Except now they have a robot that roams the store looking for spills and taking up space. Wouldn't he be more useful checking stock? The increase in grocery delivery service means employees with huge carts pulling orders also taking up floor space. Don't they have a designated store in town for that? This is in addition to the restocking that is done during the busiest times. It's a 24 hour store. Restock overnight. It's not rocket science! Or deli lines so long you could easily waste 40 minutes. Although the "remodel" is complete they still move things around....weekly. Wouldn't these employees time be put to better use maybe at deli or bagging?!? Registers are still a tight squeeze yet they expect you to bag when you can't even get past your cart or are in the way if you do. Lots of room for improvement in all areas.
