    Old dirt from previous events

    They supplied me with 2 rides for my sons 2nd birthday the elephant ride and the Elmo tiny tots playground they were both filthy even though we was told 5 times that they cleaned them the male secretary in the office knows nothing ever and every worker there avoids talking to you except the people who delivered if all the workers owners managers secretary's were like the delivery men I would have not had any problems Oh and your paying a lot of money for old dirty things And your giving yourself a headache dealing with these jerks NEVER AGAIN!

    Professionalism is key to a successful business... I have been a huge fan of Party Pronto because of the different options they have. BUT now...this business will NO longer be an option for me. I had ordered a 5-1 Tinkerbell Jumper combo (very cute jumper by the way!), chairs and popcorn machine for my daughter's 1st birthday. The day before my event I called and spoke with Issac about my delivery time. Now I was told that delivery time would be between 11 and 12. He asked if that was fine and I said yes; it perfect. Since the party didn't start until 1. Come the day of my event; I was told that the jumper people are 10 minutes away...now that's perfectly fine that they called me...BUT they called around 10am leaving me a message that they were 10 minutes away. So I rushed and called them back to let them know I wasn't there yet and was told that the delivery wouldn't be there until 11am. When I called I was transferred over to what I believe was the dispatch department so they can inform the driver that I wasn't there yet...(I wish I would have received his name) but the dispatcher was VERY RUDE! I politely expressed that I was not at the park yet and was told that delivery would be between 11am-12pm. He rudely told me... 1. That I need to just hurry and get there 2. He wasn't going to be 10 deliveries behind because of me. And lastly... 3. That if I'm not there they are going to leave and just refund me back my deposit. Now...I don't know if HE (the dispatcher) was having a bad day. I don't really know...but for this to be my daughter's 1st birthday and I wake up in a great mood. He really ruined my morning with his sour attitude. I would have NEVER told a client (from a business stand point) that paid 50% of a deposit already to my company; that I will give them a refund on the day of their event because of a miscommunication with THEIR staff. The miscommunication didn't lie with me...I called the day before to confirm delivery time. The miscommunication was between the staff; and this dispatcher was just about to ruin my daughter's party (with a snap). Just because I wasn't there when he wanted me to be. Had I known delivery would have been at 10; I would have definitely been there in a timely manner. Once I FIRMLY expressed that I called the day before and spoke with Issac to confirm delivery time his (the dispatcher) tone of voice completely changed and he apologize for the unprofessionalism. All this rudeness could have been avoided with just one simple question..."well ma'am, did anyone confirm with you delivery time?" and I would have said "yes". But that's not what happen... This company needs to do a better job with professionalism and treating clients just a little bit more respectfully. Especially if you have already taken their money. Had I not put down a deposit and he told me they will leave...then that would be a little more understanding and acceptable. They also need to have a better ETA with deliveries as well as communication with staff and dispatchers. I will be renting now from Party On Rentals. Thank you party pronto for all the great years we had; but it's come to end and I will NOT be ordering from you anymore. I use to help promote this business and that will now cease. I have even spoken with Sue as well to place an order a few times. So sad to see professionalism in a company go down hill. I wish this company the best....

    Jumper house for first bday

    I've used party pronto twice for my kids' birthdays. The first time, I rented a jumper and they delivered to the local park and the second time I hired a balloon artist to come to my home. Both events were a success and partly due to Party Pronto. They have great customer service and are very responsive to emails and phone calls. I'm so impressed with the variety of things you can order or party services you can hire ... and affordable! I will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

    This place was horrible! ! I custom ordered a piñata made its very simple. Girl pirate: hair brown with pig tails. Bandana red with white polka dots, blouse red with white stripes and black and red skirt. Black boots with red laces. Its the day before the party and I still haven't heard from them so I called to see if it was ready, as it had been ordered 2 weeks prior. My husband goes to pick it up and IT'S NOT THE COLORS I ORDERED!! It had pink and brown with red abd black. Totally did not go w ith my party theme. I had no choice but to take it, as it was paid for and the party was just hours away. I tried to talk to them and this worker name Sue says "I know its not what you ordered but at least its cute" yeah way to go with the customer service! I will never buy from them again or recommend this place to any one.

    Do not use this company!! We payed for a package that included a jumper, tables, chairs and a FACE PAINTER for 2 hours. I signed a contract and paid the entire amount prior to the party. Although the jumper, tables and chairs arrived, they never sent the face painter. I called several times the day of the party and emailed with NO RESPONSE! I finally spoke to someone the next day, but had to wait 3 days before finally speaking to a manager/supervisor. I spoke to a woman named Stephanie who said I would be refunded for the face painter (that's a given), but there was nothing else she could do. Do you know how disappointing it is to have 30 children at a party with no entertainment & the company you entrusted NOT go above and beyond to make up for their mistake. Not only was Stephanie NOT accommodating, but she was rude!! Not having an entertainer at a party that was planned for months, was embarrassing and they don't seem to care. I will NEVER, EVER use PARTY PRONTO again, and I suggest you don't either!!
