One of our party was supposed to get rice and beans with their plate and so we had to ask for that and even that took another ten minutes before those came out. One of our party asked for eggs over medium and still got them sunny side up. When asking the waitress if that was over-medium eggs she said yes so maybe she just doesn't know the difference. It turned out that another person in our party who asked for sunny side up for the over-medium eggs so that seems to be the case. The waitress was friendly so I will give her credit for that. The food was good and the restaurant itself was nicely designed and very pleasant to be in. There is a limit of two hours at the table and with how slow the service is you will definitely need those two hours. When we finally got our checks and paid we were pushing the two hour mark. And this was in the middle of the day on a Sunday so imagine what the dinner time rush is like. But the restaurant itself is nice and they put thought into the decorations. The food is good which is a bonus. The design is contemporary. The only downside is how slow the service is, the lack of forethought thinking that your diners may need knives when they order steak, not knowing the difference between sunny side and over medium eggs are, just lack of training. Nobody refilled water glasses until several people had empty glasses. That brought the whole experience down. Oh and because I know your wondering, the cocktails were great!
