It came with corn and macaroni and cheese, and I have to say--it was absolutely delicious! The meat was extremely tender. You could literally cut it with a fork, and it was so juicy and mouthwatering. Definitely some seriously good barbecue! The people working at the stand were also really nice, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you've never been to Smorgasburg, it's definitely worth checking out. They have all kinds of vendors offering everything from burgers and barbecue to ice cream and so much more. There's something for pretty much everyone. & it's always a cool vibe. But if you're looking for some really good barbecue, I definitely recommend giving full Send BBQ, a try. (I think the photo speaks for itself. )

There was a bit of a bland taste in the cheese, could definitely use some more seasonings. The rib was easily shared by the 2 of us but part of us both wanted more. I've selected this place as my go-to delicious Korean food for large birthday parties, funerals, graduations and family gatherings. The portions are great, and although the prices have increased in this crazy economy, the quality has not (which I appreciate so much). The Korean auntie is so nice and friendly, and she's always so accommodating even when we load up the food into our car. I've traveled all the way down to San Diego from here, and it always works out. Will continue to cater from this place, and all of my friends and family know that this place is where to go for catered Korean food for all your gatherings. They book up fast, so call in advance to reserve.

When we arrived at the storefront, the table was beautifully set-up for us. Here is what we tried: -Salad with Italian or Ranch Dressing: nothing special here -Bread Rolls: again nothing special -Lemon Chicken w/ Bearnaise Sauce & Capers: pretty good! The sauce was creamy and lemony. The dish was also surprisingly light and the meat was moist -Steamed Vegetables: nothing special here -Mashed Potatoes: Pretty good mashed potatoes! We had a tough time choosing between Mashed Potatoes and Oven Roasted Potatoes because both were good -Tri Tip Roast, Au Jus: Pretty good! Moist meat and yummy sauce. Can easily please anyone's palette! -Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken Breast w/ Cream Basil Sauce: Our favorite dish! SUCH STRONG, YUMMY FLAVORS. Paired with the rice pilaf, it is PERFECT. Without the rice pilaf, it can be a bit too strong. We ended up (sadly) not going with this dish, because we were afraid not everyone would like the strong flavor. We loved it though! -Rice Pilaf: Nice, flavorful rice! Really good! -Roasted Vegetables: Much better than the steamed vegetables. Better flavor and nice char -Roast Pork w/ Cherry Wine Sauce: I actually really liked this one! I loved how you could see and taste the fat marbling in the pork. It was tasty when paired with the sweet cherry wine sauce! Without the sauce, it was a bit boring -Oven Roasted Potatoes: Really good potatoes! -Assorted Desserts: TWO WORDS. CARROT. CAKE. Holy moly their carrot cake was SOOOO GOOOOOD. The lemon bar was tasty too. The other desserts were not as good Here's what we ended up ordering for our event (a bridal shower): Half Lemon Chicken w/ Bearnaise Sauce & Capers & Half Tri Tip Roast, Au Jus with 2 sides (Oven Roasted Potatoes or Rice Pilaf (I can't remember) & Roasted Vegetables). We are excited for them to cater our event! Will update this review again after the event is over.

I'm happy to report that the tri tip was just as good, maybe even better, than the last time! It was extremely tender, juicy and tasty with the right amount of spice, and all our guests raved about it - even my picky 5 year old grandson loved it, and ate tri tip sandwiches all week! We had used Grill Fellas several years ago and remembered how good the tri tip was, so I called, and Bill was willing to cook several tri tips for us, plus deliver, slice and set them up in a chafing tray we had so the proper temperatures could be maintained and the meat wouldn't dry out. Bill is very reliable (important when expecting a lot of guests!) and also very helpful which ensured the food service went smoothly. So many people asked about the tri tip, but since Bill doesn't sell individual tri tips, I would like to suggest he take orders and maybe cook all the orders once a month and sell them on one day - just a thought! The tri tip is not inexpensive, but well worth it for a very special and tasty meal. Thanks, Bill!
