The original cuts were bad, but Tony and his team came in and cleaned everything up. What really stood out was how honest and transparent Tony was from start to finish. He didn't just do the job, he went out of his way to help me out. He showed me that my roofers hadn't done the balcony right; they'd put the roofing over the limestone instead of under it and skipped replacing some rotted wood. Because of that, I was able to get them back out to fix it for free. He also pointed out that the mold remediation guys had removed a light fixture box, which they're now coming back to replace at no cost. It's rare to find someone who actually looks out for you like that. Tony saved me a lot of money and headaches. I honestly won't do another project without him.
