This place was AWESOME. Their food is awesome . I order buffalo chicken wing, grilled ceaser salad and a cheeseburger sub. OMG the food was awesome. The chicken wings were so well cooked, the grilled chicken ceaser salad was superb and the cheeseburger sub my hubby ate it all. And he is a picky eater. We order from their for lunch at work too.. Everytime... The service was nice, the owner was nice and helpful. And the place was nice and clean and you can eat their too. It's a good place to order food.. I would recommend it.. I honestly love this place. Granted, I always get the same thing for the most part, but it is consistent and delivery is quick and the food is hot! I love the Greek salad with oil vinaigrette and the Chicken Ranchero pizza. Even friends from elsewhere have hoped they can find a chicken bacon ranch pizza like theirs! So so good! read more

Party pizza always gets my order right, I can be a pain with subs and special instructions but so far they have always followed directions, which these days it's hard to find. They also have the best Parmesan peppercorn dressing. Driver comes with a smile and my food is always on time. I ordered a pizza for delivery. We paid with card. I didn't tip, we don't order out much and are college students trying to save most of our money. I gave my little brother the receipt to give to the delivery guy because I was washing my hands. Didn't realize that the door was still open and my brother was still standing there and they guy starts yelling at me asking if I was the one who ordered the food. He points at the receipt and starts yelling at me because I didn't tip. I didn't yell back, all I said was that I was sorry. He zoomed out of my driveway to the road. I called the place, they said it's the new guy and are gonna talk about it to him. I can't say wether it's true or not. I requested mozzarella on one half of the pizza and Parmesan on the other half of the pizza. I also made the hard English spoken employee on the line read it back as I didn't want to get an incorrectly made pizza. Of course the pizza came with mozzarella on the entire thing with no parmesan anywhere on it. The salad i got was definitely in a fridge for to long and all the toppings were mushy and soggy..... I'm a mother to a newborn and all I wanted was a good home cooked meal. I had their menu because it was part of a mailer in my mailbox. I decided to order fried calamari, and spaghetti and meatballs. That came with garlic bread and a salad. It took about 35 mins to deliver and I had paid by card over the phone. The driver told me the total amd looked at me like I was supposed to pay cash. I explained that I had given my card and shes like oh ok and I wanted to give her a tip but she had nothing for me to sign. I told her to put $2 on the bill and I'll just have to make sure it's correct in my account. Opened my food and the calamari I've never seen before. It looked like microwavable calamari from the freezer sections and all rings. Tasted like crap. The salad so tiny, only 1 cucumber and 3 lettuce leaves. The garlic bread was not toasted and ordinary. The dinner was decent sized for the price. It claims it is homemade but the meatballs taste like the ones I've had at the grocery store. Not wowed especially when I was looking for that meal. Ordered under the hopes of a good pizza and we received a great pizza. It was perfect when it arrived. The taste and appearance was so appetizing. My son wanted pasta and his only complaint was that it was too hot temperature wise to eat which I told him if that's your only complaint then you have nothing to complain about at all. The food came in the amount of time that the app estimated (about 50 minutes). It's very standard. I got sweet potato fries and a chicken Caesar wrap. The sweet potato fries were good, but the wrap was not impressive at all by any means. I could have gone to the grocery store and made a better Caesar wrap in less time with less money. After a Saturday concert at Mohegan, my buddies crashed at my place and of course were hungry by the time we got home around midnight. Apparently the local dominos closes at 12, so i thought we were out of luck. Randomly I called every pizza place around, and Party Pizza was the only one to pick up. Although they also technically close at 12, i guess they made an exception? Either way, we had two large pizzas delivered by 12:30. If this was just a review based on service it would easily be 5 stars, but the pizza was basically domino's quality. There was nothing bad about it specifically (you know what they say about pizza...even when it's bad, it's still pretty good)...but it just didn't impress me. One of the best things about Party Pizza is that they have a tremendous menu that offers a number of appetizers, complete dinners and other items that's much more expansive than just the pizza and grinders on the menus of most other pizza establishments in the Cromwell area. The pizza is very good here with tasty cheese and a nice golden brown crust. Their marinara sauce is superb whether it's on their grinders, their pizza or served on the side (fried mozzarella)! Contrary to the other reviews I've read, I have never had a problem with timely delivery from Party Pizza but of course I usually take advantage of the fact that they're open later than any other pizza place in Cromwell! read more

Their veggie pizza is pretty good. They deliver to my house which is rare given the area I live in, which are the two reasons why we order from here. Tried the pepperoni pizza and it wasn't good, super oily (yes more than normal) and the meat had a weird smell to it. The person taking orders can be a bit nicer but otherwise this place is OK. read more

Everything I get for takeout here is delicious! I've had everything from the wings, to the cheese ravioli, to a wrap. It's not fancy Italian or anything but the service is great, the delivery driver that usually comes for me is a girl who is so sweet and timely! The pizza isn't anything you are going to get at frank pepes, but it is still delicious none the less. Orders always come correctly and fresh and hot! I really love their fried mozzarella it's so crispy and delicious! Their party sized pizzas start at $20 and feed 24, and they usually have great coupon deals! I have never had a bad experience for delivery here and always enjoy my food. I think they are under new ownership from a few years ago. It truly is always a good experience! read more

First time ordering from this place and probably the last. Im Done with pizza places in CROMWELL! I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings! Not so hard right? WRONG! Pizzas were disappointing, sad, cheesy and greasy!! But the worst was the Chicken Wings, the chicken that i received was Rotten!! Literally the Chicken was bad, NO good! When i opened the container of wings, it smelled like fish. I dont know how the people in the kitchen didnt smell the rotting chicken when they cooked it. I quickly called them and the only thing they said was" Sorry, do you want another order", i laughed and said OF COURSE NOT! They didn't even offer to give me my money back, i had to tell them too. They refunded one order so far but still waiting on the other refund. I wish there was good pizza in Cromwell, but this was the last straw. I ordered almost 20 pizzas for an awards party and it arrived late. Some guests left after waiting. I felt terrible and apologized a lot. I had told dar party pizza that early is ok but no later than .... I have ordered before and they always take double the time than what they say so I even gave some window. I know it is not easy to run a business but this was a big order not one or two pizzas. They should know when to send the person. One of the owners is nice but when I called the other one answered and seemed annoyed at me. I don't consider "I'm sorry but what do you want? Do you want a free pizza? " an apology. I did not want a free pizza, I had six left. Or a refund. Just a sincere apology and statement for making sure it will not happen again. I did not get that and will not order again. If you are ordering for your home and can wait a long time, then it is ok because their pizza is fine. read more

watch out for.delivery ...they tell you 20 minutes and a hour plus later you call to see what's going on the person picks up the phone says ya ya they are on there way good bye...seriously if it's a longer wait tell the customer, it's not the first seccond or third time this had happend. my be time to find a.new take out place. the lack of caring in un real at them moment we were told 20 minutes and it's been a hour and a half called again and was hung up on we will never order from.this place again. read more
