In a food hall where there is so much options, I think Pastaphony is a strong choice. They have build your own options as well as signature dishes in case you want to try something different. The chicken Caesar salad is also really good! I got the fettuccine Alfredo, which is a staple choice & they did great by it. My husband got the chicken parm and he said it was very flavorful. Service was great & I love how colorful and bright this spot is. The sauces are made in house and you can taste the difference between other places!

I didn't realize how many locations there were?(!!!) Is this a franchise or does the same guy own them all? I visited the one inside Rodeo39 and not only was the owner very sweet, the head chef Jose was WONDERFUL. He gave helpful hints (always add the basil, garlic, and... maybe parsley? I can't remember) and the build your own pasta is the best deal (Jose recommended the pink sauce, and it was delish) I asked about the tiramisu and Jose said it was a must. The service was great, the food came out quickly, and the ambiance is easy- order through a tablet.

The ordering process was quick and easy - I was able to walk right up to the kiosk and order. The kiosk was super user friendly and easy to use, and there was a worker out front to help or answer any questions if needed. There are predesigned pastas or you can totally create your own from scratch picking out the noodles, sauce, protein, add ons, etc. There are several free add ons, and some have an additional cost, but they are well worth it. I designed my own pasta and I did: fettuccini, Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken breast, basil, chili flakes, garlic, parsley, roasted red peppers, and truffle oil. It's a lot, but somehow it came together perfectly! It was absolutely delicious! It was a good size and I specifically planned to share it so we also got the cheesy garlic bread sticks and tiramisu to share. The bread sticks were soft and well seasoned without being overpowering. They were a great compliment to the pasta. And the tiramisu was absolutely delicious - it was the perfect sweet treat to end the meal! This was not my first time here, and it absolutely will not be my last.

1. The portions of these pasta dishes are generous! I really like the chicken on my spaghetti! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes as it is located inside a food hall! The food hall is spacious! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with our order! It was ready in less than 15 mins! 4. The food hall has indoor and outdoor seatings! Lots of tables available! 5. Parking lot is huge! However, it can get crowded depending on time and day! Note: The food hall does have a restroom areas! Photo: Spaghetti Chicken Parm and Penne Shrimp Pinko

Penne Pasta w/ Pesto Sauce and Shrimp 2/5 - shrimps great, pasta super bland

Our dinner was a weird food experience. The cashier wasn't really there, so we just ordered on the tablet. The food was half good and half disappointing at the same time. We got 2 pastas to try: Spaghetti Chicken Parmesan and Penne Pasta with Pesto Sauce and Shrimp. The proteins of both pastas were great, perfectly seasoned and tasty. However, the pastas and sauces were exceedingly bland. I don't like salty food, but the pastas had no flavor. I tried dumping Parmesan cheese on them, and they didn't get much better. It felt like they had 2 different chefs or 2 different cooking processes. The pastas were maybe boiled and tossed in bland store-bought sauces. Not sure if I would come back here.

I came across Pastaphony when I was looking for something good to eat at the Rodeo 39 Public Market. I was excited to see this new restaurant because I was craving some yummy pasta. It was nice that you have the option to choose a pasta dish from the menu or build your own. I decided to build my own. I got the Penne Pasta with Pink Sauce, Grilled Chicken, Spinach, Onion, Garlic, Parsley, and Mozzarella Cheese. I was really impressed with how flavorful it was! I also ordered the Caesar Salad, which was so refreshing and had a great crunch to it. Overall, the food is wonderful, the staff is friendly, there's no long wait, and the portion sizes are awesome! You can order to go or sit at one of the available indoor or outdoor seating areas at the Rodeo. I will definitely be coming back for more!

This is in food hall Rodeo 39 public market where there are other small restaurants. I ordered the fettucine alfredo and added mushroom, garlic and chili pepper. It's a huge portion so you can share it with someone. I really love the way they made it. The sauce is delicious and garlicky. The owner is really nice and service is great! The place is modern and concept is unique where u can choose the pasta and sauce you like.

Pink sauce, fettuccine, cherry tomatoes, onions, basil, breaded chicken, mushrooms. Price for build your own plus toppings was roughly $20.

Very good food! Price ranges were reasonable for the quality. I got the mushroom truffle and my husband built his own pasta. Cashier was very kind as well. Would love to come back!

I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and one meatball. It came with a garden salad and one of their famous breadsticks. It was just the right serving size for lunch. Bite-sized squid with a light, crispy coating, served with marinara dipping sauce. HIGHLIGHTS: * Extensive menu with many Italian classics including pastas, pizzas, seafood, salads, and more! We tend to drop in on this Buca on Fridays at lunch when we want to celebrate a birthday,…read moreretirement, or even Galentine's Day (last year). At any given time, there could be 6-12 of us from work. The place has ample parking & it usually isn't crowded midday, during the work week. We always, always ask for Tina! We sat in Tina's section once & never went back. She treated us with such care, almost like motherly love. She's efficient & fast because she knows we're on our lunch break, so time is crucial. Drinks are brought quickly, food is brought out as soon as something is ready, she gets us boxes & the check before we even have to ask. This lady knows what it means to hustle - but the customer service is definitely not lost during all that hustle. The food is piping hot & cooked to perfection... they have a great lunch menu! Between the 8 of us who just went on Friday (7/17/26), we got chicken with pesto pasta, spicy chicken pasta & a spicy shrimp pasta. The lunch menu comes with a house or Caesar salad and garlic bread (so good!). Tina is a definite asset to Buca... She's so good to us & she's even fun to chat with! Terrible service. Left before ordering. Took 5 minutes to be seated (only one other table before us). First time customers, the hostess seated us with lunch menus at a table, and we waited fifteen minutes before I got up and asked an employee (a photographer who was busy watching sports on the TV) for a manager, which finally got the waiter to come. I told him that we had been there for 20 minutes to which he replied that he was the only waiter, and that normally people didn't come until later (it was 1:30 pm on a Sunday). I proceeded to place three orders from the lunch menu before the waiter decided it would be a good idea to tell me the that lunch menu's are only for weekdays. He literally took the time to ask what type of salad for each order. Really, huge waste of time and a brazen lack of interest in service or respect for the customer. Don't bother going!
