Starting in the bathroom, instead of selling us his services, he told us honestly that we could fix it ourselves by purchasing a few items since they have a minimum charge that wasn't worth it for the bathroom fix. He took the time to walk us through how to fix it and why vinegar doesn't solve the root of the problem. He pointed out things from our paint to our bathroom ventilation issues that we should address. For the shed, he truthfully told us the cost of how much it would be for him to fix it versus us doing it ourselves or hiring some people he was training instead.
