said "that's just how it goes sometimes." I know you can't trust most dealerships but these guys are the worst! I had my worst experience of any kind trying to get my "NEW" used car serviced. I even have a new car warranty for my low mileage expedition. But I was told each item on my list would be $170 to diagnose, not fix but diagnose, even a sticky button switch? My list amounted to $2550.00 in fees. Sounds like the Government. I even had the sales manager tell me my car is older and most of the things probably won't be covered, really? The flashing engine light? The drivers side hub that won't disengage? Some of these are safety items. Now 1 month after I purchased it, I was in Oregon, a repair they had done on the rear bumper, and didn't complete came back to haunt me. The security system shut my car down because one of the sensors that should have been replaced failed, 3 days without a car, 8 hours from home. Sales Manager at Pat Armstrong Ford said I'll work it out with you..... Funny, only for him, because it cost me over $500.00 Plus repairs. I called during the weekend to ask if they could do an AC inspection and they told me to take it and and they could do it at no charge. Took it in on Monday since I live an hour and a half away and they said they would try to get to it. My car was not moved, no one called me to update me that it would not be checked. When I picked it up Monday they said i was scheduled for the following day. Took it in again on Tuesday morning and the guy said in a very sarcastic voice "we will try and get you in today". Picked it up Tuesday still parked in the same spot. What a waste of time. Poor customer service and lack of communication. Communication break down! I spoke with Luke about purchasing a Ford F-150 Platinum, it was in the shop for repairs, after a couple of weeks waiting for more pictures & update of when the truck will be done, so we can make the 4 hour trip (one way). I received a text on 10/09/2023 letting me know he had to make a run to Chelan & will provide an update later that day when he returned. No text no call, so 6:00pm I text asking for an update, no response. The next day I texted again (any updates), nothing! I called the sales line and spoke with Riley, asked if Luke was around, he was with a customer. She asked if she could assist. I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication with Luke. She apologized and agreed that it's not OK and will talk with Luke ASAP. I received a text from Luke about 5 minutes later with 5 pictures of the truck & that was it. No follow up on the truck repair being completed, how did we like the pictures...etc. We are taking our businesses elsewhere! Customer Care is not on his radar at all! read more

I have been looking to buy 2023 F250 Lariat crewcab for more than a year. I ordered my truck online than went to the local dealer in Wenatchee WA to place the order in April 2023. On August, I got a message that my truck is delayed to production. A week later, i got an email that my truck is in production and within a week it shipped. Turn out the truck that shipped was supercab, long bed...nothing that i ordered except the color. The dealership owner and general manager didn't bother responding to my complaint. Ford told me i have to order a 2024 and wait for a year. Don't bother to buy from this company! There're a lot of better trucks out there! read more

It's easy to complain these days, we live in a difficult world, but it's not difficult to give thanks and be kind. On our way to a conference in Tulalip, we ran into some truck troubles. I called Pat Armstrong ford to see if they could get me in service for a quick look, as I did not have any tools to check things over myself. The front desk girl, Nicole I think, answered and said her service team was at lunch, but would contact me as soon as she talked to someone. We were on our way anyway. The truck was not running right and we still had a ways to go. We pulled up around 1pm, just as the service guys were getting back from lunch. Went in to service and informed them on the issue. I think we were talking with Jake, but I misplaced his card and can't find it. He said he could see what they could do, but they were very busy, as most businesses are these days. I understood, and let them know I would appreciate anything they could do to help. About an hour later, the service writer came and got us to let us know it was a minor issue that had cleared itself. He informed us on what had probably happened and said we were good to go. I asked if we needed to settle up with the cashier, but he said we were all good to go. We made it to my conference and also Made it back home to CDA with no issues. Thank you for your help Pat Armstrong Ford, you really saved our trip!! Ford had my 2020 explorer for 5.5 weeks due to a snap ring in the transmission falling off and burning up my clutch. The service "advisor" was super nice day 1, then the longer they had my vehicle the communication was gone. Unless I called, I never got an update on my car. Then when I did call I was treated as if I were a bother. They left it in the back parking lot behind the shop when it was waiting weeks to go into the shop with the windows down, but not to worry, the doors were locked.... Thank goodness a friend happened to be at ford and notified me. It was finally "fixed", went and picked it up but not even 4 days later went to the garage to leave and there's transmission fluid all over my floor. I'm told that I need to pay for a tow truck to get it there. I bought my car from them to support local, and while I'm well aware dealerships have no control over what vehicles have issues, and know that mechanics are in demand, Ford's lack of customer service, poor communication and disregard for customers lives that are being inconvenienced is unacceptable. My car has been in the shop over 2 months with them as of now and who knows how long this next stint will be. 100% regret my purchase and will not be a returning Ford customer. read more

I am as skeptical as the next person when it comes to car sales.. But I have to admit that the folks at Town Ford Lincoln really came through for us! Drove by on the 4th of July and saw a truck I really, really liked but of course they were closed for the holiday. Figured I couldn't afford the truck or the ensuing payments so resigned myself to not buying it. However, the next day my wife suggested we go back so off we went. Met Kristie, our salesperson, and had a chance to look closer at the vehicle I was drooling over. Finally got inside and talked numbers. No pressure, no hard sell, just facts and figures. Filled out a credit app and told them what we wanted to pay and went to eat. Before finishing our meal we had a call from Kristie that our deal was approved! No BS, no pain. And not only did they come in at the price we wanted, they shopped and got us 6.99 percent financing with a payment over a hundred dollars less than we were planning on paying!!!!!! We were really pleased with the attitude and the above and beyond approach they had with us. In the past I had always thought the big dealerships in the Wenatchee/East Wenatchee area were just the big bullies on the block that treated customers like numbers and made it hard for the private lots to stay in business. However, if our experience at Town Ford Lincoln is any indication, they EARNED our loyalty and provided first rate service all the way from the first hello to the moment we drove off the lot in our new truck. They worked with my wife and I to find us a reliable car that would make sure we could travel safely this holiday season. I just had my truck in here for service and the whole team was excellent. They listened to my concerns and listened to all I did trying to fix myself. I told them last think I could think of was my BCM on my 2012 Ford F-150 and dealer must program it. They called me with in 45min and yes it was the BCM. Got new part in a day and was rolling. But my problem didn't get fixed correctly for two appointments by which time they took the money. We had a horrible experience here. Brought our work truck in for a full inspection. We waited for an hour and a half, watched them bring our truck out of the shop and back in. Waited way too long to be told that nobody knew the alignment guy had gone home sick. Okay whatever we'll bring it back for another appointment to finish the full inspection. So we reschedule and come back a week or so later for an 8 am appointment for only the alignment portion of the inspection. It took THREE HOURS for them to lift it up wiggle the wheels and tell us we need new tie rods. Three hours. Once they are finally done a man named Pat comes and asks us if we were expecting to pay anything today. We said hell no obviously because we already paid for the inspection that they were unable to complete the last time. Then he proceeds to say "oh yes of coarse, no charge that's just a grey area and I didn't want to surprise you with a $170 bill" By that he meant he wanted to know if he could rip us off or not! Trying to see if he could get away with charging us because he must have thought we were stupid or something! We live an hour away so all of this wasted time was really a huge inconvenience to us and we did not feel like they prioritized or respected our business. 100% would not recommend because they are obviously very willing to rip you off and take their god damn sweet time. Unbelievable. LITERALLY... When I got there they didn't have me on the schedule... Didn't listen, or do what I left it for. Then when I said I am done... they wanted to do the work right then... I said no. Then they wanted some labor for reading codes I didn't tell them to read. (which is a five minute task anywise). Increadible. I refused to pay them for not doing what I left it for. (which was to get the pcm flashed.) Some nerve. I'm done. I'm going to drive for two hours to hopefully get my simple work done... my PCM flashed and everything reset for the car to re-learn itself. When you flash a PCM... you reset the codes to find out what is really wrong with your computer controlled Ford car. Not happy. read more

While traveling through the area, I noticed the engine shield on my 2013 Ford Escape was drooping down on one side. Not a big problem, just a missing bolt. So I dropped by this dealership expecting to buy a bolt and replace it. The parts department wasn't quite sure which bolt it was, so I crawled under the car to take a photo of the remaining bolt. A man - the owner or general manager, I suppose, saw me and suggested putting the car up on the rack, which we did. The problem was bigger than the bolt. The thing it screws into was also broken. After 20 minutes, both sets of bolts and connectors were replaced AT NO CHARGE! I believe in rewarding goodwill. That level of service contrasted so sharply with the dealership in Olympia where we bought our Escape that next time we're in the market for a new car we'll make the three-hour drive over the mountains and purchase it there. read more

Honestly if I could rate my most recent experience at Pat Armstrong's service department...I would have rated in the negative! Our family have been going to this particular dealership since 2012. Each year it has been going more downhill!!!! This last one was the last straw. I needed to order a part for my vehicle and then make an appointment to get it worked on. No problem, I ordered my part and they made me pay for the part over the phone, unusual because I have always ordered and once service was complete I paid entire balance. My appointment was scheduled for Monday morning at 8:30..I waited until 1030 to call and check, they said that it was ready to go. I picked up my truck Tuesday early afternoon after I had gotten off work, paid for the rest of the balance. Then went on my way, truck was running really hot and I had figured it was 115 degrees outside so maybe it took a minute. By the time I had driven from the dealership to Wenatchee side, so less than 5 miles, my truck made a weird clink noise, followed by a clunk and then my truck had multiple warning lights that followed. I called the dealership and their service department said "well that's weird" after explaining my situation the advice that was given was that "your best option is to call a tow truck and have it towed to us" WOW!!!!. The tow truck guy who came in lifted the hood to my truck and found that the serpentine belt had been shredded and was all over my engine!!! Ford service departments answer for this was that this was not something they normally checked. I laughed because in order to repair the new steering motor they would have had to remove the belt and worked on the truck and then replaced it back on. The lies!!!!! When I got it there I asked if they were picking up the bill for the tow since this was obviously their error! I received a response of this is not something they do...but because this shouldn't have happened that they will talk to a manager in the morning to sort it out. Gee guys thanks for the awesome favor! I called their department the next day 10am, figured that would give them enough time to sort their S**t out! The receptionist took a message because the guy I had been dealing with was conveniently helping another customer. Less than 3 minutes later the same receptionist called to say "Hi this is A**** and we are calling about your Lincoln and wanted to schedule service for the airbag" Yea lady not the right person literally just spoke with you about getting an update on my truck. No one ever called me!!! 3pm I called their office and they said that they called my husband, which is not even the number that was left, it's a secondary number and was currently in NM training. When I picked up my truck not only did some random guy in his office come out and just hand me paperwork but couldn't be bothered to go over what happened! The invoice just said "on us" Like they did me a favor for fixing something they didn't do in the first place! To top this all off we did a road trip two days later from WA to MT and opened up the hood of my truck, they never cleaned out the belt!!! It was shredded and all over my engine! Thanks for taking really crappy care of us Pat Armstrong's staff!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Best part is that they sent an email for my review and called me! Not my husband, so they knew what number to call, just chose not to! I filled out their survey and have never heard back from them! Of course! read more

I called Town Ford a few weeks ago to setup an appointment to diagnose sloppy steering in our 2007 Class A RV, based on a Ford Chassis. The service desk was helpful scheduling my appointment and did not seen put off that I was "from out of town". I arrived a little late for my appointment and the service desk manager seemed concerned when I told him I could not leave our RV, since we were living in it. He told me he wanted his tech to look at it, but their only bay large enough for our RV had another truck on it. He told me to wait a few minutes and he would see what he could do. He came back a few minutes later with John, one of their techs. They told me they would take our RV on a diagnostics drive and then assess what to do afterwards. Our RV had only 13,000 miles on it and they doubted I needed any work done. John was very friendly, drove the RV professionally and tested the RV on city roads, highways, and rough rural roads. His assessment, the sloppy steering was normal for this size vehicle (21,000 pounds!). He said the RV ran very nice and he gave us some tips for maintaining the RV. All told, the drive took 15-20 minutes. When we arrived back at the dealer, the service manager told us to have a nice day and waved me out the door. I did not have to pay a cent for this awesome service. I was fully prepared to pay for an hour of diagnostics, but he told me to have a good trip and wished me well. If I ever find myself in Wenatchee in the future (quite possibly), I will bring my vehicle here with no hesitation. Their service staff sold the dealership to me; they are top-notch. read more

Called around to a few places, most quoted me $159 to $189 for service, but informed me that they were unable to perform the service, it must be done by a Ford Dealer. Called Pat Armstrong Ford, they quoted me $189 for the service. When I showed up for the service, the invoice was for $259. I explained the situation, and the service department made no attempt to remedy the huge price difference. read more

They Helped me trade in an Explorer I could not afford anymore (and it was bought less than 3 months after a head trauma-I should not have been signing a financial contract..but was herded into it in Prosser, WA by an abusive ex and a bully salesman at a different dealership). Vern greeted me at the door, and was friendly and sweet, he went and got Chad for me, as he was recommended to me. From there He, Paul and Frankie worked for a day and a half to get me financed in a car I could afford, was much smaller and very nice. I could not be happier with my experience at Town Lincoln Ford. read more

These guys love to sell vehicles to you, but don't expect the same when it comes to Parts or Service. When you call the Parts dept. they always seem to act as though you're disturbing their busy day. Let's just say being helpful is not high on their priority. And good luck trying to even get service on the phone! Almost always you're on hold forever, and if you're lucky someone might ask you to leave a message. Then of course when service calls back it's almost always when I am right in the middle of my work day (meetings, etc.) and can't answer, and so the whole loop starts over again. Sure wish I had another Ford Dealership option within 50 miles. read more

Kristi - who we directly dealt with is awesome. She did her best to make the dealings fair, but cannot say the same for the dealership as a whole. They told us the truck we were dealing on was a 2002 - after we agreed on the price - it came out that it was a 2000. They were very reluctant to re-negotiate. Said they had paid too much for it. We felt it was their mistake - not ours. When a price finally was negotiated and we had to come back the next day to get the truck. When we got it home we realized that the brake controller had been removed. They took a cheapy out of another truck and sent it to us. It would not handle a load more than what you would put on an Explorer or smaller. They would not negotiate on it at all. We told the finance guy we did NOT want GAP insurance. When we re-financed for a lower rate a month later - I realized that we had paid for GAP insurance. That I have to take the blame for - I didn't pay close attention when signing papers. Just signed where he said. Therefore it cost us $50+ to cancel that insurance. Would deal with Kristi if she were elsewhere - but will never deal or recommend Town Ford. read more

Stopped in one morning with no appointment as I was traveling through the area. They performed a front end alignment and oil change on my F350 which I provided the oil and filter.
