Very cute coffee shop nestled in CWE. I loved coming her with a girlfriend before our hot girl walk through the neighborhood. They also have a neat display of items for sale in the front of the shop. Mostly gathered from estate sales with high quality. Snag something when you see it because the next time you come it may be gone Knocking one star due to no indoor seating and my latte could have been a tad bit warmer. Once I share this feedback, they did offer to correct

This is SUCH a cool concept and spot. Everything is so awesome about the Central West End and thus just adds to the charm. The coffee bar is good quality coffee with a variety of options and the cutest plastic ware to enjoy your drink. While sipping you can browse a variety of vintage finds. While I didn't make a purchase, a vintage Lacoste windbreaker caught my eye- it was such a vibe! Their items cover a variety of prices, so definitely check out the options! I'm looking forward to stopping in again.

Great little coffee shop on McPherson in the CWE that also sells vintage clothing. Good espresso-based drinks, tea, a selection of seasonal drinks throughout the year, and a revolving selection of pastries. Also dog-friendly: free dog biscuits for four-legged companions.

Stopped by this coffee shop and I honestly didn't know it was in the spot it was at! It's a great concept with the clothing part at the front and coffee shop in the back. The coffee is okay and they have pastries which I got the cinnamon roll but they didn't have anything to warm up it up which was disappointing because it wasn't good.

New Coffee spot in CWE

I knew I had to stop by this new coffee shop before heading to work today. I've been wanting to stop by sooner, but since I wfh 70% it kept getting pushed back. The spot wasn't just a coffee spot, but it was also a Cute Boutique shop. For caffeine, I ordered their Iced Banana Bread with Almond Milk. It was delicious! I usually dont like my coffee too sweet so I got half sweet, but I think it's safe to get the full sweet next time. Can't wait to go back! Friendly baristas! Street Parking! Take-out coffee!

Watch out, there's a new sheriff in town. Pass the past fits right at home in Central West End. A sleek, contemporary coffee shop perfect for a brew to then a stroll through the streets. It also has some insane vintage apparel up for grabs. Super dope stuff. The coffee is great. And, of course, the workers awesome. The interior is quite contemporary. This is more of a quick service grab a coffee to go type spot. I did not see any spots to grab a seat and study. Also, go visit the bathroom. The greatest wall paper i have ever seen adorns those walls. The dinosaurs are beautiful. In any case, pass the past is a beautiful, elevated spot for a morning brew. Oh, and pet friendly!

Iced hojicha latte with brown sugar syrup and black sesame cold foam (epic!)

I came into Pass The Past Coffee yesterday and had the most spectacular hojicha latte ever! I will be thinking about this drink for a long time. I asked the barista about what to pair the black sesame cold foam with and she recommended an iced hojicha latte with a touch of brown sugar syrup - an epic recommendation!! I can't wait to come back and have it again! It was perfectly nutty, not too sweet, and the black sesame cold foam was the best cold foam I've ever had! The cafe / store itself is super cute and quaint, I'll be recommending this spot to everyone I know! The whole menu is diverse with an extensive tea selection compared to the other coffee shops in the area and the quality is amazing!

I love when I can eat a breakfast sandwich without having to add jelly or jam to give it flavor. The egg portion is great, and the bacon tastes amazing. I also ordered the strawberry banana smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious, too! I wasn't greeted when I entered and I didn't see a food menu, so I chose from the baked items in cases on the counter. The drink menu included many temping items, and a list of tea varieties was on the counter. Later, I noticed an LED screen was changing displays and did include some breakfast sandwich items that I missed. Maybe next time! My latte was good. The bacon cheddar scone was served at room temp and did not seem fully cooked; it had sticky batter in the middle. Unless I missed an adjoining room, seating is limited to counter stools and tables for two-- both high top and low options. There's plenty of outdoor seating, though it wasn't shaded when I visited. Several people were working at computers in the morning I dropped by, and a few tables of two were talking. I think it would be a stretch to have a larger group in the space.

It has me interested in Hotel Indigo. (Bel Air Social is inside the hotel.) I first went on a whim when passing by earlier this week and now I'm a fan of the bar. The cocktail I'm liking is "I hope this email finds you well." It's the only of the drinks I've had and it's one of those rare menu items that you fall for on your first visit and probably will rarely, if ever, deviate from... unless the menu is seasonal. Oh, that would be a bummer. Let's hope this is an evergreen cocktail. It is so well-balanced, yummy, and prettily presented. I plan to return to this bar often. The pistachio gelato was good, but a little pricey. I may like the gelato better if I try a sorbetto flavor.

Super disappointed with the service. This place has the potential to be great, but unfortunately,…read moreour experience was not good. We arrived with a larger group and were told by the bartender to sit wherever we wanted and that a server would come to us. We all sat outside and saw the waitress walking around several times, but she never came to our table. What made it more frustrating was that the place was VERY empty--maybe 9-10 people total on the patio and only a handful of people sitting around the bar inside. Eventually, we had to go inside to place our drink orders ourselves. The drinks came out incredibly slowly and strangely staggered. One person received a seltzer first, then about five minutes later two Cokes came out. After sitting outside for about 20-25 minutes waiting for the rest, someone from our group finally went back inside and found our drinks just sitting on a serving tray, melting. We asked if we could just take them ourselves. We still had a couple of drinks coming and were told those would be brought outside, but once again, my friend eventually had to go back inside to get the final two drinks. Unfortunately, the overall consensus from our group was that the drinks weren't very good either--even something as simple as a vodka soda with lime juice. I'm really not sure what was going on with the bartending and serving staff that evening, but the entire experience was disappointing. Another friend and I actually suggested this place to the group because we had heard good things and seen the positive reviews, so it was especially disappointing that everyone left feeling let down. We ultimately left without finishing our drinks. There's definitely potential here, but the service needs significant improvement.
