Fabio is fantastic, truly. He took my simple vision of renovating my two bedroom townhome into a beautiful and better reality. He handled absolutely everything from painting , replacing all fixtures hanging new lights, tiling my patio, installing shower enclosures and so much more at about 2/3rd the cost of anyone else that I had quote. He was meticulous in clean up and keeping detailed records of receipts and couldn't recommend him any higher. An absolute pleasure to work with! read more

Needed an emergency repair for my patio door lock on a Saturday at 1:30pm called Fabio he picked up and said...sure I can come over (as I couldn't leave until patio door locked again ). He said I'm at another job but let me text you in a few mins to see if I can find anyone to help you. 1min 15 seconds later I receive a text saying send me your address I'm in the neighborhood and can come over. I gave one last push to my patio door and the claw locks went into the locking panel. I didn't need Fabio's help today...but knowning that he was able to come over in a few minitues was refreshing and he was even clear about his rate for this job. Clear, quick and responsive!!! read more

Repaired an internal wall for us. Stopped by for an estimate. Always kept us informed on when he would arrive. Friendly, responsive and conscientious worker, did a great job. read more

We contacted BRC Home Services for drywall replacement from a plumbing leak that caused a mold issue. The areas that had to be torn out and replaced are now beautifully repaired, drywall installed and painted. We also had a pocket door that wouldn't close because the track inside the wall had become detached but Fabio opened the wall, fixed the issue, replaced the drywall, patched, painted and the door works perfectly! If you came into our home you would never be able to tell where the repairs had been made - his work is that good! His work ethic and neatness is above and beyond! Thank-you, Fabio! read more

Fabio completed several projects at my home: - removing cabinets and installing dry wall with recessed plugs to mount a flat screen TV - painting a large recessed wall mounted cabinet and shelves - caulking bath tub and shower to fix leaks - patching dry wall damage caused by the leaks in our family room and garage The scope of work was somewhat reduced after we started the project and Fabio gladly completed several additional items that needed fixing - bathroom baseboard damaged by water was replaced - fixed shelves in our closet - installed Ring outdoor floodlight camera Fabio is responsive and very professional. He clearly takes pride in his work. As an example, when hanging the 65" TV on our wall, he ensured that is was leveled properly and took the time to make minor adjustments. I plan on hiring him again to build a new fence later this month. Thanks for a job well done, Fabio. read more

To start, Fabio, the owner of BRC Home Services was great. Very professional and easy going. I got a bunch of things repaired in my home including painting and he was efficient at everything. The services were precise, done in a timely manner and the prices were more than reasonable. This is the first company I will call on the Treasure Coast when I need any more work done. Great overall company!!! read more

Our experience with BRC was excellent. Communication was clear and timely. We had a small scheduling issue (our fault) and he was flexible and adjusted seamlessly. The work was not cheap but the quality and timing were excellent. Friendly, professional and efficient overall. Would use again and recommend read more

Fabio did a wonderful job hanging drywall in my garage! He did an impeccable job inserting perfectly-shaped insulation in between studs, putting up the drywall, screwing everything firmly in place, and patching and painting everything to match the existing wall in the garage. He also had to work around some wall-mounted conduit and switches, and did so without any problems at all. My garage now looks SO much brighter and cleaner - a night and day difference! Fabio is responsive, professional, polite, and just a cool guy to have around. He came on time, worked really hard during the day, and had the whole job done in about 1.5 days, from studs to a fully painted garage. I'll definitely call Fabio again for future drywall help. read more

Fabio came to help us on several different days, with various needs in our newly purchased home. He painted, changed doorknobs, hung curtains, installed a medicine cabinet and several mirrors, and much more. He was always on time, friendly, and worked fast while still maintaining high quality in everything he did. Fabio was transparent about how soon he could do the work, and estimated the work in advance. I also appreciated his flexibility as our handyman needs changed throughout the project. We'd use Fabio again, and definitely recommend him! read more

I just find it completely irresponsible and rude to reply to my first message but none of the following messages. Fabio is not the first to do so, I'm having a very hard time getting a hold of any contractors but that is no excuse. read more

I called Fabio because of the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. He was very responsive and came the same day to give me a quote. His rates were fair. We scheduled a few days out. He was on time and came prepared. He did all we asked and squeezed in a couple of things that we hadn't agreed upon before hand. During the work, he asked the right questions and made great judgement calls. The work came out perfect. He was fast, tidy and efficient. I can't tell you what a relief that was. We have had so many "repair" people make just dumb choices which ended up in gross errors on simple projects. Not Fabio! He also noticed that we were a shoes-off house and took off his shoes. It wasn't a big deal to me if he wanted to wear his shoes but that he noticed and took them off any way was really nice. I'm planning to call him the next time we need anything done on our house! read more

Fabio and is his crew were great to work with. He was very professional and responsive from the beginning when I contacted him regarding a gazebo installation project. His pricing is fair and he does his best to complete the job on time. We were very impressed with his patience and attention to detail. Over the past couple months, he has also returned to complete a fencing project and did a thorough job. I would surely recommend BRC home services. read more

First let me start by saying this is waaaaaaay over due. Fabio has done a ton of work on my place. From painting the entire exterior, redoing the deck, to building me an AC cover. He is easy to work with and incredibly fair, I never felt like he was taking advantage of my wallet. Fabio was incredibly communicative and thorough. Now that the place is finally ready to sell, I'll be bringing his number along for the next place I live in. So happy I found him! read more

Fabio did a great job painting my entire rental property in Milpitas.. He is very reliable and completed my project in a really short amount of time.. his prices were very reasonable as well! Fabio worked really hard to paint my entire 2 story town home including all walls, ceilings, baseboards, window seats and trims, doors , bathroom cabinets etc in just 5 days.. since he had a trip coming up , he couldn't really work on some of my feedback right away but he made it a point to come back after the trip and finish everything up just as I has asked. I am very happy with his work and I am hoping the quality will last through a few years of not-so-gentle use by our tenants! read more

Fabio comes to fix the problem efficiently, and he is patient to communicate with us. Strongly recommend his service!

Fabio is a great guy to work with. He has done several jobs at our house (ceiling fan, garage rack, ceiling patch etc) over the years and with consistent high quality. Was creative in finding options when we ran into roadblocks, and went above and beyond in coming up with the best solution. Highly recommend! read more

Fabio is great to work with. He did a great job assembling my grill. I then asked him to walk the property to look for fence & gazebo areas that needed to be repaired due to extensive termite damage. He gave me a great quote, and was able to do the work that week. He even painted the gazebo - it looks like new! His team was professional and left the job site clean when done. He had the fastest response time, confirms details via email (which is great as wires don't get crossed). As an added plus - he sends a photo of the completed job - so you know it's been done. He gives you receipts for the materials he purchases - which is helpful for tax records. Great experience. I plan on using him again when little, or big, things come up. read more

Fabio did a bunch of stuff at our house that we just never got around to: paint touch ups, sticky doors, paint stain removal, fixed our fountain, etc. All for a reasonable price. This makes me want to find more things we have been putting off an get those done too. I also appreciate how he was able to schedule and answer questions over email. read more

Found Fabio here on Yelp. He and I corresponded for a couple of months due to my work schedule and my unreasonable hours. I found his response time to be reasonable and pleasant. We finally settled on a time for him to come to my home to mount a new television. He was on time, the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. He did a great job of mounting and took the time to listen to my feedback on location and the type of mount he recommended. He gave me additional suggestions for my home that I am following up on. I recommend him. He charged me the lower amount of a range in his initial quote. I'd use him again for other projects. Pleasant, honest, responsive! read more

They fixed the balcony which had several big holes from dry rot fast and were very qualified. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their home improvements. Fabio did a superb job installing a dryer vent from the garage to the exterior of our house. It was important that this looked good because it is near the front door and it turned out great! It was easy to schedule, Fabio showed up on time and was friendly and professional. read more

Fabio and his dad are first class! They did excellent work in our home: painting, fixture installations, and many other tasks. Fabio really takes interest in and ownership of his projects. For the price and quality of work, can't be beat. Had Fabio raise our range over the stove up higher because it was too close and wasn't venting properly. This meant he had to take down the range, cut down a kitchen cabinet and the doors to a smaller size, then put it all back together. He did such a good job that I had him come back and do some plaster on our ceiling where we had pot lights installed on a previous job. Cabinet came out great, ceiling came out nice and level. He also returned a week or so later to sand and patch a few spots to make it perfect. Everything looks like it was done that way originally. Would recommend. read more

Fabio and his brother are awesome! we wanted to have 3 ceiling fans and 2 island installed at our place. Once I contacted him, he made an intial visit to inspect the work so that he give us a fair quote. On the day of the installation they arrive per schedule and didnt waste time finishing the work. Even though we had some setbacks( the fuse on the fan light was broken and the switches were not compatible with the fans we bought, and the Jbox opening was a little too big for the lights),he suggested that he can do that additional workas long as I can get the parts. Even with the change in plans at no point I saw him get upset or try to ask us for more money. we would definitely reach out to him for other handyman work and highly recommend him! read more

Wow! First I'd like to say what an absolute pleasure it was to work with Fabio. He was responsive, very kind, and extremely helpful with our paint job. He helped explain with great detail the process and what would best work for me on our place. The house looks great, and man was he fast! Highly recommended! Side note he also put up some shelving for us that was perfectly cut to fit our tiny home. Great work! read more

Fabio was nothing short of fantastic. Came on time, and walked me through some options (very patient too!) He checked in constantly to see how things were going - as well as clearly communicating costs. We made a couple changes during the job, and was totally happy to do so. I couldn't be happier with the fence and gates he put up - his attention to detail is fantastic. Already have recommended his services to a couple folks, and wanted to make sure he gets recognition here for his fantastic work. Thanks Fabio! read more
