The staff is clearly very well organized and efficient. Service was quick, attentive, and professional. The waiters were elegantly dressed, which added to the classic, old-world charm of the place. We also got lucky and were seated by the window, which made the experience even more special. The food was absolutely outstanding -- truly one of those meals that makes every cell in your body feel happy. Everything was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and comforting, yet refined. You can tell this is a place that takes pride in doing things right. Yes, it's popular and a bit touristy -- but for a very good reason.
