Very disappointed with the service. Be careful with what you are charged for, they will tell you an amount for them later tell you, they did not do math correctly and that sorry but you need to pay more. And careful because then they will threaten you with sending you to collections. They even have the call recorded (which I believe is illegal, they never ask my consent or mention that the call was being recorded) where she tells you how much insurance cover, how much you need to pay, you agree and pay that amount, insurance pays his part as well and then because of a human error a mistyped YOU need to pay MORE because the owners decided that staff mistakes need to be pay from patients. Good luck getting a MANAGER to help you, she even tried to blame insurance saying "with insurance is different is not a for sure thing " My INSURANCE PAID exactly what it needed to paid I PAID exactly what she told me I needed to paid. The problem was that "human error, that mistyped" she said errors happen which is true, but why do I need to pay for someone else's mistakes. read more

Sadly, they have no idea how to properly schedule. I arrived early and still waited 45 in the waiting room. It is now 1 hour since I arrived, still no doctor. They should really do a better job at communicating and showing consideration that they care about their patients time. read more

Dr. Adam Good is excellent. He listens. When he didn't have the answer to a question, he researched and came back with the answer. I enjoy my visits and discussions about fishing. The staff has always been inviting and compassionate. From start to finish, this office is always on point. read more

We had a great experience at PVC. My husband and 4 year old son had checkups and everything went smoothly and on time. My son ended up needing glasses and the whole staff has been very kind and patient about getting him fitted with his glasses. read more

The worst experience with glasses ever. i ordered anti-glare and the lady up sold me with blue light and anti glare...not once did she mention they would have extremely blue glare on it. when i revived the glasses the lenses are tinted with a blue glare...they are horrible and i was told there was nothing they can do. these are $500 glasses and there is nothing they can do. what a freaking joke this place is...save your money and go elsewhere. i am getting the lenses replaced elsewhere and disputing with my credit card. read more

Possibly the worst eye place I've ever been to. If you love being over charged for things you don't want then this is the place for you. I came for a simple eye exam to get new glasses. Specifically said that over the phone when I made the appointment and In person when I arrived. The girl proceeded to casually ask if I wore contacts and I said yes, but never asked if I wanted that exam as well. So then I wait over 30 MINUTES for the doctor to show up and he does his thing. Nice doctor, good conversation, which is the only nice thing about my visit. Afterwards a girl takes me to pick glasses and after picking the ones I want I assume I'm only about $5 over my insurance. I get a yearly exam, frames, and lenses for NO COST out of pocket. I ask how much and the lady tried to get me for over $150!! So I'm extremely confused at this point and I ask why If I have everything covered by my insurance. She then says yes but all these 'extras' aren't covered. She was referring to the extra glare protection on the lenses and "blue light" filters and all the other BS they try to sell you to make money! I say well I don't want that and now she's stuttering and can't keep her story straight because she's just repeating that the insurance doesn't cover it over and over and then she goes into saying the "lab requires those additional modifications". I knew they were trying to scam me but it gets worse. After I don't agree to pay for her crap she sends me to a sad old lady at the "payment counter" and she hands her my info and proceeded to type in my stuff and the whole time she's over here having hot flashes and doing the biggest sighs like I'm there inconveniencing her and her summer home. Not very professional but okay. What truly pissed me off about this place is what followed.. The old lady tried to charge $65 for a copay. And I say no what are you talking about I get a free exam and didn't buy your glasses so I don't owe anything. She then tells me the Doctor did a contact exam and ordered me a trial pair of contacts. The doctor never even told me that he was doing a contact exam or then he ordered me trials!! So I say well I did NOT ask for that so I'm not paying. She insists on making me pay and I refuse and say bill my insurance. Then she says 'we can bill your insurance but it'll come out of your benefits so instead of having X amount for frames you'll have $65 less'. That didn't sound right to me but I'm irritated at this point but I say okay whatever. After leaving I immediately call my insurance and they confirm that lady was full of it and had no idea what she was talking about!! Not only do they try to charge you for crap you don't want but the staff is completely clueless about what they're doing. Next day I went to a different place in Richland and not only did I find the same pair of Ray Bans I wanted, they're were cheaper by about $20 and they DIDNT force me to buy all this extra crap I didn't want. They gave me the option of paying for all the extras. Which basically confirmed this pasco place up charges everything and is a total scam. read more

If you can avoid this place PLEASE do yourself the favor and do so. Customer service is trash and they're always trying to get you to pay the most for any little thing. Front desk isn't knowledgeable and never completely answers questions. One person says one thing and another says something completely different. PLEASE get it together your messing with peoples money and taking advantage of them. read more

Super expensive and poor customer service to go with it. About 800$ for an exam and 1 pair of glasses. After two weeks they told me my glasses were ready, I left work and sat in the waiting room until they came out and told me they weren't ready yet. Then two days later the same thing happened. Pasco Vision Clinic has the worse customer service. I will never recommend this place to my family or friends. My mom is Spanish Speaking and they told her they couldnt help her in Spanish because she didnt have state insurance ( she has private insurance). Furthermore, our appointment was at 1 pm, we showed up at 12:50 and they proceed to tell us our appt was at 12:30pm. PVC customer service was awful because of a receptionist who mismanage a situation of a personal matter, as well as insurance coverage right on the open in front of other customers. I believe that is insensitive and unethical because the insurance matter is confidential between the PSV, The insurance, and the customer. This person tone of voice is very loud and belittling to myself, and witnessed the same to other clients at PVC while I was waiting. read more

Doctors and staff at Pasco Vision clinic are always very welcoming and friendly. The doctors take their time to explain everything and listen to your concern. My son has a few eye problems and since seeing Dr. Sullivan we have seen great results. Over the years I've always had great experiences with their office and highly suggest them to everyone! read more

Our experience at Pasco Vision Clinic was excellent. After my son's diagnosis, we received outstanding care, education, therapy, and follow up. I have successfully recommended this clinic to several friends who also have been very pleased with the care their child(ren) received.
