They arrived as scheduled and completed the project within the three days planned. What impressed us most was how well they worked around the tenants. With five occupied units, I was concerned about the disruption a project this size could cause, but they were very mindful of each tenant's space and worked around what was available to them. No one was unnecessarily inconvenienced, which we greatly appreciated . I also had the pleasure of meeting the crew personally. They were polite, respectful, professional, and easy to work with. The project stayed on schedule, and they handled themselves professionally from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Alexander Company and would feel comfortable using them again for future projects.

Alexander was one of them which my neighbor recently hired to replace her windows. I met four window estimators and Alex from Alexander came across as honest, direct and trustworthy. No sales gimmicks, no rebates, and no pressure. And it turned out Alex gave me the best price. I also liked the fact that they came back without charge and fixed a frame problem that my neighbor was having with her new windows. Four months later, Rosy called to schedule an installation date for my new windows. Two days later, Jose, Carlos and two other crew showed up in two trucks on time to start the installation. The installation team worked seamlessly as a team, they first carefully covered the floor and surrounding to protect my floor and furniture. Then they went to work. From demolition, installation, to clean up, it took less than a day for six windows. They were friendly, efficient, skillful, knowledgeable and professional. Today, I look at my new Marvin windows and I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Alexander company and the entire team that work on this project! I appreciated it!

Finding contractors who are honest, trustworthy, responsive, and dependable can be challenging, but Dimitri and his team truly stand out. Replacing condo windows on a busy boulevard in San Francisco is complex with many moving parts. I…read moreoutlined the scope of the job gathering and researching the following entities before committing dollars to the project: Review CC&R Restrictions and getting HOA approval Identifying restrictions and window standards with the San Francisco Planning Department Identifying a Window Vendor with a bonded and insured Licensed Contractor with favorable reviews in the installation of the windows. I gathered quotes from (4) window companies comparing apples to apples after reading every review. What the other companies did not disclose was the complexity of installing fire rate windows except for Deluxe Window. Felix is not just a salesman but one with decades of knowledge and experience in the field. Felix disclosed that I would need scaffolding to install (3) fire rated windows and that the custom order would take 16 weeks for build. Also, that I would need written permission from my neighbor to add the scaffolds to reach my unit on the fourth floor. I appreciated the honesty with potential road blocks that can be resolved and dealt with early on in the project with open communication. None of the other companies that came out to quote me disclosed this information. Deluxe estimates were in line and comparable. Throughout the project, I was in constant communication with Darja who sent email outlining steps to guide me through the process from billing, materials, deadlines and installation. 16 weeks sounds like a long time to build windows but Fyre Tec windows are quality worth the wait. I also went with Anlin single hung windows for the ease of cleaning and life time warranty transfers. My installation took three days to complete with installer George paying close attention to details in water proofing, sealant, foam installation, caulking and trimming the frames. The City Building Inspector signed off to continue work and the second appointment to get final sign off of the permit went through without a hitch. The project was work but Deluxe Windows and the company's competent staff mentioned above help make this into a successful work in progress to final completion. The Deluxe staff were there to answer every and all of my questions. The windows look fabulous and sound proofing has helped minimize the busy street noise.

Three months waiting for an estimate that never arrives…read more I contacted Bay Area Window Pros at the end of April 2026 regarding six 12-year-old Milgard aluminum windows whose seals had failed, causing the glass to become cloudy. I also wanted to replace one window with a new casement model and later added two patio doors to the requested estimate, providing preliminary measurements that simply needed to be confirmed before ordering. Their salesperson, Marcus, came out on May 2. He casually informed me that Bay Area Window Pros does not repair windows and claimed it would be more cost-effective to replace them entirely. I explained that the aluminum frames were perfectly serviceable and that only portions of the windows needed repair, so complete replacement made little sense. Nevertheless, I eventually agreed to receive an estimate for full replacement. It is now August 5, more than three months later, and I am still waiting. I have repeatedly spoken and emailed with Nate, who continually assures me that the estimate will arrive at the "top of next week." What does that even mean? More importantly, how many "next weeks" are customers expected to wait before concluding that this company is either incapable of producing a basic estimate or simply has no respect for their time? If Bay Area Window Pros did not want the project, they could have said so months ago. Instead, they wasted my time with repeated promises they had no apparent intention of keeping. Based on my experience, their communication, follow-through, and basic professionalism are abysmal. I would not trust a company that cannot produce an estimate in three months to order, install, or stand behind thousands of dollars' worth of windows and doors.

He was also very cooperative and communicative in scheduling, and there was a lot of scheduling w/ other contractors, rain storms, inspectors, etc. The crew, Aleks and Yuri, were super hardworking, fast, professional, and courteous. I attempted to contact the manufacturer and although I was able to reach them, they advised me that the style I had purchased had been discontinued................ I was really discouraged and upset because I purchased the whole bedroom set! I figured I had to go a different route, I took a picture of the damage, emailed it to 6 local glass / mirror companies for repair quotes. Pace Glass came in first in terms of response, price, and turnaround time for completion. They are close to my work so I dropped the drawer off with them and was told a week.
