I sucked it up in there and in a matter of seconds, it was gone!! I thought that it was a loss, but decided to mention it anyway. The young man who helped me dry my car was still an ear shot away, so I asked him if there was anyway of retrieving it. His name is Mark, and he was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that they were closing soon, and fortunately for me it has just been cleaned out. He said they couldn't do anything until the end of the night but would check at that point. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. This is why I'm a member at this car wash and why I will continue to patronize this establishment. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

Today however I went through full service, and got the premium package that included the Rain X and tire shine. Now, let me tell you exactly how dirty my tires still are. They half way dried my car, and just wiped briefly over my wheels. It actually looked worse after because they wiped parts of the wheel clean, and left the wheels heavily soiled still. I'll just go back to doing my own thing on the self serve side. The one guy was nice enough to go get my tokens for the free vacuum, after the other guy blew me off about it. So overall the service wasn't bad...just the wash itself.. Somehow after the wash I ended up with what looked like smeared bird poop on my window, and I went over all my windows prior to the wash. Because sometimes the drive through wont get it off, especially the back window. Not to mention there was no bird poop on my car initially...lol #WhoDoneIt

Went to Roy's as usual (we're loyal because they are quick, friendly and effective) and went through the tunnel. When I pulled up the lane where they wipe it down and clean the inside, I saw Manager, Elvis and asked him if there was any way to get the thick black grease our of the mats and carpet. He took and look and simply said, "I've got you, I think I can get this out." Just a few minutes later, he had it clean! Wow! THIS is why we go back with two cars in our household - excellence! I saw an earlier post that said they were expensive but worth it. I think that they are competitively priced and have to say that they are next level! Thanks Elvis! See you soon! Tim L.

First and foremost I'll start by saying I did not use their car wash; neither the DIY bays nor the…read moretouch-less car wash. I wanted to vacuum my car after the sun went down because it was so HOT during the daytime, it was over 90 and washing my car earlier in the day at another car wash (inferior mind you) zapped my energy. So, I looked for a car wash that was open late or 24 hours; thus, I ended up at Water Works. I was REALLY surprised to see how inviting the car wash is... I know it sounds crazy but the place is CLEAN and wide open. There are LOTS of car wash bays and LOTS of vacuuming/fragrance stations, probably 15 of them. It was GREAT to not feel rushed or hurried...and safe. The area is very well lit and I never once felt concerned about someone walking up to me while I vacuumed my new Audi, something I truly fear at some DIY car washes. I really liked the ability to use my credit card instead of quarters to pay for the vacuum. The only thing I WOULD recommend, and the only reason I deducted a star is the lack of a timer (plus I can't give five stars if I haven't used the actual car washing component...but I will try it in the future provided I can use my own sponges). The most frustrating thing about using these pay-as-you-go car washes is when you can't see how much time you have remaining. Granted there may be a buzzer/alert ringing telling you that you're in the last X (30 secs, 1 minute, etc.) of your time but it would be GREAT if the vacuum station had a timer; I presume the DIY car wash bays do have visible timers so you know how much time remains. All that being said, I most DEFINITELY would recommend this carwash. NOTE: I was not offered a free carwash to review this facility, I offer this review because I felt my experience warranted taking a few minutes to tell folks. That being said, I've got no aversion to the owner sending me a free car wash... Lol. Happy cleaning!!

Unlike other car washes, they have attendants who hand prep your vehicle by scrubbing with a brush prior to going through the soft cloth tunnel wash. This car wash offers: -professional detailing -4 self serve bays -laser wash -Unlimited Wash Program -Coupon Books -VIP Card Programs -Laser Wash Savings Card -Self Serve Savings Card System The car wash does a nice job of cleaning, however, the rinsing and drying at other car washes are better. If you need a quick and thorough wash then this place can't be beat. It's good value for the money…read more I had a great experience getting my car washed at this place. I decided to get the Super wash service, which is their premium service. The wash itself was quick and did a solid job overall, especially when you consider it's an automated setup. In fact, this is the best automated washing I've experienced. What really stands out is the added value of the complimentary towels that are available. Also, the vacuums are free to use, which is a huge plus, and the hoses are on either side of the car so you get two long vacuum hoses to use. Being able to touch up the car afterward without being made to pay an extra cost makes a big difference. One big problem that I have is the limited number of vacuums available. And did I mention that they are FREE to use? Not just for paying customers, but also for non-paying customers. I can bet that half the people using those vacuums did not get a car wash. So after my first car wash I was disappointed that I couldn't vacuum my interior because all the vacuum spots were taken. I recommend getting there early before the vultures come in to vacuum their cars for free and hog up the spaces. All in all I still recommend it if you're looking for a fast, no-hassle wash with some nice perks. Just get there EARLY!
