My family and I randomly stumbled upon this place on a weekend afternoon. I wish we had known about this place ahead of time, so we could have had a proper visit. Seating can be a bit tight, but we got a table on arrival. We ordered healthy hot drinks and sat down for a bit to warm up. The staff was friendly and came by a couple of times to check on us. Prices were standard with what we saw in busier areas. The atmosphere is very active and festive. They have a bar, which we were not able to take advantage of, but sounded and looked good. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this accidental find. It was FANTASTIC! We hopped in a line about 12 deep and growing. It is a small and tight inside but we didn't mind it at all and if anything you can always ask to be seated outside. The decor matches the name which we great! Amongst a multitude of breakfast places is this joint, which is a bit more hipster and veggie friendly. Not that I'm one of those. They liked my NIN hoodie, so of course they're cool there. The fellow that greeted me was really friendly and gave a couple suggestions. I was happy with my avocado eggs Benny, though the avocado was the dominant flavor. That might be fine, but it detracted from the other elements in my opinion. Still, it was very good. The latte was a nice perk-me-up and I didn't even use sugar! We came in on a Friday afternoon around 12pm. The place was packed with one table open inside. We ordered a green matcha latte and a regular latte. We also order the monk bowl and the avocado toast with salmon. The lattes were nicely decorated. The avocado toast was good. The hollendaise sauce was ordered on the side as I thought it would be heavy but it was very light and frothy. The monk bowl was the hit of the afternoon. The presentation was beautiful with all sorts of colors. The flavor or the salad and quinoa were sweet but not overwhelming. I could eat this every day. Service was friendly and prompt. So glad we found this place. Off a small street near old town. Small and cozy. Tried the avocado toast, eggs Florentine, eggs benedict, hummus bowl, and the pancake. Everything was excellent. You can get marinated salmon on almost anything. Eggs Florentine was basically Benedict on croissant. I think I liked the Florentine just a tad better. Avocado toast was delicious. The beet spread really makes it special. The pancake was awesome!! If you only order one dish I would do the pancake. The fresh mint tea was so good. The cafe latte was also really good. And I was confused why it took so long to bring out because the customer steeps it themselves. The cappuccino was lovely, but came in such a small cup and was 88CZ. The espresso was terrible. The one thing they got down great was their blueberry pancakes. The environment was nice and the visual presentation of every item was wonderful, but the whole time I felt I was in an intentionally overpriced tourist trap. This restaurant is not only dog friendly, it down right spoils your dog! Our little girl got treated like a princess here. We had the best table in the place and she sat right beside us on the bench. She was given a bowl of water and plate of treats right at the table before we even got our menus. The staff went above and beyond giving our little pup so much love and attention.
