I had literally THE WORST parking experience here at the City Center garage…read more I was there for an event in the building, and it was my first time parking in this garage, so I didn't know that it was card only on parking payments... And lo and behold, this was one of those days where I forgot my wallet at home. I had cash on me so I could pay without problems - or so I thought. I was leaving like twenty minutes before security and they were nowhere to be found for help. I pushed on the assistance button on the pay meter on the way out and it connected me to their office who operates the garage. I was connected to someone who was SO unbelievably rude. I told her my situation, she told me I needed to "park and figure it out." I parked and called the number from my phone and was connected to a man who was pretty nice, but they clearly had no idea what to do in this situation. He told me to drive back to the meter, hit the assistance button again, and that I should be connected to him but of course I was connected back to the first woman I spoke to. I let her know it was me again, and she hung up. Luckily I was still on the phone with the other guy, and he let me know they were trying to send a signal for the arm to raise so I could get out of the garage and they'd just send me a bill in the mail. I was put on hold for about 15 minutes before they were finally able to get the arm to raise. Worst experience I've ever had in a parking garage. Never again. It's on me for forgetting my wallet, but the customer service provided by them was absolute trash.

Since…read moreI'm not a regular parker, they didn't have my contact information on file so did not notify me. At my request, they were kind enough to cover car wash & gave me additional parking passes. I bought a lotto ticket for them as a thank you- I mean what are the odds: out of all the cars parked there mine got leaked on... Now, whenever I do drive to work, I spend 5+ mins to find a parking spot that doesn't have much pipes above.. Again, thank you building management for your help.
