I really love Loving Hut in Bílá Labuť. In my opinion it is the biggest Loving Hut in Prague. They two oprions food serving. You can use food serving and than you pay depending on weight(soup, salats, sushi, main meal), or you can order from Menu. They have also selection of cakes (cheesecakes, fruit cakes, krtek, chocolate cakes, etc). Cakes are amazing! I usualy eating there from the bar and I am really enjoying the food. If I want to eat something from menu I usualy choosing Bun Ca, hamburger, or some salad. You can also order coffee, tea, limonade,...

Veggie Diary: Meet 2 Eat New spot for herbivores by Loving Hut just next to Cerna Labut shopping mall. Spacy & fancy restaurant in the first floor lets you watch the rush on the street from above that is a good distraction while waiting for meal. ,] The place has 3 zones: restaurant, buffet and newly an organic grocery shop so no matter whether you're short of time or want to have a decent meet-up with friends / business partners. The place solves it all. To conclude: I give 4.5* because of airy calm interior (no eso, don't worry :]]). Tip: Prices a bit higher compare to other Huts but they have better food styling and waiters.

Sushi also colourful and look good

Ran into them at the vegetarian festival here in Prague. The food was hit or miss. I got some potato dishes which were great and some that weren't. The traditional Czech goulash dish I got was my least favourite, but I'd love to go to the actual restaurant to see what they have. The cake they had looked amazing, but I resisted haha

Well it's probably not the right place here to speak about ethics, animal rights and the dreadful environmental impact of the meat and dairy production, but I really want to begin my review with a big thumbs up for Hut just due to the fact that promoting sustainability and vegan lifestyle is per se a good dead for the humanity, for the animals and for the ecosystem. Particularly in a country where traditional cuisine is mostly animal-based, and where the people are used to eating sausages even for breakfast, it's a challenging but all the more honorable endeavor. Long live Loving hut! And now to the non-ethical side of the story: The food is not bad, but pretty simple. Nothing to write home about. Which shouldn't mean however that they don't cook well enough. They do, but obviously they don't pursue complexity, don't target exquisite cuisine lovers and don't intend to join the Michelin list ;-) the concept is rather about offering anyone the opportunity to get a fast, healthy and environment-friendly lunch not causing pains to your budget. And within this framework they do a very good job indeed. The staff is totally nice, friendly and polite. The interior is minimalistic, clean and airy. The location is simply great. And apart from the restaurant Loving Hut also accommodates a nice small vegan shop offering many really cool vegan goods, bio products and 'superfoods' which you won't find at a usual supermarket. Well deserved four points from my side.

Its nice. I'm not a fan of weighing your food but there is also a menu you can choose from. Food is fresh looking and tasty. Good money value. A vast selection for Vegans. was kinda loud but it was also the weekend. Don't buy drinks as they usually have free filtered water around.

After a less than stellar with a meat-alternative traditional Czech dish at another Prague…read morerestaurant, I didn't have high expectations for Maitrea. I decided I would try it anyway because it was in the area and had such good reviews, and I'm so glad I did! The transitional dish I opted for this time was the svíčková, some kind of soy meat cutlet topped with cranberry sauce, whipped cream, and some kind of creamy sauce covering the whole thing. Bread dumplings came with it, which were perfect for soaking up that creamy sauce. I'm not really sure how to describe what it tasted like as it was unlike anything I've ever eaten, but it was all flavorful, rich, and delicious! The whipped cream seemed especially random to me, but it was unsweetened so it wasn't actually too out of place. The meat alternative that was used was not too spongy, which often is the case with soy-based products. The ambiance is very cozy - I sat downstairs but it didn't feel like I was in a basement at all. No complaints about service either, and I appreciated that you could pay via the QR code at your table so I didn't have to worry about flagging a waitress down for the check. All in all a great experience and if I'm ever in Prague again, I will be back!

The ambiance has a very bohemian and soothing touch, you can see fountains and buddha statues all along. Maitrea is a complete vegetarian restaurant, serving local Czech delicacies. I tried the vegan Ghaloush and it was so so good. Typical Czech dishes are meat heavy so I am glad I got an opportunity to try something local and appreciate it. The dish had stewed veggies, a lot of spices and flavour and was served with horseradish dumplings and bread. Most of the tables around me had ordered Aperol Spritz, and I ordered the same, it was so good! Are you even on vacation if you don't drink Aperol/ Mai Tai?! Maitrea serves local delicacies as well as other vegetarian cuisines to fit everyone's palate. My vegetarian/ vegan friends, definitely give this place a try!

It is off a quiet side street down a clean and safe-feeling but still mysterious alley - like its location is a secret. Our reservation was for 6:30 pm and they asked if we thought we'd be done by 8:00 - probably so we wouldn't see the next party taking our table and they wouldn't see us. Let's keep the all the info secure - that's what's best for everyone. If the omnivores find out about this place, the fate of the whole known universe could be at risk. What if everyone wanted to eat at vegetarian restaurants? Crazy, right? VIPs like our family (ha!) sit in the Blue Heaven room where the tables are fire. Seriously- they light up and glow like flaming wood logs with a starry sky above. Even the greatest sorcerers from history would be impressed. Love the theming. Magical. We began our meal with the Small Clear Head starter, featuring "Tofuie Gras", hummus and guacamole. The hummus and guac were both excellent- but the star of the show was the fake foie gras. This is a vegetarian restaurant- no geese were harmed yet the texture was perfect, the taste convincing and the mix with the jelly divine. Wowsa. Loved this dish. I also really enjoyed my Bao Bun Burger. I was going to do the Spinach Chimney but diverted at the last minute because I'd overdosed on this trip on potatoes already, and au gratin was more than I could handle. My daughter liked her Stir-Fry Noodles. My wife was indifferent on her Parmesan Pleasure Burger but I think she was jealous of my Bao Bun. We skipped dessert. Beyond just the wonderful food, there was so much about this restaurant that felt fun, interesting and surprising. Including the bathroom. Behind the toilet there's an opening to a dark empty space - it is truly a creepy void. What's back there? There's also a very old door with a bone-chilling stair down to a dark cellar. What's down there? What about upstairs - what happens there? More mysteries. There's magic in the air at Lekha Hlava Clear Head Restaurant. It is worth a visit, for vegetarians and omnivores too.

The only thing is, it's a bit of a small restaurant so you either have to make a reservation or happen to show up at a time when there's a table available. I ordered the quesadillas and a Virgin Mojito made with green tea. The quesadillas were yummy! They came with a side of salsa that had the perfect (if not more) amount of kick, and some sour cream. In Europe, apparently quesadillas aren't finger food so I was trying to cut mine with the knife, and ended up struggling quite a bit. I think my knife wasn't sharp enough, but I didn't bother asking for a new one since I was already almost finished. So be wary of the blunt knives. The Virgin Mojito was very good! They used green tea instead of the rum, and my aunt said it still tasted like a regular Mojito because of the amount of lime and mint used. Plus, it came with a handy metal straw that wouldn't let all the mint and lime go up the straw when you took a sip. Perfect refreshing drink if you're not looking for something alcoholic!

It really stands out as a place that takes traditional flavors seriously while making them accessible and enjoyable for plant-based diners. You can tell a lot of care goes into the recipes, and it feels true to Czech cuisine rather than just "veganized" for the sake of it. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and the quality of the food. I didn't feel like I was overpaying at all, which is always a huge plus in a popular city like Prague. One of the highlights for me was the coconut lemonade--it was so unique and refreshing, and not something you see on most menus. It balanced sweetness and flavor really well and paired nicely with the meal. I tried the lasagna, which was flavorful and well-made, though it was a bit heavy overall. That said, the zucchini in it was sliced incredibly well, adding a nice texture and showing real attention to detail in the preparation. It made the dish feel more refined even if it was filling. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better.
