Both times I met with her I only gave her literally one day's notice because I was planning from long distance and rarely in town, and she was able to change her plans to meet with me. For all the help she gave me over email and meeting with me beforehand, I ought to have paid her for some planning as well as day-of services. She also ran the rehearsal and called each and every one of my vendors the week before. (I only know this because I was starting to call them and realized it wasn't necessary because people were telling me, "Oh I just spoke with your planner yesterday!") On the day of, she just took care of directing everything. Occasionally she'd have a couple questions for me (probably because I just left a stack of boxes that had things that needed to be set up) but she just made it all happen. She made everything stick to the timeline and did all the stressing out for me, so all I had to do was worry about getting ready and having the most special, wonderful day possible. At one point the driver raised the radio as loud as it could get, even through full blast headphones the radio was loud and clear. Driver turned inside lights on full. For nearly $4000 the cold sandwiches and meager salads sans the promised fruit did not taste good, nor were they presented in an attractive way. In retrospect could have done better with Panera. Also, though additional money was sent for their contracting to set out tables and chairs (Pagoda House--Pt. Defiance)--those who came to serve knew nothing about that arrangement. The wedding party ended up setting out all of the tables and chairs though it had been prepaid for to Jonz Catering. One funny thing--the owner of Jonz Catering said that food should not be taken out by guests. Frankly few wanted to, so that was not a problem. Though polite, many guests complained to others in our wedding party about the poor quality of food. The only good thing about the experience with Jonz Catering were the two women servers who stayed (the owner or woman I made arrangements with left quickly). The two servers were polite and graciously cut our wedding cake when the baker left. I would warn not to use Jonz Catering. I did not have a good experience. I have been embarrassed about the quality of served food and it was definitely a disappointment of our important day.

They have a great community of people and businesses, and they seem to be doing a lot of cool stuff. The space is conveniently located in downtown Redmond, so it's a great location for plenty of people. Their events have all been great! Great snacks and great speakers. I have never really been part of a co-working office, but I think it's a really cool idea. I love that you can get a regular office and access at all hours, or you can join as a limited member that doesn't have a set space or need to pay to be there full-time. The office address and reception services also seem useful for some businesses. Looking forward to visiting Thinkspace again!

Sorry about this…read more... Parking is nonexistent for this facility. My people had to park all over the neighborhood and one person was advised by the front desk to park in the 7-11 parking lot... Seriously? Add to that, no clear guidance upon arrival to meeting space. My attendees couldn't figure out where to enter the building, nor where to go once in the "back" front door. Then after finding their way to the reception area, were informed the meeting space was back down on the first floor. So all my attendees arrive to the meeting stressed and annoyed. Was the meeting room nice, yes. Were all the features in the room good, yes. But that won't make up for setting the attendees on edge in the arrival process.
