From start to finish, their integrity and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of the project. Luis's hardworking nature and attention to detail ensured that every step of the construction process was meticulously executed. He was always on-site, overseeing the work and addressing any concerns promptly. His expertise and professionalism were truly commendable. Mayra, as the project manager, was instrumental in ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Her organizational skills and proactive approach made the entire process stress-free. She kept me updated on the progress regularly and was always available to answer any questions I had. One of the standout qualities of NCM Painting and Construction was their fair pricing. Despite the high-quality workmanship and attention to detail, they were very competitive with their pricing. They were transparent about costs from the beginning, and there were no surprises along the way. The finishing and painting work were impeccable, exceeding my expectations. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of my new home, and the final result was nothing short of perfection. Overall, I highly recommend NCM Painting and Construction for any construction project. Their integrity, hard work, attention to detail, fair pricing, and exceptional finishing make them a top choice for anyone looking to build their dream home. One more note: Beto, Sebastian, and the entire crew is truly incredible too.

Unlike any big contractor, they took their time to diligently fix and replace every wood siding that needed to be replaced prior to the paint job. Our homes are not easily accessible but the crew did a fabulous job in reaching out to every nook and corner where there was damaged siding. When I compare their job with the last iteration, it is obvious to me how much more care they took to get it right. Luis and Myra runs this company with integrity. It was very easy communicating my needs with Luis or his crew on a daily basis. Having seen a few more jobs they did around my neighborhood, I did not shop for quotes but I can say with certain degree of certainty that the money was well spent. For any other home projects, I will seriously consider this company. Thanks to Luis and his fabulous team - Beto, Kevin and many more.

Their work was exceptional from start to finish and truly exceeded our expectations. Wilman is meticulous, detail-oriented, and has a great eye for design. He was proactive throughout the project--flagging potential issues early, fixing small things on his own, and making sure everything was done to the highest standard. His pride in his work really shows. And all for very reasonable and competitive pricing! Communication was also outstanding. Wilman was always responsive, clear, and patient in explaining every step so we could make confident decisions. He and Donaldo were punctual, efficient, and reliable--and just as importantly, a real pleasure to have around. They were polite, tidy, and very respectful of our home. We were so happy with the results that we hired T&W Construction for another project before that one was even finished! There were complexities involved with respect to a fireplace and two doors that also had lower levels. While Moises' estimate may not have been the lowest or highest of the ones I found, I got the most confidence from Moises and his team to be able to execute the project competently in the manner I needed. In contrast, competitors (some also with 5 star reviews on Yelp, others referred by acquaintances) were trying to force me into their own personal plan of the project, which quite predictably involved much more than I was asking to be done or needed - along with significantly higher risk, cost, and time for me, while of course making _them_ more money. This aspect is a typical problem with Bay Area contractors, in how they try to take advantage of their customers, so one always has to use their BS-meter. Moises stood out with his integrity, straightforwardness and customer-focus. The job was very well executed by Moises/team with great attention to detail, including guiding me to selecting quality material. Moises also personally supervised the progress of the project and the quality of the work being done. Highly recommended for very high quality work, honesty and very strong customer-focus of Moises and his crew.
