The drinks were perfect. We came in without a reservation and there was a 30 min wait, but they have all these cute little cocktail tables where you can scan a QR code and they bring the drink to your cozy little table - no fighting though the bar or flagging down a bartender. It was awesome. The highlight of the experience though is the service! We were greeted by the most upbeat and eager to serve people I have ever met. Our waiter, Garrett, was so good! He made great menu suggestions, and even gave us some amazing sight seeing recommendations as we are from out of town. Our water and drinks were never empty and you never had to look for your server because he and the serving assistant were already there to help. I would HIGHLY Recommend this restaurant. And ask for Garrett - he really made the night memorable. Thank you so much

Everything was exceptional--from the delicious food and beautiful atmosphere to the outstanding service. The birthday card signed by your staff was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. It's those little details and the genuine care you show your guests that make an evening feel truly special. You helped make her birthday celebration one we'll remember, and I'm so grateful. This has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and experiences like this are exactly why. Thank you to your entire team for making our evening so special!

Our party was of 5 and each pie had 6 to 8 slices. Everything was cooked fresh. The cannolis the first trip were very fresh but they load up the cannoli with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup so it was disappointing to learn you can't ask for them to be fresh made without all the 'extra'. The first trip came to just under $100 though for the small pies and a cannoli. No drinks. Fast fwd to today, I was craving some pizza and my youngest wanted to get ice cream and I recalled they had a small gelato selection. I also figured I'd grab a couple of cannoli but I didn't recall them being $5.50 a piece!... it's been a hot min though but that was fine. Today, however, the cannoli shell was SO soft so I'm glad I decided to take a bite while waiting on the FUNGI pizza (which was phenomenal btw- delicious!!)... the cannoli tasted and was clearly old and as crazy as it sounds a little windexy. So I asked for replacement thinking for $12+ dessert I'm not sticking with a soggy dessert - the young man working was kind enough to offer to make new fresh ones for me including eliminating all the sugar powder and syrup. I thought that was nice. I do like the fungi pizza a lot and it's very tasty. Including the plain from first visit and the white pie. I think my issue with the restaurant is the pricing is incredibly high for pizza that doesn't always scream' best in the area' and it's not an 'Italian' business. They are from Turkey but they do a great job with the look and feel of Italy. But we're authentic Italians know what "buffalo mozz is" and what is in cannoli cream so while it's good tasting.. it's not exactly what we'd expect.

Presentations and food quality is incredible. The restaurant is clean and well laid out, but the best seat is at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen setting is the best. Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. Our group of friends ordered our entire meal at once and had just received our appetizers when a staff member abruptly came to our table and, in a very rude and confrontational manner, told us to "be quiet" because we were being too loud. We understand that restaurants have to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for all guests, and if our volume had become an issue, a polite and discreet request would have been completely appropriate. Instead, we felt embarrassed and scolded. The interaction left us so uncomfortable that one member of our party immediately asked for the check and told them we would be leaving before our entrées were even served. Rather than apologizing, showing any empathy, or attempting to salvage the situation, the staff simply brought the bill, set it on the table, and walked away. What was most disappointing wasn't being asked to lower our voices--it was how we were treated afterward. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, even when an awkward situation arises. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that the interaction could have been handled better, and no effort whatsoever to make things right. Given the restaurant's reputation, we expected exceptional food paired with exceptional hospitality. Sadly, while we may never know how the main course would have been, the service ensured we won't be returning.
