The first heater the young plumbers, Devin & Ontario, installed wouldn't keep a lit pilot light. The honest business owner, Donald, drove out to my house to have a look, confirmed that the first new water heater was defective, and told the guys to do it all over again. So Devin & Ontario carefully removed their first install and installed another new water heater. They left their work area squeaky-clean and installed the new on/off gas & water valves as I'd specifically requested. They started at 10AM that morning and finished everything by 3:00 PM. We call at 9:45 a.m. - they said they would call us back, we called at Noon, they were waiting to hear from the plumber - they would call us back, we called them back at 2 p.m. - they would check on it and call us back - we called them back at 3 p.m. and when we wanted to hold while they "called their plumber" they hung up on us.
