Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. I'm not tall enough to see into the hood of a car so I never learned what any of the pieces look like. I've heard them mentioned, so I know they exist, but don't ask me what they do. I suppose that will change over time. I'm in for years of Jeremy telling me about cars. The same thing happened to me with guitars and Star Trek. I purchased a tire after having a flat on 6/22/25. This morning (7/01/25) while in rush hour…read moretraffic on I-95 that same newly bought tire blew out. I came here asking if there were possible defects, if I somehow got a used tire, or if anything could be done. I was told by Marvin, no, they only sell new tires and because I didn't have roadside assistance I had to pay for a new tire. I let him know I wasn't asked about adding a warranty or roadside assistance when I originally purchased or I would have added it. There was no concession or even discount offered. Not even an attempt to figure out why a "brand new tire" would blowout so quickly. He was quite dismissive. I was told nothing could be done and I must have ran over something since I had no way of knowing what was on the highway. This was a highly frustrating response with no attempt to figure out what actually happened to the tire.

I was able to get a lock for my bike, which was my motive for going to the store. If you have a motorcycle, dirt bike or such similar you will be excited to know they more then like will have what you need or could get it fairly quick for you.
