We needed a bouncer for my daughter's birthday party at the park and we really wanted to use Party pronto but we were quoted $237 for just a bouncer!!! They added $89 for a generator and all sorts of extra fees. Its too bad that they are so pricey....we ended up finding one for $125 including the rental of generator, much more reasonable. They should re think their prices they would have more business. At least we would have used them... read more

make sure someone supervises any workers coming to your home. first they broke an expensive gate handle by mindlessly forcing the gate that was held open with the ground stake. bent the stake then tossed the broken handle into the bushes. when this issue was addressed, they offered $10 for what was a $65 fix. heaven forbid they would take responsibility for their actions. they said it sounded like someone breaking in. try making sense, how many burglars break a handle on an open gate then leave? the only crooks are PARTY PRONTO!!!! I would give zero stars or negative stars if possible. sending again since first time it was immediately sent to 'not recommended' bin. Delete review read more

Possibly the worst service ever! Stefanie at party Pronto called to tell me that I owed her an additional $300 for rental of table cloths for my mothers funeral reception. She called to say that there was something like pizza sauce that was eatehat and it would probably stain the table cloths. I asked her why I was given a paid in full receipt when I delivered the table class. She said that she had not looked at them and that the pizza sauce which was actually lasagna and pasta would not come off. I told her we should probably be having this conversation before the table laths were rented and after they were cleaned! There were no instructions given or restrictions on any type of food. I told her that if someone rents table cloths, you would assume that you could eat on top of them and we had over size 12 1/2 inch oval plates on top of placemats. I also received one damaged tablecloth that we had to cover with a vase and I did not go and ask her for the $13.80 rental fee for a damaged tablecloth. I would never use party Ponto again and will not be paying $300 for table cloths that you would assume you could eat on top of. With a lot of funeral expenses $500 to rent table cloths is ridiculous. I reviewed my contract and there is nothing regarding any type of food that you are restricted to eat. She also help me take them to my car and you that they were for a funeral reception. She also had the opportunity to tell me what we could eat or not eat when they were put into my truck everyone, I have spoken to others from different vendors and they have shared the fact that there is no liability on my part and that they need to give instructions about tablecloth use. Why in the world would anybody rent table class in the future if you cannot eat on top of them. Stay far away from Party Pronto!! They should call themselves Party Poopers!! read more

I ordered a jumper last weekend from this company and it arrived completely filthy, stinky, stained and complete with graffiti. Their jumpers are just disgusting, I would never, ever use this company again. They are also way overpriced! read more

Great Rental Company! I have used them for many large (400 + people) Hillsides events. Everyone is very easy to work with and accommodating. They work with so many venues in San Gabriel Valley that it cuts out a lot of time getting extra permits. They have a huge inventory of items. Luis is a dream to work with and always helps in any way he can. For one of my events I needed 3 extra tables and he sent his guys back to his warehouse to get them so our event could start on time. Highly Recommend this Company! read more

My husband had me a surprise birthday party. We had almost 100 people there. He said Party Pronto delivered everything on time and set everything up in a very professional manner. He rented tents, tables, nice tablecloths, and chairs. The tents were clean and looked like new. He also ordered a bouncer for the kids. The parents appreciated the fact that the bouncer was in good shape, and clean and looked new. Our guests commented on how nice everything looked. I would like to thank Party Pronto for helping make my party a 1st class one. This is the first time we used Party Pronto, and they will now be our choice for all our party needs. Thank you again! read more

March 4th we rented the Dance Dome , it was AMAZING. Sue was very helpful. I must have called her 4 -5 times undecided as to ordering this jumper but I am so glad we did. I had one little minor issue with the quotes of pricing and delivery fee because Sue was out of the office, but other than that it was a good experince . We literally had Passer buyers stopping to get information, random people knocking on the door, stopping to take pictures, not just one but about 6-7 different people lol. I called Sue to thank them for the jumper and all it added to our party and mentioned to her "we could be personal advertisement for their jumpers, at no charge" hahah. We will be using them for all jumping fun in the future. Thanks Party Pronto read more

Rented carnival booths and canopies for a church festival. Staff called and confirmed delivery 2 days in advance, showed up on time, did a quick and efficient set up. Returned as requested the morning after the event and just as efficiently picked up their equipment. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, helpful and professional. Would absolutely recommend them and go back to them. read more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR A HOLIDAY!!!!!! I was really excited about using this company because my neighbor had used them several weeks earlier for a bday party and they seemed to be efficient and the equipment looked nice and clean. So for July 4th I Ordered the $135 (with delivery and EXTRA holiday fee it came to about $200) basic package 2 tables 20 chairs and Jumper from I believe a Diane. To make our BBQ more special I called the next day and I ordered the margarita ($179) machine! They delivered 20 nasty dirty chairs, the machine had the maintenance SEAL sign blinking, and a DIRTY patched up jumper! I called the company about the dirty chairs and the margarita machine (only discovered the jumper after they had left).. When I spoke to Eric and he told me basically there was NOTHING he could do I could give the 2 guys soap and water to wash their chairs...OH and the machine that maintenance SEAL... disregard it that just how the machine was ALL their machines said that. I explained he machine is going to be running overnight and ALL the next day and I don't want any mishaps. Well the driver gave the WRONG recipe...the lemonlime tasted like MEDICINE bought my own strawberry mix. GUESS WHAT the machine FROZE overnight and the spout froze to where there was no liquid coming out....the driver had said the machine would STOP and GO and would turn front and backwards !!!! NEVER DID!!! only turned ONE WAY AND NEVER TURNED OFF BY ITSELF...HINT HINT SEAL MAINTENANCE!!!! We had to turn it off and let it THAW OUT!!!! I felt I received the BOTTOM OF THE BARREL ITEMS...WASTED $400.00 NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Party Pronto? More like Party Late! Our son's party was scheduled to start at 1 so the 4 hour window given to us (per the contract) was between 8AM and 12 Noon. I got the house and yard ready and waited. 1130AM came by so I called the office to make sure the delivery would be on time and was told "he's in the area and will be there shortly, he's pretty quick at setting up." Apparently shortly meant almost two hours. So by the time the party started, no tables, chairs or jumper and our guests had nowhere to really sit and kids just standing around. I mean if I was given a 6 hour window I wouldn't mind but because I was given a 4 hour window but it was almost 2 hours late when I was told they're in the area and will be there shortly is what bothered me. I called around 1230 and was told "he's close by." Then when I asked if the price could be re-negotiated, because obviously it was already outside the terms of the contract, the lady on the phone said "shell record and I should get a call on Monday." (And by the way I never got a call and its already Thursday). I wasn't born yesterday, if you really cared about customer satisfaction, then don't lie because it still took another hour until the driver came. At least the delivery guys were nice and the kids had fun with the jumper/waterslide but the way I was given the runaround was the deal breaker for me in the future. So, Would I use this company again? No. Would I recommend them to friends? That's a no also. read more

(Rate a big FAT 0) I decided to use Party Pronto for my sons 4th birthday party, bad idea! I went in there 3 weeks before his actual party date and booked a Spider Man character. I paid half to reassure that I would not cancel on them. My son was very excited a long with our entire guest, I also announced it on my sons invitations that Spider Man was going to join the party at 6p.m. As it turned out he never showed up, no one called me to let me know anything about why the character was not going to make it. My son was crushed when I told him Spiderman was not coming and I had to lie to him and tell him Spider Man hurt himself climbing on buildings. He was heartbroken! I was trying to communicate with Party Pronto that day and there was no response because it was after hours already. I went to the website and used the online chat tool and they said someone was going to contact me and that Spider man was going to show up, well he did not! I'm very upset with Party Pronto I will never rent anything from them! They called the next morning and had no clue why the character never showed up? Now that's ridiculous, they refunded my money and gave me customer satisfactions discount to rent things from them over $100 and they would discount $25, along with a card stating _ "Please accept our apologies frankly, we don't know what happened. We're very sorry. WOW! What kind of business doesn't find out what happened? Worst experience EVER! read more

rented an ice cream machine for 5 days. turned it on 3 times. broke down twice. had to call them in at the last second to fix it. owner said I made "him jump through hoops to help". I'd just have preferred a machine that worked the first go around. Lots of low scores that are filtered. won't be surprised is this one gets added to the bunch. read more
