To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally document and escalate a series of unprofessional interactions that occurred on February 12, 2026. At approximately 8:44 AM, I called to update my payment information. A male employee identified as Raynor (M) answered the phone in what I would describe as an annoyed and extremely tired tone. I asked, "Are you awake? You sound extremely tired." He responded, "Well, it is early." I replied that it was almost 9 AM and chuckled lightly. He then stated, "What do you want?" At that point, I told him I would prefer to speak to a professional and would instead stop by the office. Between 11:00-11:10 AM, I went to the office and asked to speak to a manager. I was assisted by two individuals, Alanis D and another employee (Ambya/Ambrya -- I am unsure of the correct spelling). The individual presented as the manager remained silent during the interaction. I asked whether a male employee had been working the phones earlier that morning and was immediately asked why. When I attempted to explain the phone interaction, I was interrupted and called "racist" and "rude" and told to leave. I attempted again to clarify my concern and was again labeled the same, in a louder tone, without being allowed to explain myself. For clarity, I have never met nor seen the individual who answered the phone that morning. My concern was strictly about professionalism and tone during a business call. I requested the name or contact information for higher management and was not provided any information. At approximately 1:00 PM, I contacted Joshua M via chat, explained the situation in detail, and was told someone would follow up with me. As of this writing, I have not been contacted. I am requesting: 1. A formal review of the phone interaction and in-office interaction. 2. An explanation as to why I was labeled and dismissed without being allowed to speak. 3. Contact information for appropriate upper management. 4. Confirmation of what corrective action, if any, will be taken. Charged twice for one month of washes, canceled subscription to prevent further charges and turned away when tried to use balance of subscription. Disappointed! Yesterday I purchased for $42 the mini detail. Hmmm not good. I wasn't expecting perfection but at the very least I expected the car to be well vacuumed. More than once, someone reviewed that for $15-25, they expect the car to be essentially flawless inside and out. My thoughts are this: $6-12 will buy you an almost worthless automatic wash. Good for getting some pollen or bird droppings off, but really not much different than blasting it with a hose. A $20 automatic/hand dry should be a small step up. Maybe a quick vacuum and some tire dressing included. As for flawless? It takes me about 10 hours to detail my car from start to finish. If I paid $150 (Because That's How Much it runs) or more for a detail, I think I'd be upset if my carpeting wasn't 100% debris free or if someone missed a spot on a rim. I'm from out of town, so I did not know any better. They suck! Left the back hatch to mt Range Rover open when run through the wash. I think that they wiped my dash and windshield with a greasy rag. No one there seemed to have a pulse. Go elsewhere, or just keep your car dirty. read more

How can the car be cleaner going into the car wash than coming out? I would NOT recommend using this car wash - The interior was clean except the drivers side needed vacuuming - when I got it home - it was dirty! The whole back of my jeep was dirty and the windows were so smudged I couldn't see out the back - absolutely horrible!!!!!! When I called them to complain, they said sorry and to bring the jeep back and they would wash it again - I told them they should have did a better job the first time and that I don't have time to come back - if I had time, I would've washed it myself. Have always just used the exterior wash only and never had a problem, porters are very nice easy to talk to.. they don't try and over sale.. it's always in and out service, if in the area give them a try. Update: so I tried out the full service wash, it was an early weekday morning only one other car was there.. the vacuum job was a bit rushed and not done to any standards. The wash is pretty generic as it goes through an automatic car wash, the drying process is where I thought the attention to detail might be a little more the the normal wash, being that I'm paying for the full service car wash. I was wrong, so much was missed that I ended up coming home just to finish the job, Also I paid for my tires and rims to be cleaned but no communication was giving to the dryers so I had to bring this up as they flagged me to say my car was ready. Because I told the cashier I didn't need a receipt I had to go back to get a copy to prove I paid for tires and rims to be cleaned as well. DO NOT GO HERE: - I had 8 quarters in my cup holder to vacuum my seats after the car wash. After pulling away, I noticed only 5 quarters were left. Sure 75 cents isn't a big deal, but it's disrespectful and rude to take money from someone's car. - I have a small blind-spot mirror on each of the side mirrors on my car. While my car was being wiped down after the wash, I heard what sounded like glass or plastic hit the pavement. I was selling our car to our daughter in MD. Thought I'd have it cleaned before I handed it over. Went to pasadena car wash and asked for their most complete cleaning. $35 plus $2 for the extra 3rd row seat. I WAS DISAPPOINTED. I put in $5 for the tip box as well... First they couldn't even get the front grill clean let alone the bugs on the front bumper. Yea they used a bunch of armor all all over the inside but missed a bunch of spots and then left a bunch of spots with that thick greasy feel. Pointed out the issues and got shrugs.... There service is hit and miss. Until today. Now it's a miss. Whenever I get my car done there, the car temperature is changed, the radio station and volume is changed. I mentioned this to the guy that asks you what type of service you want. I said ask the guys not to do that. I go to get in my car to leave after it's been washed and the driver seat belt has been locked. So of course I sat on it, not knowing what happened. Is this a retaliatory situation, I am wondering. I love this place! Got the unlimited for $39.95 a month last month. Where I work is very dirty, so I need a wash at least once a week. The people are nice and they do a great job. COMPARISON TO ANOTHER CAR WASH -There is a car wash near my office that has unlimited and I tried that for convenience. It was done in no time....and I know why. The inside of my windshield was a mess! I couldn't see it until I drove away and the sun shined on it. I called their manager and he told me to ask for him next time. The next time? Still bad. Tried once more, telling the inside person to spend a little extra time on the inside of the windshield. After that visit I canceled that membership. This car wash used to be great, now it's sketchy and not nearly as good. I've given it four additional tries before I wrote a review, but it seems the place has completely fallen apart since the change in ownership. Not only do they struggle to clean my car (and daughters car, wife's car etc...), the lobby is a total mess, unappealing and dirty. If they can't even keep the lobby clean, how can they do cars. Sadly, it's one of the only places in town to wash a car, but it's to the point where it's not worth it. Every time I take my Ford Expedition there, we have to re-wash it. The guys try hard, but they are working with a logistically challenged owner, who doesn't even post prices on the board because they are ever changing... After one poor car wash, i thought maybe they are having an off day. I made a mistake by going back again to get just as bad service. I have to keep asking them to remove brake dust from the wheels. Black dust on the wheels is so obvious and should be part of the washing process. For the price they charge why should I have to ask them to remove dirt from the car? I've been to this car wash several times. Live in the area for many yrs now. Seen the place change owners a few times. I must say today's group is by far the worst I've ever seen. The front mats were left in the car instead of removing to vacuum the front. I've noticed this the last three times I've been there. I wanted to see if it was one person or just how they do their cleaning now. Poor wiping around the doors when open. We knew we were in trouble when we watched our van come out with soap still on it and it went down hill from there After getting the most expensive wash ( next to a detail) that cost $30 we expected the inside to be completely wiped. No such luck. The dashboard wasn't touched. The door handles were also ignored. The side of the back seats where the kids had spilled something still had a stain of liquid down them. We counted 5 detail employees with 4 eating lunch! We thought our local Pasadena would love the $200 business seeing they were so slow today but instead refused our business. We called the Great American Car Wash in Severna Park on Ritchie Hwy while in their parking lot and they were happy to do it! They refused to do a full service detail as well as mini detail... I went to get the salt off my car this morning... The line was crazy, at least 20 cars ahead of me in the full detailing lanes. Luckily my car is still pretty new so I cut into the exterior only lane and was in and out within 15 minutes. I paid 15 dollars for a premium wash, it was pretty good, they didn't get all the soap from the back and I had a couple of watermarks but I was impressed. read more

After spending 35 for the best wash they offered name mini detail I got in car and drove 5 miles home while driving I noticed that all the dash surfaces were still dirty I looked at the front of the car and saw bird droppings still on car I returned about 40 minutes later and was sent to see the "manager" who told me that the mini detail was the same as the car wash but they armor all the dash with no cleaning if your car is dirty you should buy a full detail When I asked about the bird poop on the outside he said it was a rock chip funny I have never been able to rub off a rock chip with a wet rag I asked about the leaves on the floor that did not get vacuumed he said they must have blown in because I had the convertible top down No offer to do anything about the poor work NEVER AGAIN read more
