Fresh spaghetti with garlic, olive oil & bacon

GREAT VALUE FOR FRESH PASTA: I'm a huge fan of fresh pasta and this place delivers at such a low price it amazes me. They allow you to build your own pasta dish which is a fun experience. Or you can choose from their recommended recipes. I've had better pasta but not at this price. Definitely planning to return.

Exactly what you would expect from a build your own pasta restaurant. Smack dab in the middle of las ramblas. When I went it was not at all busy and the food came out pretty fast. The dish was good overall and the service was fine.

Amazing food and service, we visited twice in our 3 day stay in Barcelona. This place came highly recommended by friends who came in 2023 - we had great service and food both times. Definitelyon our list when we return to Barcelona- buy for now!!!

Delicious build your own pastas and salads with pastas made from scratch! The staff is very kind. The chili to add on to the pasta has an excellent kick. It is conveniently located right outside of La Boqueria!

PASTA PASTA BASTA? Hold on...before you think You have had enough of This Italian via China Cuisine You must eat here. Let me explain. Noodles aka Spaghetti aka Linguini aka Tagliatelle etc. All originate From the Chinese and Re-interpreted by the Italians. Now back to the Freshest Food on Ramblas. Cooked To order and personal specs, You will be satisfied. The Only suggestion from me Would be a fresh parmigiana. Mangia. Mangia.

First all visiting from North America this place has a Which Wich sandwich style concept. Upon arrival you are given a paper on which you pick a type of pasta, a type of sauce, and your toppings. Then for sides they have focaccia breads. I ordered the spinach ravioli with cheese filling, cream sauce, and crushed red peppers along with arugula and mozzarella focaccia. The food here was damn good. Pasta was handmade, soft textured, sauce was creamy dreamy, and the crushed peppers were actually spicy..so I would advise others to go easy peasy on the peppers.

Tagliatelle, funghi sauce, chicken €8.7

Quick eat on La Rambla and good for picky eaters. I got the tagliatelle, funghi sauce, and chicken for €8.70! Also, everyone speaks English and they take card. Great price and filling dinner, but I probably wouldn't return since there are other pasta/food options nearby.

I had spinach tagliatelle with a mushroom cream sauce, with shrimp, mushrooms, asparagus, sweet potatoes & it was perfection!

They have you basically create your own pasta & the out come for me was just amazing! It was super delicious! I saw them make it & the they were very nice. Honestly one of my favorite places I've been to anywhere not just because it's Barcelona but I am a picky eater about a lot of things and this place just checked marked all the good things on my list! I will definitely come back!

Ziryab Fusion Tapas Bar - charcuterie board

Ziryab seemed to fit the bill, so we made plans to stop here during our first night in the city. Ziryab is located close to the Gothic Quarter, on side street. It's kind of inconspicuous from the outside, but the interior gives way to a really welcoming space. The restaurant is separated into two main areas, with an earth-tone color scheme that has a rustic, almost cave-like aesthetic. The high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows keep the dining room open and spacious. The tapas menu had a good selection, and we decided on several items: pan con tomate, sweet potato rolls, chicken cannelloni, bacon-wrapped figs, croquettes, falafel, and a charcuterie board. All the tapas were great - my favorites were the chicken cannelloni, pan con tomate, and the charcuterie board. The cannelloni especially was a standout - definitely a unique dish, and the chicken was super flavorful. We opted for dessert, and got the feta whip cheesecake - this was great as well. The combination of tang and sweet was a good finisher to our meal. Service was great - everyone was friendly and our dishes were served at a good pace. Overall, I'm glad I tried out Ziryab - the tapas were delicious and atypical of ones you find elsewhere in Barcelona. I would have no qualms returning here for another meal.

They were gracious and accommodated us. Our server was deaf/mute but was attentive and as long as we pointed to what we wanted in the menu - it was fine. Everything we ate was delicious I recommend this spot if you are in the gothic quarter. Make reservations just in case

Cute place, nicely decorated- has great seating places to hang out. Staff welcoming and efficient. Food was great- needed a healthy meal- and we got it. We got the fattoush salad: was refreshing Mixed grill- had a kebab, grilled chicken, grilled beef (or lamb maybe- whatever it was, was good), and a lamb chop. Served on the classic thin bread with a side of grilled potato, onion, pepper! It was everything I needed it to be- all the meat was tender, flavorful and moist. Was also the perfect amount for 2- and we finished everything!

Both my son and I are very picky about Lebanese food having been spoiled by the excellent Lebanese in our home town Los Angeles, so we ordered with trepidation. The very first must-try dish immediately set our minds at ease: please, do yourselves a favor and order their Fatoush salad. It's done so right, juicy tangy, bursting with flavors and the pita in the salad is made into a curly flower and gives a delicious crunch. We liked the dish of garbanzo and yogurt a bit less, as it was quite heavy and lacked flavor. My son was very pleased with shish tavouk with chicken, and I loved my halloumi dish. The service was slow (as everywhere in Barcelona) but it was efficient, and our Egyptian waiter had good recommendations for everything. He was funny and personable.
