The first time it…read morewent in I thought just my break pads needed to be replaced, but it turned out I needed rotors as well. They had my car for less then 30 hours (which is amazing considering they had to order/wait for my rotors to come in)! This last time I had a noise in my front end that they fixed within less then an hour and with no notice and no appointment. They brought my car straight in to figure out the problem. When i was their getting my breaks done a customer came in with a horror story from another local shop. The employees at Jenkins felt bad and fixed his car at no cost. This just doesnt happen. My front end noise was fixed at no charge (and i didnt have cash to give them a tip so I own them one on my next trip). They really do go out of their way to help people out. Its pretty rare to find an auto shop that you can trust and we have definatly found one (in moses lake of all places). I will, and do, recommend them to anyone who needs their car worked on.

My boyfriend and I were traveling from San Diego in our van on a huge road trip and started to experience issues once in Washington. When we got to Moses lake we tried a couple different places to help us. We didn't have an experience with anyone else close to the one we had with them. From the second I walked in the door Aaron started taking care of us as if we were family. He first gave us suggestions to try on our own before throwing money at it. Once we came to the conclusion that we couldn't do it on our own we went back to them, they went above and beyond to help us. Gavin who did the majority of the work was amazing. He took his time making sure everything was right and explained to us what he was doing so we could fully understand the issue with the car. After spending most of our day there we were able to leave with the car fixed and a price that definitely didn't amount to the work they put in. I highly recommend going to them for any of your car needs. They make me wish I lived here just so I would be able to use them for all my car needs. It is very hard to find people in this industry that treat you like they treated us. Thank you Jenkins Family auto barn for getting us back on the road and offering to stay in touch so that we have a successful trip.

The best part - TOW TRUCK KARAOKE. Nothing passes the time like belting Phantom of the Opera, Queen and other classics while driving through the Palouse. Initially I had considered writing a very poor review. But I came to the understanding that my…read moreimpression of Agri-Fix as a company was way off. I was in a very tight financial vise at the time that my car's lower ball joint snapped while the car was in motion. The one and only option I could afford at the time was to let Agri-Fix take my car to their yard, and attempt to initiate contact between them and my insurance company. My insurance company wound up not being willing to work directly with them, and rather only allowed for me to receive a reimbursement for the tow once I had paid upfront. Due to several mutual miscommunications and misunderstandings, I had trouble getting my car released from the yard, which was a problem considering I was to be charged rent for storage each day it remained there. I became very angry and convinced the company was being intentionally dodgy, in order to squeeze me for money I did not possess. I called Agri-Fix later on with a question about a charge, and found myself speaking to the wonderful owner, Amy. I told her about the miscommunications derived from the employees I had been in contact with, and how what should have been an event that led to the immediate release of my car, I wound up with 11 days of storage fees, each at $89. Rather than ignore me, Amy listened and understood, and did her best to personally see to it that it be made right. She and I worked out a price option that I could afford and didn't diminish her work's value. It is only because of this integrity, on her behalf, that I will be able to afford my bills. I want to note that the miscommunications that occurred were not in poor reflection of her team, but rather simple misunderstandings. Thank you to Agri-Fix, for being willing to operate as a human oriented company, and for the owner's honor and kindness. I would highly recommend Agri-Fix for all. I would add, especially those unnerved about being taken advantage of; for my personal experience with them has proved to be of honesty and character.
