He and his crew of 3 moved my entire apartment in less than 3 hours -- a task what would have taken me and my friend 3 full days to do. They even helped with packing and boxing of things I had not yet completed prior to their arrival. In the new home they placed boxes in the appropriate rooms and re-set up or assembled the furniture perfectly. I can't tell you how helpful they were. They went above and beyond, changing their plans last minute to overcome unforseen circumstances of a broken elevator, and made sure we had a successful move. A word about the movers -- they were the most respectful and kind people I have had the pleasure of interacting with. When I tried to apologize that I had packed a box a bit too heavy, they responded, "that's okay, I like a good challenge!" After running up the stairs and down with over 100 boxes and lots of big furniture, they were still positive and said they appreciated the workout. They were so professional and kind. Prior to the move, my girlfriend and I had reached out to several moving companies to compare their respective quotes. Jane was the first point-of-contact for scheduling our moving date and obtaining a quote. She was responsive, professional, and more importantly, accommodating. You have the option to request for a free in-home estimate for a more accurate quote. Pasadena Movers and Packers sent a gentleman named John who was very friendly, patient, and practical. He also came up with some suggestions on how we could save more money, such as moving our furniture and boxes to the first floor. Come moving day, three movers named Derek, Tom, and Francis came on time. They were all polite; they communicated with us on how they plan on moving and wrapping our belongings individually. Not only was I impressed with their efficiency and swift, hard work, but how meticulous and careful they were able to move our furniture without leaving a scratch or dent in the house and condo. The customer service at Pasadena Movers and Packers is unparalleled. I know, not only have I worked customer service for a moving company, but my family has moved 5 times in the last decade because of job transfers, and the moves are almost always a real drag from scheduling, to billing, to damaged belongings. But not this time. It was a near perfect experience. All of the guys were fast, courteous, and CAREFUL. Not a scratch on a wall or mark on a floor in either house. Moving with a 2 year old and a newborn is not the best situation, and that was my situation. My husband had to move to the transfer site before me, and I was left to do the packing only a few weeks after my baby was born. I didn't have time and energy to shower, let alone pack and move heavy boxes. Moving is an emotionally draining experience EXCEPT with Pasadena Movers and Packers. They are plain and simple GOOD people. You can ask them questions directly through their website. You can book with them over email. They cover everything, including moving supplies, in a super cheap hourly rate. It was quite frankly a little too easy. The day of my move I found myself skeptical that they'd show up on time. Or at all. But 10 minutes before their scheduled arrival they called and were waiting at my loading dock. Three guys came to move our stuff. They were a well oiled machine. They got into their rhythm and wrapped and loaded all our stuff super fast. We had a few things that had to be dissembled, and they delicately took them apart, and put them right back together at our new place. So here is how great these guys were: two friends of ours stopped by to help us unpack while the movers where still bringing our stuff into our new place, and my friends thought the movers were friends of mine that they hadn't met yet. I had to move about 300 miles across California after anunexpected job relocation that would uproot my family in the middle of the school year. I was so disheartened by the ''essential'' move that would boost my career that I had my secretary arrange everything. She found Pasadena Movers and Packers, and explained to me that they were the most affordable movers she could find. Great, just what I needed, I thought, a cheap moving company to move me across the state. Well, I have to thank her. Pasadena Movers and Packers was the best part of my move. I have to say that the entire experience blew my mind as I have had terrible moving experiencesin the past, and I thought that their low rates were a red flag that they would also have the lowest quality movers. Moving has always been a tough, painstaking activity but Pasadena Movers and Packers turned it into a smooth and easy task to me. Gavin and Ryan were very efficient. After checking whole house, Gavin with the guys came up with their action plan, and started working right away. The guys were super organized and they professionally handled all my big heavy furniture with the utmost care. Due to it was a local move, 2 miles away, I moved some of my small stuffs by myself. So they basically moved my 2-bedroom furniture, wall or floor after themselves. Moreover, they took care of all my belongings and carpet meticulously while doing their job, which I appreciate. I can hardly express in full my happiness from cooperation with this moving company. We moved 5 times during the last 3 years, and I know very well everything about moving challenges, including movers being late, damaged stuff, harmed walls and unprofessional crews. But today we were really impressed. We reserved a move on a short notice. After calling many companies, this moving company was ready to send out a moving crew for the next morning. Jesse and Roy came at 9:00 a.m., got to work immediately and were very attentive. They were friendly and very efficient. We needed a few stops, one stop was planned for a storage unit. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to move from an apartment I had only been in for four only months, and I was not happy about it, or thrilled at the idea of hiring ANOTHER moving company in a six moth time frame. Pasadena Movers and Packers was terrific. They moved our stuff from Reseda to Mid City, in under 4 hours, with no surprises or damage to furniture or our stuff - over a holiday, even. They packed most of our belongings for us, too, and did an excellent job with that, as well. I didn't give a review last time, so I feel a responsibility this time after two great experiences. They were great. Seriously could not recommend them enough. I have to admit to being pretty demanding... These guys were great. Period. I wish they could be everywhere and move us when we need to be moved, but alas, we are no longer in LA. Pasadena Movers and Packers guys come and move our furniture and boxes into a rented moving truck. We used 3 guys. They were all very friendly and very careful with our things. Our rental moving truck was one of the smaller versions, so it was important that they were thoughtful when packing the truck. Two of the guys carried our things to the truck, while the third stayed in the truck and packed our things like a puzzle. We had several persnickety pieces of furniture that they handled like a breeze. They were quick and efficient. Pasadena Movers and Packers helped me with a local move and they were fantastic. We have moved many tines and this was by far the easiest. Pasadena Moveras and Packers have great communication and confirm the rime and date of the move a few days in advance. We had 4 nice guys turn up, Niah was the team leader, ten minutes early and they had everything loaded and unloaded at the new residence within 3 hours. They work well as a tram and are careful with caring for your property. They wrap all the large items and even pit down some carpet protecytant at the house entrance. We used Pasadena Movers and Packers to move from a 2 bedroom duplex to our new house. They were very easy and friendly to work with during the booking process. They arrived on time and basically never stopped moving. All of our items were handled with care, even some of our old beat up furniture from years past was treated with the same care of our nicer pieces. Pasadena Movers and Packers did an incredible job three weeks ago for my move. I needed them to pack the truck for my move out of West Los Angeles. They were on time, very professional, knew exactly how to pack the truck, nothing was broken upon arrival. They moved me from a 8th floor apartment using a small elevator and knew exactly what they were doing. I would hire them in a heartbeat again.
