Party Pronto has been our "Go To" for the last 7 years, whether it be a birthday or neighborhood block party. Luis, the owner, always goes the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of. Selection is good, service is always top notch, and prices are fair...but most of all, they are dependable, which you can't put a price on! How it all started...about 7 years ago, in the hopes of saving money for our daughter's birthday party, we decided to canvas craigslist and give a jumper company a try. Found what seemed to be a reputable business, and made arrangements with the owner. We reserved 2 large inflatable water slides, and a variety of concessions. Long story short, big mistake. The company we hired canceled morning of the party. What were we to do?! We expected over 30 kids and a total of 50-60 people, all hoping for great water play. Count down was now about 2 hours before the start of the party, and we found/contacted Party Pronto. They heard our predicament, and came through in the biggest way possible. They made arrangements to hustle over a crew with the 2 inflatable water slides we needed, got everything setup, and with an hour to spare. Talk about a close call! Luis and team were the heroes of the day! Our daughter, her friends, and all the big kids at heart had the greatest time. To date, it's still her most memorable birthday party. Party Pronto, much respect and gratitude to you! These guys are more than a business, they treat you like family! Until next time read more

Well after speaking to different people on two different occasions I must say that I am nothing but pleased with their service... First I ordered items for my daughters first part and Michelle was incredibly helpful. Upon realizing that I had forgotten a few items I had the pleasure of speaking with Sue who was very quick to fix my problem and adjust my current order. She even emailed me some photos to ensure in was getting the correct items! Thank you!! read more

This is the third year we use them for our yearly Christmas in July - they were very helpful polite and everything was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed all three jumpers and we are definitely calling them again for next year. Roadwire read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Party Pronto for years. at every stage, they are helpful and professional, while remaining honest about my needs. every event went well, and if there were bumps in the road, they were quick to fix them. You won't be disapointed! They have everything! read more

We had to plan for our company bbq and Stephanie helped us out. This party supply really goes out of their way to make your party planning easy... Ordered a helium tank, balloons, candy bags and table covers. I was looking for black and yellow colors, Stephanie didn't have enough so she went out of her way to run out and get me more from her supplier.. Definitely will order from them again! read more

Party pronto arrived early and was quick to set-up. Prices were a little more than others but I also booked just five days before Party. They were right on time for pick-up too. Party was a at an LA park and they are permitted with LA Parks & Rec. would use again! read more

I called to get a quote and whoever answered was rude and had no customer service. I had to repeat what I needed over and over and I was getting annoyed. I needed 1 10x20 tent with the walls, 3 tables and 18 chairs. She quoted me $354 !! There was an extra $20 charge because I needed them for Christmas Eve. I called a another place and asked for the exact same items. I was quoted $140, and this lady was soooo nice with great customer service! Please do your research because this company is way over priced and rude!!! read more

Louis from Party Pronto is the best. Our close friends in Long Beach referred us to these guys because they have the 'real-deal' bouncers and supplies (patented characters). We wanted a Hello Kitty bouncer for our daughter's 5 birthday party which was Hello Kitty themed. The bouncer arrived and was setup within minutes and it just looked awesome! Kids had a blast and my daughter and I had an even better time bouncing at night after the guests had gone! On the day of the party, the truck carrying our bouncer ran into some problems which delayed our unit by a little while. They went above and beyond to send another driver out to pick it up and deliver it to us all the way in Long Beach, over 35 miles away! Louis went above and beyond to rectify the delay and make it very worth our while to do business with them again in the future! These are family people and aim to provide the best experience for these little ones. Party Pronto has our family's business from now on! read more

I work for a car dealership and we chose to use Party Pronto for 3 events in the last 2 months! Party Pronto has great communication, both through email and through telephone. They arrived ON TIME on both occasions and called to confirm before each delivery. Luis was very appreciative and very friendly on every phone call. I'm honestly very impressed. So far, we have no reason to not use Party Pronto for events in the future. They have so many options to choose from! Overall, we have ordered a total of 7 different types of inflatable games as well as an ice cream machine (which was upgraded at no extra charge to suit our needs). Thanks Party Pronto!! read more

Excellent rental company. On time delivery and even let us keep the stuff until the following day!! The guys who came for set up were very nice and quick. Office staff is excellent as well. Would definitely recommend them. read more

At first I was excited after seeing their website, however, after calling and asking questions the guy on the phone seemed like he was being bothered. I kept having to repeat my questions because he was spacing out. I was put off by the service that I decided to look elsewhere. Customer service goes a long way and if you do not have that, then you do not have my business. read more

Un-friendly service. We inquired about service for an event we are throwing for a non-profit next week. We were assured that a purchase order would confirm our order. When I called, I was treated like a new order, despite the fact that I gave them my quote number. I gave most of the information twice, as it seemed the person on the phone wasn't really paying attention. Then they asked to be paid in full in advance. As a corporation, I cannot pay services in advance of receiving them, and I explained that to both people on the phone(yes, the person on the phone couldn't be bothered with me, so transferred me to his supervisor- note to small business people: we hate that!). I also asked why they would agree to take a purchase order (which is, in itself, a legally binding contract) and then ask for a credit card payment? They seemed very disinterested in hearing about why I was reluctant to pay in advance, but decided they would not want to do business with a multi-billion dollar company that is traded on the NYSE! I really don't understand, but instead of working with me, we end up with a very negative YELP review. Sorry guys, maybe a business course would help you understand contract law and help you make the $408.00 you missed out on today. In Contrast, I called Jolly Bouncers and they understood right away! Booked within 15 minutes! read more

I'm not too sure how to feel about this place. Stopped by so I wouldn't have to drive to Party City in Monrovia, but I think I should have kept driving. We arrived and an older lady provided assistance. She didn't have much helium so I was only able to purchase 1 dozen balloons (hmm.. A party supply store has little to no helium- that's odd) she wasn't the friendliest and I was taken aback how she treated a new customer walking in. Huffing and puffing about having to help someone out. Purchased a small stuffed beanie baby that seemed a bit over priced. The prices are pretty decent but I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

I have rented from Party Pronto two times now and have been very happy both times. We used them for some tables and chairs for both a birthday party and an engagement party. They delivered everything on time and picked it up the next morning. The customer service was great every time I called to add or edit our reservation. Prices are good...close to many of the other places I got quotes from. Will definitely continue to use them in the future. read more

Gigantic Pinatas and friendly service for all of your party needs.

If you would like to pay 200+ dollars for a basic jumper that will arrive 3 hours late after your guests have arrived call party pronto....

I called looking for plastic fedoras and they didn't have any... when asked for referals... they were helpful. Yay! I'm a fan

Party Pronto has very nice employees. I had a last minute party, and dealt with Michelle and Sue. They helped save my party when another company cancelled on me. I will definitely book with them in the future. read more

I have used them for my son's 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th birthday parties! They are dependable and reliable and always come through. You can count on them! They have everything. I particularly like working with Andrea and Stephanie! Your order is always correct and it comes on time. I also like how if your party goes late you don't have to worry because they pick up the stuff the next day! I will use them every year for my son's birthdays! Highly recommend. read more

Had the jumper 3 weekends ago but wanted to leave a review because they were very pleasant, on time and overall excellent! The bouncer was in good order and the kids enjoyed it all day! Price was reasonable for the Pirates of the Caribbean jumper. Already recommended to the neighbor for their grandsons party coming up! read more

The dance the jumper was a total success! Although I was on a last minute schedule and I kept calling going back and forth they were so understanding, nice and helpful! It was my daughters 13th bday and all her friends loved this jumper type club! I think my friends had more fun than they did! Truly amazing and greatful to have found them. Everyone on my social media and guest wanted to know where I rented this jumper. I'm considering renting it for my bday lol read more

The party people of Arcadia! Loved the bouncy house and snow cone machine. Will definitely use you guys for next event.

We had a large company event at the rose bowl and used party pronto for all the rentals and entertainment , I have to say they arrived on time, set up, and met with city and fire inspectors for clearance to ensure we received clearance. The event went on without any issues! So glad I selected them as our primary vendor they provided all insurance documents so that we didn't have to worry about it. Would definitely call them again, the owner Luis was very helpful. read more

I've used this company for rental a few times within that last 3 years, my first experience was good however I can't say the same for my second experience. I recently ordered chairs , tables and an ice cream machine for my daughters 5th birthday to allow the kids to have the luxury experience of an all you can eat ice cream bar, to my surprise the machine was malfunctioning intermittently which put a damper on the experience ( the ice cream would get stuck and wouldn't flow out when you pulled the lever) because we had to open it and spoon the ice cream out ( I could have bought gallons of ice cream And served it in a bowl for cheaper if I wanted that experience). I called into the office the following day when the delivery team came to pick up the equipment and their customer service was horrible. I was transferred 3 times and asked why I didn't call the of the party ( well nobody has time to troubleshoot when they are busy entertaining their guests). Instead of them apologizing for the inconvenience I was told that they needed to prove my statement to be a fact. It's not what you say it's how you say it, and at that moment it was said in a manner as though I was being called a liar about the machine not working. Their customer service sucks and I will never do business with them again. $200 spent on an ice cream machine rental and I had to manually serve the ice cream with a spoon. read more

They came through, I had left a review in the past and to be honest it was not favorable, but the team at Party Pronto made it all right by me and my family. We loved the jumper, the guys that dropped and picked up were awesome and the price was right. Thanks for standing behind your product ! Scott read more

Love this place! they have everything!!!!! We had a carnival party for my sons1st birthday, and rented the hotdog cart, nacho machine, churro cabinet, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine.... it was great! i couldn't find another vendor that offered all these machines! We live pretty far from this place but will happily pay the delivery fee!!!! read more

I have used Party Pronto for two birthday parties. They have everything and were really helpful ordering over the phone. They even talked me out of a canopy into a much cheaper umbrella-- exactly right. The canopy would have been way too much. Both times we rented from them they were on time and helpful in setting up. Painless and inexpensive. read more

Party Pronto has on many occasions donated their products and services to our club events. Everything is in clean and good working order. On one occasion our venue was rained out and Party Pronto open up their doors to allow the event to take place at their location. Jennifer and Luis are wonderful people and I highly recommend them. read more

Party Pronto is reliable and always on time. I have used this company many times and I highly recommend them if you are having a party or you just need to rent tables or accessories. Stephanie who helped me last month, is fair on pricing and will really help you plan , add extras that will take your party to the next level. They care, are professional, and always willing to help in any way they can. Thank you Party Pronto for all of my wonderful memories. Highly Recommend you..... read more

I am a professional entertainer who arrived in LA in 2003. I knew no one, but Party Pronto took a chance with me and has been hiring me for magic and juggling shows ever since. When I arrive at their events, I get to see how satisfied their other vendors and performers are; however, more importantly, I see how satisfied their clients are. Party Pronto has always been a terrific resource for entertainment and any party needs. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, Party Pronto! read more

I've hired them many times.. Everything always works perfect! I've told many friends that these people as they know everything. They even knew what parks near me I could use a bouncer at without getting a permit! A great company - use them! read more

I ordered the miniature horse carriage for my grandson's 1st birthday, they were on time, and it was the cutest thing at the party. All the kids enjoyed themselves. So upset with this place they tell me one price when I walked in in person and then won't honor it when I come back. It not my fault they gave me the wrong information and that's what I based my budget on. read more

Go somewhere else! A friend ordered an Ariel birthday party, with Ariel to show. Ariel never showed, and Party Pronto offered no refund. They were rude and uncaring, took no consideration they ruined a young girls birthday party and offered nothing to resolve,. Did finally offer to send Ariel on another day to shake the little girl's hand. REALLY??! Or offered $100 of another party! Again, really?! No one we know will ever be using them again. read more

terrible service we ordered a fountain it didn't work we called Louis and he offered a refund so we didn't use it. When we returned it Louis put water in it and said it was working fine. WE didn't use it for water and why would we lie about it not working. I think Louis thinks customer service is not his job. He gave us a credit for another fountain REALLY. Business is bad enough and word of mouth goes a long way. So this word of mouth says go somewhere else Arcadia has many options and options with customer service, read more

Customer service was ok. Rented a petting zoo and didnt get a mini horse. Paid extra to get a mini pig and got a huge hog. To top it off 1 of the 2 girls had her but crack showing the whole time. Very pricey. read more

Ladies in the office are great. I've dealt with them many times in the past. However when delivery for a school event showed up late, I called and spoke to the manager, Luis. He was absolutely rude and could care less about the situation. He had an attitude from the start and did not seem to care about earning my repeat business. I wont use this company again. read more

I bought mylar balloons online and had Party Pronto blow them up. We asked them how much on the phone and they said $.69 to blow them up. However, when we got there they said it was $2.50 for each one. BTW, is much more than we payed for the balloon itself. Since we were in a hurry and already there, we had no choice. However, the reason I am writing is not even about the price but mainly because when we got back home with the balloons, 15 out of 24 of them were already deflated. Geez... can you believe that??? Mylar balloons last for days and most of them were coming down already. The kids were playing with the balloons and it wasn't even floating anymore. This morning the balloons were already on the floor. THIS IS A VERY EXPENSIVE PLACE WITH BAD SERVICE!! Shouldn't they know how to blow up balloons if they are a party supplier?? Don't come here if you want to blow up your balloons or buy balloons!!!! Actually, I don't even know if I can trust them with anything else because they couldn't even do something that was so simple. read more
