I would not grade them all of for their front office staff services was horrible and extremely, denying me services trying to extort money from me to to "pay in cash" (when my insurance covers all of of my medical fees (which we discussed over the phone 2 months prior and I emailed their offices the front and back side of my insurance care who referred me to them on their networking doctors referral list), 100% with no co-pay), lying about not taking my insurance when I called 2 months prior to me office visit and I also emailed them my insurance card and referral letters and they set up my initial doctors RA appointment over the phone. The staff was very pleasant, professional and extended me every courtesy. When I showed up 1/2 hour (as I am always early for any appointment as a habit) early for my 2:30 pm appointment. When I arrived, the staff immediately gave my dirty looks as if I was not supposed to be there and looked at me as if I had 1,000 heads with a look of disgust on their faces too. The 2 females at the front desk, laughed at me as I announced my first and last name, spelling my first and last name out to the staff as a professional courtesy and time I was scheduled at this appointment, they kept starring at me as if I had 1,000 heads. The staff made me feel very unsafe and totally unwelcomed by them. They were very racist in their nasty looks, limited hostile conversation, not friendly towards me, making rude sound affects, sneekering at me once I walked into their offices and I introduced myself in and greeting the staff which were nasty, rude and unprofessional staff. The one girl took my ID, sent it, and walked to the front door instead of letting me hand her my insurance card at the front desk where she was sitting. All the time, she was sneering at me as she stood behind the office door, knowing I could see her while standing at the front window. She continued to laugh and point at the other girl seated at the desk, they both snickered at me for reasons I later discovered. Then 2 seconds later, a girl opened the office door and said to me, "We don't take your insurance." I told her I called two months ago, and spoke with this office. This office clearly and specifically stated they did take my insurance, and you are on my insurance company's doctor referral 31 page list. This office staff continued to laugh at me and look at the other girl. Who continued to laugh at me too. I could clearly see it was racism because when we were chatting on the telephone, the staff was very professional and friendly, almost graciously so. Unfortunately, when I showed up for my doctor's appointment, the staff was aggressive, hostile, almost belligerent, confrontational, and combative toward me, as if they wanted me to engage in an argument with them. Two staff members in this office blatantly denied me medical R.A. services. They did not offer me any form to complete as a new patient and rushed me out of the office, glaring at me the entire time. As I was walking out (and there is so much more to this story, but I am too irritated typing about this racism to give more detailed accounts of the racism I experienced), I was being a disabled senior, grandmother of 7, and mother of 2 adult married sons. I have never experienced this type of racism with any of my past or present doctors as I have with this staff's horrible, barbaric, hostile, rude, and unprofessional racist acts. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I've ever had. My appointment with Dr. Noune Pashinyan was scheduled and confirmed for 2:30 PM. We arrived early at 2:25 PM. At the front desk, we were told we'd be seen in about 15 minutes. Fine -- delays happen. But they had multiple patients booked for the exact same time, all sitting there waiting. That already tells you a lot about how this office is run. Thirty minutes later, we still hadn't been called in. No update, no apology, nothing. When I went back to the desk and reminded them that my appointment was at 2:30 PM, I was met with sarcasm and attitude instead of basic respect. I was told something along the lines of, "It's OK, we are working," in a rude, dismissive tone -- as if I was the problem for asking why we were still waiting past our scheduled time. Then came the final straw: after wasting our time and speaking to us disrespectfully, the doctor herself decided she would not see the patient at all. read more

The staff if very friendly and capable. It's amazing everything is centralized in one location! Labs were drawn and results were available immediately. I needed my bone density checked, and the machine for the bone scan was in the next room! Dr Oashinian was so informative! I went to be seen because my right thumb was painful and it was clicking and cramping. It hurt so much energy time I'd bend it. She told me that I have trigger finger. She gave me a steroid combination injection. After the injection, my thumb was numb for a few hours. After the numbness went away, I still experienced slight trigger finger and stiffness. I called the office to report what I was experiencing. I was told that it was normal, and it would go away in a couple of days. Sure enough, it went away two days later! I have left many reviews over the years for Dr. Pashinian - who was my doctor for nearly a decade! And she still would be had I not lost my house in the fires and had to move out of the area. :( I just love Dr. P. She was able to keep me pain-free from a pretty horrible autoimmune issue; she is personable, knowledgeable, empathetic and no-nonsense! She had to beat me into taking Prolia for my bones, but as usual - SHE WAS RIGHT! I miss her caring demeanor and she is just a lovely, lovely human being on top of it all. Her staff is exceptional and I truly miss this practice and wish them all just the best of everything! You will not find a better Rheumatologist than Dr. Pashinian. Dr office? Sounds more like a zoo I have no idea why people are saying she is nice and carrying I started writing my review and then I came to myself this doctor is not even worth my time to write a review if you Love yourself and loved ones do not even go close to this doctor's office. read more

The worst. Don't go if you actually want a doctor that cares. She never even gave me my test results. I ended up paying for tests that I have no idea about. I called so many times about getting my results and they were unable to send them to me or explain them. read more

I wanted to update my previous review! Of course I feel the same - Dr. Pashinian is a WONDERFUL Rheumatologist - caring, professional, friendly and engaging. I love the amount of time and attention you get with her. Cannot fathom WHY anyone would write a negative review - I have been going to her for years and would never think of going anywhere else. STAFF is amazing from the front desk to the techs. And now she has a Bone Density Scanner - so you don't have to go anywhere else. That is SUCH a blessing. Please Dr. P. NEVER RETIRE!!! read more

I can not recommend Dr. Pashinian enough. I spent 8 years in my twenties living in constant pain with the wrong diagnosis. She saw me a total of maybe 4 visits before she thought she knew what was going on. She was the first doctor to ever make the connection between my constant pain and my diagnosis of dermal psoriasis- I have Psoriatic Arthritis. I've been on injections ever since and I have my life back. I'm not exaggerating when I say she literally saved my life. She got me off my long-term pain management and I went from being couch ridden most days to walking miles and doing yoga each day. I can't say thank you enough Dr. Pashinian!! read more

This office and Dr. Nune Pashinyan is a total SCAM. Please, look for another doctor.. I heard a lot of complaints done to her and her office. Dr. Pashinyan is a careless doctor, she is not concerned about her pts at all. Very rude,, very very aggressive (who yells at a pt), and very ignorant of what you have to say to her as a pt. Dr.Pashinian is very kind and knowledgeable in her field. I took my grandma in to see her for her rheumatoid arthritis and we are very pleased with her treatment results. After a round of PRP injection my grandmas shoulder pain has decreased. I recommend her to everyone that is looking for a rheumatologist. read more

Worst doctor,I told her my wife tried different stuff for her feet,she still sold me this cheap support for her ankle for $20, this is the worst, she left the room without saying we are done, we are still waiting in the room, after maybe 10 minutes, she came to our room and ask us, what are we waiting for,she talk so fast and when I ask her about what kind of arthritis my wife has, she sarcastically said simple arthritis, after 2visits she didn't give any solutions for my wife visits and now we are scheduled for MRI until now we didn't hear anything from them, it's almost a month, she don't fucking care, she care about the money, read more

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Pashinian!! She is an excellent doctor, who shows sincere care and concern for her patients. When I say sincere care, I mean her calling at 8pm on a weekday to go over positive results knowing that I was worried and impatient for those results, unheard of!! I saw dr Pashinian twice now and need to say, I like her very much and I will recommend her to my family and friends. She listens to you, she cares and wants to get to the bottom of the problem before she puts you on any medication or starts therapy. At my second visit I told her about new symptoms that had developed and that I saw an eye dr, to my surprise she linked a possibility of a common denominator and asked me right there to call the eye dr and had a discussion with him and promised to keep him updated. Dr. Pashinian's office personnel is very unprofessional. After scheduling and confirming the appointment the next day, I took my 90 years old grandmother on a wheelchair to see Dr. Pashinian. The office receptionist told me that Dr. is out of town. First of all, they did not put my grandma's name in the computer (system), second they did not call us to reschedule or cancel the appointment. It was very disappointing, especially for my fragile grandma. I will never go back to her office. The first experience was very poor and frustrating. read more
