I can't say enough about this place it was hands down our favorite place to eat here in Prague... I don't care it wasn't authentic (we ate plenty of that too), it was perfection and some of the best (if not, THE best) breakfast I have ever had. We are from Seattle and self proclaimed foodies for sure. We were in Prague 5 days, we ate here least once a day here. The eggs Benedict, I can't even... I am forever ruined, in fact this might be the main reason I looked at purchasing a property while here ;) well that and we fell in love with Prague! We wanted to like this hip & friendly eatery. However, it was NOT to be despite a local's tip to come in the first place. I ordered the poached egg and avocado spread on bread with smoked salmon. And things totally went downhill from there... At first glance the plate looked nothing like an earlier photo from just a few months ago. Hidden under the rustic sweet potato shreds was one really sad dish. The Letdown: On bread slice was a tiny spread that barely tasted like avocado. From there, I found the "poached" egg was overboiled, and one of the pear slices was actually rotten. It boggled my mind that this could be served. The shreds of smoked salmon looked like leftovers, and was that an old slice of lemon that topped it? If those weren't enough, the bottom of the bread was seriously burnt. Almost comical how every element of the dish was poorly prepared. Yes, I should've returned this to the kitchen. But I was reminded of the misgivings in Kitchen Confidential. The Farm was recommended to me by a worker at the hostel I was staying at. I loved the ambience of the restaurant: lots of natural light, plants, bikes hanging from the wall and ceilings, and a nice shaded outdoor courtyard. I was lucky to get a seat in the courtyard even though the restaurant was quite busy when I went on a Sunday morning. I ordered the cafe americano 55 CZK), a "mix your choice of fruit & vegetable" juice (I mixed apple, orange, and carrot; 115 CZK), and the eggs benedict (165 CZK). The eggs benedict was excellent: rather than English muffins, the bread base was thick-sliced sourdough bread and the bacon was of high quality. I'd highly recommend the homemade juice as well. Dishes ordered by people at adjacent tables looked equally as good. I would definitely return to this restaurant should I ever be in Prague again, and I recommend any tourists (and locals) wanting to get away from the touristy city center have a meal at The Farm and maybe check out nearby Letna Park or City Park (Stromovka). read more

We were in Prague for about a month, and our Air BNB was a couple blocks from The Farm. We probably ate there about a dozen times for either dinner or lunch. The servers were friendly, the atmosphere was fun, and the food was good. I am not a fan of sweet potato fries typically, but the ones at The Farm were really delicious. This place is kid-friendly and dog-friendly. Prices are right. Don't get the desserts because they look better than they taste, but we are very pleased by everything else. If you have little kids, try the Chicken Schnitzel for Little Farmers -- our girls just loved that. The mojitos and mimosas were terrific as well. It would have been difficult to have such a great trip in Prague if we hadn't been able to find a reliable and delicious place to eat so often. read more

I studied abroad in Prague for three months and lived directly around the corner from The Farm. It was by far my favorite restaurant that I went to in Prague. We were practically locals we were there so often. Absolutely everything on their menu is to die for! They have a different menu based on season and they are both amazing. If you go during the spring season you have to try the strawberry dumplings! The regular "The Breakfast" options is always a great choice. My friends loved the club sandwich. I could list out everything but honestly anything you get will be delicious. It's an extremely friendly and open environment. If you're American or not from Prague, they are very welcoming. Almost all of the employees can speak English and are incredibly helpful. They have a great music selection playing and a very artsy, homey feel. Love this place! First time I had a REAL breakfast in Europe that didn't consist of just bread. It's perfect because it isn't right in the city, so if you have a car, it's easy to park. Also, it kind of reminds me of home. (Wynwood, Miami) There is indoor seating along with outdoor, which is where I sat. It's super cozy and they have pillows you can sit on if you don't want to sit on the wood seating. Dog friendly. Great food. I guess yelpers aren't that big of a thing in Prague because if this place was back home in Toronto or in any major North American city this place would have like over 300 reviews and 5 stars. This place is super cute and hip. It's got that rustic farm look but very clean - hence the name "The Farm". The food here is phenomenal. We ordered the eggs Benedict, farm burger, raspberry milk shake and a raspberry lemonade. Everything seemed to be made inhouse. The burger was super juicy and came medium rare which seems to be the thing in Europe. I like burgers like this if the place is a good quality restaurant, but if u have concerns just ask them to cook it to well-done. The eggs benny was on fresh made bread and homemade hollandaise. Again super creamy and rich but not overwhelming and the eggs had golden runny yolks...perfection. The drinks were delicious but the lemonade needs a bit more lemon and less water. Seemed watered down. The milk shake is made literally with milk, no ice cream, but still tasted delicious. The prices for the food quality and portion is good and totally worth it. They also have daily specials which are deals and all day brunch. Next door is their newly opened bakery. Didn't get anything from there yet but plan to go by later. If your a traveler and in this area this is definitely a place to try out, if your a local you're probably already going here since this place was packed and had a constant flow of patrons. An absolutely amazing place in the quiet area of Prague 7. A great option for something casual, cozy and close-by if you're staying at the Art Hotel.
